Chaos magic (according to Scarlet in the Thaumanova reactor fractal) actually seems to be Dragon magic.

‘’DO NOT TOUCH’’ towers spread out around the world, who seems to do something against the earth.

Calling it; Scarlet is gathering Dragon Magic from the earth to one place to make the dragons go for it because they want to eat magic. The dragons will slowly begin to move to said locations, and more of their minions will appear around the maps, most likely fighting against each other.

If you can log into the forum you can log into the game…..

This applies as well.

NPCs with lines or if you use utilites which makes your character say a line like ‘’Retreat!’’ doesn’t make your mouth move anymore.

The skin will be ‘’perma-used’’ so you could level up all the way to 80 and then use the skin on your high-level armor.

But! You can use your skin now, and then use Transmutation Stones to give the look over to new armor. Since you are new I suppose you are leveling, and you will gain armor very fast, so the skin will be outdated all the time, and you will probably waste a lot of Transumtation Stones.

The difference with Kormir, Shiro, and Khilbron is that they show weakness one way or the other, they are not immortal.

Scarlet is just annoying, boring and immortal and is everywhere.

Hopefully, in the future, we might be able to look back to this and laugh at how bad it was while we are playing through an awesome story.

I play original Guild Wars from time to time.

I would play even more if there were more people around.

Transmutation Splitters. Where is the problem?

Transmutation Splitters only works on the original look you transmuted over.

So if you bought Draconic Berserker gear, bought a transumation crystal and transmuted Tier 3 over, and then bought a new gemstore armor to transmute over again- if you then us a Transmutation Splitter you will go back to Draconic.

They will remove the look because it was a Cultural Tier 3 set for Humans, just with flames added. It was a kick in the face for Cultural wearers. Especially when ALL the races could wear it as well.

They will change the look into something else, and that is for everyone who bought it. When they update the look, and if you don’t like it, you will get a refund, but the look will be taken away from you.

However, if you used transmutation stones and decide you don’t like the new flamekissed, you are out of luck. You will more than likely not get your original armor back. There are already at least three human players who had bought human light T3 as a skin for their exotic armor and then used the flamekissed skin as an upgrade who will be losing their 120 gold T3 armor completely.

Makes me wonder who got the worse end of the stick here… those “kicked in the face” or those out 120+ gold and their armor.

We don’t know how the process will go, they might get their old appearance back if they take the refund for the gem armor.

If ArenaNet thinks this through, they know people will explode again if they don’t get their looks back.

Most likely not.

You will only get the gems back from the armor, I believe. And your old armor look might appear.

The makeover kit is something separate and probably not something they will refund if you have already used it.

If you look on the fractals from a lore standpoint, it’s amazing.

While the other ones are ugly as kitten, together, it could look really cool with just some pieces taken from them and then built into your own set with other different pieces.

But even so, you still need to pay for a whole set.

Scarlet did it.

I think ArenaNet should remove all the races except Humans, and then work on Humans only.

Imagine all the customisation and armours we can have if ArenaNet only worked with one player model.

Nope. Swiftness stacks in duration but not in speed. The highest swiftness speed will apply (the highest possible is 33%). So you would need something that grants 33% swiftness to get max speed, otherwise each application of swiftness is simply increasing the duration, which has a max of 20 seconds I think.

I think the OP means something like Traveler Runes +25% speed and swiftness +33% or mov. Signet +25% stack or not

I’m pretty sure they do not stack, the highest speed buff dominates though, so if you get swiftness it will overwrite the +25% untill is over

OP is asking if they can stack using runes and signets etc to reach up to 50% for example.
The answer is that 33% is the highest and you will only get 33% if you have something which grants it. You can’t stack lesser speeds up to 33. Swiftness does however stack in duration, up to a maximum of 20 seconds.

I think the max duration is 60 seconds, at least that’s the highest swiftness duration I’ve had

A Zerg in WvW can make Swiftness stack over 2 minutes.

I wouldn’t really see a problem with that. I mean, why should your character be strapped down by the tradtions of your race? He/she is her own person, and chooses his/her fate him/herself.

They decided to add gemstore armor. They looked through existing armor, picked some of them out, both light, medium, and heavy, and worked on them some to add fire effects.

No one of that team knew that this was the Cultural armor for Humans and just continued with it.

And this is freakin lazy, really. Not even new armors.

And this is supposed to stand up against new coming MMOs?

I don’t think defiance and stability work against immobolize. Chains of Light also applies vulnerability.

Yes you can do that.

You need 2 Transmutation Crystals though.

Get the starter shoulders, now buy one set of white quality shoulders from TP and transmute the looks over to the new shoulders stats.

The transmutation window will say soul bound but they become account bound. You can now transmute the looks to any other set of shoulders of different qualities.

Having defined roles make people feel useful in one way or the other.

Hearing someone saying “You’re an incredible healer” or “You’re an incredible tank” is fun to hear.

Also, encounters can work in interesting and different ways with the trinity.

While there’s nothing wrong or bad playing a game without the trinity, you can still see how the game has become with Berserker fixes almost everything better and faster compared to a group with more defensive characters.

ArenaNet can fix this, but they need to create encounters in special ways to make it sometimes hard for Berserkers, but easier for defensive characters, and vice versa.
