Me and a Guildie just came up with an idea….

What if u coula buy a Pygmé Dragon Egg from a travelling merchant that u would have to find in Tyria… These eggs are EXPENSIVE as the vendor have a hard time finding them….

Then u have to carry this Egg in u’r inventory untill it hatches (u dont know how long that will take – as the time for that can be different from one player to another). Eventually when the egg hatches there is a Little Pygmé Dragon baby Comming out…

This (somewhat bigger mini) Pygmé Dragon’s look is based on ur cháracter’s in some way and the dragon therefor gets an almost unique look. It will follow u around, huff puff, sneeze, and fly a little, and be cute and adorable in general. It cannot be sold and is Souldbound once u purchase an egg. Only one egg can be purchased per character.

This could also give u a title – Dragon Breeder (or something similar)

These Eggs could also be bought for gems. (And therefor also gifted to someone).

Anyone like the idea?

In Another game there were a winged class called Dragon Diciple. Their wings followed what the player were doing. That could be done here too. But it would probably take lodas of programming – that is perhaps far better used for bug-fixing and the like at first hand!!

It could be like this for example in GW2…
Running – folded backwards.
Jumping – spread out as to support the jump.
Standing still, slowly moving a little as the rest of the character does.

Fight – move in a sutiable ways depending on what movements are used (would probably take some massive programming for each Class and even for some races)

Agree! I’m a guildleadrer myself and there should be some mechanicks to implement things like this!!!

As a commander u have responsibility!

It should require lvl 80 to get it – not lvl ! 11 !!!!

I am a commander and a Guild leader. I havn’t been a commander for very long. I have seen too many commanders behave like crap, I refuse to behave like they do!

So what do I do?

I am NOT Commander in WvW – my experience it too small for that.
When in PvE I try to help ppl. How do I do that?

I try to listen to what ppl want!

I am silent! As I’m very visible on the map, ppl can choose themselves if they want to follow me or not. If they ask if there is a champ at my location I’ll answer but i will never comand ppl to “do this” or “do that”.
In case ppl want me to liknk WP’s I do so.

In scarlet invasions I wait till the buch of commanders that want to zerg have picked a spot and the I go to a different one (i cannot understand why there need to be 4 commander in one spot as they are all at – the same spot???). Even with One commander and the ppl that usually follows, there will still be enough of ppl to get decent loot.

I ress ppl! As many as I can!

If I tend to be chased by the other commanders and their zergs and have to run away all the time not to be where the entire maps population is, I simply Tag off. I’m not needed in that case, as running all the time wont get anything done.

As commander I try to treat others the way I wish others would treat me!

U will see me out there, but only when I’m needed (not very often)…. U’ll never see me in LA or when I’m just hanging around somewhere as i HATE to show off. That is not the reason I got it.

It would also be great if u could switch places with them, so that u dont have to move X many objects in order to create order…..

A suggestion to see how many u have of a certain materialo even if u are not at the bank….

If u hover over a material that is picked up an in u’r inventory it would be great if the “Arrow” could “sense” how many of that u have and show in a little info window that tells the numbers while hovering over it.

It has happened quite a number of times that a guildee or someone asks “how many do u have of…” And I go like " I dont know, I have to go to the bank to check that.

This will only make it possible to see the numbers of those materials u happen to have in u’r inventory + bank. If the material is only in u’r bank and u dont happen to have any in u’r inventory u’ll still have to go to u’r bank.

I have said before but it can be said again!

I have no idea about the numbers either but the idea seems interesting!

About sigils…. As it is today if u have 2 stacking (sigil of bloodlust and sigil of…. the one that increases Condi dmg) sigils, one on each bow that I wield. How come only one of them stack (the first one I start using)…..

I really much apriciate the Ranger Pet Changes if they come true:)

I rely on my pet strongly as its my Melee and In’m a stubborn Pet-player, not using either traps or spirits more than for spacial needs. Without a reliable pet I become crippled;)

I already see far to many blue dots… I don’t need to see their pinging and painting as well….

This thread will work like the Charr Face Challenge, but the only difference here is that we design ARMOURS instead of character custimization here.

Draw a design of a full set suited on a Charr. It will be something that is not in the game at the moment! Feel free to write/explain about it…

Let loose ur fantasy!! Mayby the Dev’s will pick up some good ideas if we help them a bit… I’ll start drawing my idea in the beginning of next week.

And – the dev’s DO listen. They just don’t reply to Everything. Thay have HUGE amounts of information to deal with, and much of it is unfortunatly non serious fooling around here…

We have enough of humanoid races in this game already…. Apart from that they are plain ugly IMO…

I have done 100% map completion and I only will with one character because of this matter. WvW maps should not be necesary for PvE map completion.

I agree with that u’r comparisson between Charr in GW1 and 2 is not fair. Far from all charr stood upright… (and that looks constipated to me… or something). I have never had a Charr Warrior either.

My main is Ranger and my 2 secomdaries are Guardian and Mesmer. All are female.

Some of the reasons I have Heard of might be the armour though. The Heavy armour in charr has the most good looking pieces. That is commonly said in discussions about the matter…

Or just get Another back item to transmute them onto – then u’ll have two set of wings that u can switch between.

This was very much needed as it takes a big group 3-5 SECONDS to slay a champion…

I agree… Either have the function and SAVE the names (at least one name for each slot – that STAYS – till I change it) or don’t have itr at all (just remove the Juvenile once they are tamed).

NO dual classes (The Team has stated why Before…) and NO to “all clallses should be able to use all weapons”. Thank u!

They shall stay Hunched over if u ask me… They only stratghten at certain cirkumstances/ for cretain reasons… Making them always walk like that looks 1: uncomfortable, 2: it adds to the the “cat head on human body-feeling”

Agree! It’s annoying and rangers that havn’t tamed all pets get the “charm” option if they get close to anorher rangers unnamed pet… even more annoying! It’s sad and the feeling of bonding gets very much lost beacause of this…

I Always name my pets… I have sacrificed myself to do so too many times by now…. I wont give up my ranger because of this though!

Totally agree… There was someone talking about that one space in inventory is one byte and that it only can fit 250 “information”/mats…. I dont know if this is true however as I’m not into programming…

One way to get around that problem, if it exists, would be to make a similar system as for the wallet – making materials becomming sort of a currency…

The stance of the charr is just fine! Making them more upright just adds to the feeling of “puuting a cats head on a human body”… The charr straighten when they are being formal.

What is not fine is how many of the armours and other things behave on the charr – THAT is what needs to be fixed.

We are Charr and we will never give up mour existance because of some non-fitting armour! But we would very much apriciate having fitting, good looking armour and gear!!

Perhaps having an attack of dropping something to the ground (AoE), or diving scratching/using claws causing bleeding or torment. Could be a tiny bit smaller than the adult version.

Charr armour in general needs more attention (it have got some – thumbs up for that, but need far more)… It clips tails and horns, removes horns ears and manes and stretches like crazy sometimes… I post one sad clipping I saw last day…. Look t the sword on the charr standing to the right…

I’m fine with my charr but I have had to:
- Choose the right physique, to avoid Shoulder piece problem and weapon hovering (nr 3 in female charr)
- Carfully choose armour, to avoid clipping stretching and so on… (wich leaves me with very few choises)

Then there is a matter of taste comming into this of course too. Hopefully that will be the Only one thing that makes u decide what armour to use in the future. Well – it should be at least.

Their pase of in wich they release things is just fine! I don’t think the two week rate is a problem…
For example. I find the SAB content plain boring and will therefor not play it but do other things instead… Not all contetnt suits everuone and therefor this release pase makes sense. Some is fun, some is less fun.

I Think only those that belongs to the commanderr’s squad is te ones who should see him/her (50 ppl?). Another thing would be to make Guild- officers with a similer function for Guild members only.

Some different way of earning the commander tag would also e good. One that is based on experience in some way and not Money. It would anly be able to get at lvl 80 (and not lvl 11 as today). Different colors/symbols of the tags would also be useful in case more that one can be seen at the same time.

Could we plz come up with NEW ideas here…. nothing that already exists… that’s the whole point with this very thread…

The way I treat the red circles is this though. I have turned the off compleatly – then u will have to react to what u see and not to what a red line predicts will come. That makes it more realistic if u ask me. Yes, it also makes it a bit harder, but I still stay alive as well as Before I took them away..

And if u ask me, doing this also “Cleans” the screen from a lot of unnesecary information.

I disagree with this… The untraited pet is very weak and dies easily. To have any good use of u’r pet it needs to be fully traited.

To have each Minion act like a pet, with similars stats, would make the Necro incredibly strong… Imagine a ranger with 5 pets??!! Is that what u say it would be like?

No thanks… That would destroy the whole Point with “racial” skills….

The only way to work around this would be to make the Resources work the same way as the currencies in the wallet.

Let’t just wait and see what the stats of the new weapons (and eventual new armour in the future) will be and then we can discuss this….

A Guild leader tag vidsible only for the members of that Guild. It makes it possible for the members to see their leader and the leader to see their members (is they want to – it would be nice if that’s a choosable option).

Awsome that someone will look into this:) I also agree on RainbowSyrups Point! All visible things that we choose to have visible in game should show in the hero window and in the character selection.

This ALWAYS happens to me in LA when there is mcuh ppl… Every single time since the last patch. It goes away eventually but it TAKES LONG TIME (havent timed it bu surely 20-30 sec sometimes)! Therefor I have started to go to Black Citadel instead for Selling crafting etc…

On charr it takes half of all all facial features away … Horns ears and mane…. that is just sad!
