We’ve had something 25ish without putting effort in. Melandru is actually the reason why we didn’t bother with making a p4 video yet.
I guess a speedrun would result in something like 20 minutes, probably a bit less.

No sane speedclearer would ever assume spotter or fights longer than 30 seconds in speedruns. I’m fine with all assumptions Zelyhn does, except from slaying+night. I’d rather use Slaying+Force.

FGS is approved by ANet, i don’t think there’s any doubt left about it being legit.

It would be nice if contributions to this conversation carried a little more depth than “do what Dub says because he said so”.

You get perma fury, perma 25 vuln, perma 25 might and warrior buffs. Although this obviously has a downside: You have to count attacks in your combat log, add their damage up and devide it by time spent. Engis and eles are doing damage while grantling might/applying vuln.

But anyway: Isn’t it just enough to find an afk fight (simin) and then do the whole thing without any vuln/might/buffs? The relation stays about the same, counterside is that bleed becomes way stronger than norman and that some professions like warrior apply vuln.

The quick AC Path 1 Spider skip is fixed. The old only (30 seconds slower) still works.

It is an exploit.

It would be better to just implement him into the sequencing but it took them… 7 month or so to do that with the path 3 endboss.

I spent 10 minutes on it, finding two new ways and realizing my old one still works.
I didn’t skip him for some month, but this just had to be…

Warriors Empower Allies got moved to tier 2. Well, we’ll loose that buff, no huge impact at all.

Guardians Monk Focus gives 4 seonds of fury when using a meditation. No impact at all, even a flat 2% damage boost would be better than this, not to mention the 10-20% damage you’d lose if chosing the trait.

Arah Path 2 Lupicus fix: apparently they added some invisible wall. Worked! Sellers now taking 80g for showing how it works. Underwaterway still works, nothing else changed.

Closest Target function: broken, targets now champs over normal mobs.

Servers: Can’t tell. 5-10 second delay server crashs weren’t uncommon. They’re probably happening a bit more often. About 80% of my playtime is being caught in a lag now. (Side Note: my 15€/month server located in Frankfurt just as gw2 servers giving me a 5-15ms ping, gw2 with ~290 average, 2100 currently makes the race again. Can’t i just run gw2 on my own servers?).

Anyway, it’s just about getting reported and has pretty much nothing to do with what you wrote. I reported some of my own posts which weren’t offending or offtopic at all and got infracted for those.

On the other hand my post where i called the two arah p4 kickers kittens, called their names and called out for reporting them ingame, denying that there are human moderators and making fun of modbot, stayed untouched yet.

But i got about as many in just this month :/

You took an ele into AC and had a smooth run. Wow! Your system is amazing.

Actually, as an ele myself there’s a clear difference between what PuGs perceives as a ‘smooth’ run and my own perception of a smooth run. And that goes for every dungeon.

Zerkers in PuGs = either everyone has to do it, or none.

I’d consider that smooth runs, although i’ve already had 5 min runs.

Always when i do that it results in the same scenario, though. Can’t ever feel the glory of proving someone sucks because instead of actually admitting they’re kitten they always disappear and never come back.

No, i’m saying that i am the one casual to slow all elitists down. I do not wear noobish PVT gear, givers, magi and sentinel are my first choices if it comes to bearbowing.

And no, it does only matter what gear other people use when you are in berserker gear. It loses in efficiency but it’s still better than 5 PVT’ers. Staying alive has almost nothing to do with your gear choice, seen over time. It’s just about your ability to play.

Still, the twitter post didn’t say that it is forbidden to sell spots via lfg. My first guess on this is that the twitter post was just complete nonsense coming from a community manager to make few people happy (allowing them to play how they want and report who they want).

That twitter post actually didn’t say that it isn’t legit to sell paths, just that you are free to report people selling spots using the lfg tool.

Ranger probably works better in pugs who can’t stack precision to save their life, but in an organsed group … ruby orbs or scholar runes.

Thats just plain wrong. Even if you’re at 100% critchance without runes, ranger runes are still better than ruby orbs by roughly 2%. Only scenarions where ruby orbs are better than ranger rune are under the assumtion you are not using gear with power/crit damage as stats. Such as rabid.
