If you can’t look the chest because of another player then it’s not working as intended. We’ll look into it.

That’s because the chest doesn’t detect if you’re ineligible until you get to about the second floor. If there’s another player up there, it may appear they’re stealing it. I’d go with this as a PvE-only option. Definitly not in WvW and sPvP.

Banners are already powerful, I don’t know where you get these ideas from that they are weak.

Banners are team-based skills. They have much greater effects when you are running around with multiple people. They aren’t worth taking when going on your own.

It could be a mystic forge recipe, you throw in an exotic (level 80 req maybe) with the ascended armor and they get matched. Something like that.

You don’t know, there hasn’t been anything official at the moment.

Hey, so I have spent real money to transmute the skins I like with Exotic stats.
Now with this new blog post I am a bit worried on how this is going to work with the new Ascended armor.

My fear is that if I craft the new Ascended armor it would require a new transmutation stone if I want to pass on a skin.
If this is true, I have spent real money for nothing.
Which is unacceptable.

On the other hand, a possibility is that you could put in the armor (skin) and give it the Ascended stats when you are going to craft it.
If it’s going to work something like this, it would set off a HUGE relief from my shoulders.

I really need an answer.

I’m not talking about running into a zerg with golems with another zerg.

I would rather see more strategic battles instead of just people charging in with tons and tons of golems.

I am getting sick of all those golem rushes that are happening. Since the trading post patch I am seeing tons and tons of golems everywhere. I just want to see some more strategic battles instead of just charging in with tons of golems.

This is all pretty funny to me. I don’t get it? Hasn’t everyone been moving golems around with portals since the beginning of the game? Where have all of you been? As for how to respond to them, that is simple. An early scout, defensive siege already in place, a commander on the way as soon as scout calls it out. The most important part is getting the golems in combat so that they cannot port out and attack you again later unexpectedly. Killing Golems > Saving Tower always.

I do admit that there seem to be more Omega Golem rushes now. But I personally saw a spike in that after some sort of duplicating “glitch” that was exploited by some guilds and servers. That was BEFORE the new patch where you can buy/sell siege on TP.

With more than 10+ golems every time? Not really something I would call ’’enjoyable’’.

I find them quite problematic, especially when with a large amount that can wipe out entire borderlands in a couple of minutes.
With access to cheaper golems through trading post, they are starting to happen more often and with larger numbers.
Players should have a chance at reinforcing towards their keeps and not losing a fully upgraded keep in less than a minute.

I find up to 3 golems in an assault alright, but if there are more, it’s going WAY too fast.

Something needs to be done.

Roaming necro in Gandara borderlands is looking for a challenge!

People need to look more for animations. You can tell quite easily when a golem is about to pull you.

They turn their right arm slowly backwards and then fire their arm towards you, the animation is about 2 seconds so that should be enough time for you to react to.

Also, as far as I’ve noticed, they only pull when they have the buff of the small laser.

Warriors have alot of combo finishers instead.

Hey, recently a guildy of mine got stuck into one of the towers (where the cannons are on top) at the final boss.
I believe she used Mesmer staff skill #2 when she was close to one and she got stuck.
She tried to get out but nothing helped, neither blink or the same skill.
Then she tried to use waypoint but the doors were closed off and she wasn’t able to get her reward anymore…

Any way to fix this?

My group was fine and we wiped 11 times on the last boss. Idk how you guys did it on the first try because for the the life of us we couldnt get her into Aoes. This dungeon is crap and the reward of one gold isn’t worth it imo

Do you think it’s best to be at a true level 80 instead of having the bump to level 80? I keep getting killed as if there were no level bump to begin with.

You will need a good team that balances in damage, support and control. You’re going to need stability to prevent yourself from getting stunned often, protection + regeneration to reduce incoming damage and something that strips off conditions and removes boons. Trust me, you are going to need it. Fields where people can blast in for might/healing/aoe weakness is recommended too to smooth things out.

Don’t say everyone because I like those mechanics, it gives a challenge.

Are the new armor skins permanent, or will they be gone forever after a few weeks?

I was wondering if weapon skins such as the Molten, Sclerite and the Jade weapons (after the Dragon Bash) will make a return.
They are really attractive skins and it would be a shame to cut off the access to them.

First off, I would like to thank you for the events you guys are hosting, I have been enjoying every one of them.

Second, thanks for sending me the free mini-pets since I contributed to the Gem Store.

Now for the actual reason for this topic.
You guys are capable of putting out great new content, but the way you handle us with new skins is just extremely disappointing.
I want to play the game to earn my rewards and not be forced to gamble to earn my rewards.
The Super Adventure Box is a great example of how you should treat us, you added it great surprise and I have been enjoying every second of it.
I have been playing it many times with friends and you rewarded us with fantastic skins.
But lately I have been noticed that a lot of skins are available by rare drops which then have a very rare chance of getting a ticket.
Your second option could be by purchasing it through the Gem Store which still does not guarantee you with such a reward.
Especially when it involves real money, I don’t want to spend real money to gamble for a reward.
I want to play the game, I want to play with friends, handle a challenge, I want to feel satisfied and most importantly, have fun!
Currently there is just a lot that leads to gambling for rewards (and I don’t mean Moa Racing, that’s a fun and not expensive mini-game to play for a reward, unless you are really unlucky!)

Guild Wars 2 is not about having the best gear, it’s about you and your character.
Guild Wars 2 is an amazing game and I want to play it, I want to show what I can do, I want to see what others can do and gambling does not help a game like Guild Wars 2.

I was recently looking in the PvP locker for various armor types and suddenly I noticed that the PvE version of Masquerade armor is not available in PvP, and the PvP version not in PvE.

Will they both be available for both PvE and PvP soon?

You have to remember that your computer has to process ALOT during large battles in WvW.
On the other hand, in PvE, GW2 removes a certain amount of players off your screen if it notices it’s too much for your computer to handle.

My computer can handle about 40 players on a reasonable fps on the highest settings in WvW.

So I have been bumping into this issue quite often where I would like to deposit alot of crafting materials, but when I click on ‘’Deposit All Collectibles’’ it also deposits the mini-pet I am carrying around. It costs me alot of time to deposit every item 1-by-1 because I don’t want to put my mini-pet in my storage.
I run into the same problem with PvP, I win a tournament game or open up a new chest, get new armor skins and I would like to deposit them all at once. But then I also deposit my Boosters and Finishers. And again, it costs alot of time to keep depositing every item 1-by-1 everytime.

So my suggestion/question is, is it possible to create some like ‘’Deposit All Materials’‘, ’’Deposit All PvP Skins’’ or even create a little box that you can tick on an item that will prevent it from being send into storage when clicking ‘’Deposit All Collectibles’’?

Would be a really nice feature to have, thanks in advance!
