Think I’m going to go with 0/20/30/0/20 personally.
Well hes a short clip of the 30/0/25/0/15 build in action, my stats are a little wonky w/o the usual 10-20 in Arms line but, seems to work decently well. Pardon the lag.
Why this over the other 2?
Debating on going 1 of 2 ways.

Would be nice to have reduced cd’s for both weaponsets, but not sure how I feel about losing Burst Mastery.

Great change for my playstyle and being a solo roamer, now if we can just get backbreaker to not be so telegraphed and get rid of the 1 year cast time.

All duration stacking boons(Aegis, Fury, protection, Regeneration, Retaliation, Swiftness, and Vigor) and conditions(Blind, Burning, Chilled, Cripple, immobilze(now stacks duration), and Poison) now stack to a maximum of 5 times.
Fixed a bug where stuns would always round up their duration to the nearest second if you had extra stun duration from items or trait

Warrior:
Sharpened Axes: The adrenaline gain on critical hit portion of this trait now applies to all axe skills.
Battle Standard: This skill no longer applies boons until the end of the cast to prevent unintended behavior with canceling the it.
Mobile Strikes: This trait now functions with the elementalist Conjure Lightning skill – Lightning Leap.
Reckless Dodge: Increased radius to 180. Increased number of targets from 3 to 5.
Vigorous Shouts: Increased the base healing by 25%. Increased the healing stat scaling from 80% to 90%.
Lung Capacity: This trait has been moved to tier 1.
Empower Allies: This trait has been moved to tier 2.
Staggering Blow: This skill can now be used while moving. Reduced the cast time to 0.5 seconds.

You are literally just ranting and putting nothing of value into the conversation. I’m built 1 way, and only have trouble with amazingly well played mesmers, which is few and far between, necros can’t even touch me.
Like I said, post you build and stats and we can start from there, or just keep rambling incoherently, your choice.

You should have zero issues with necro.

Yeah I was initially GS/mace when game first came out, the slam/stun then bust out a 2her for massive damage was exactly the same style I grew accustomed to in DAoC.
But, with the addition of making skullcrack better, on top of everything else, warrs can be a bit over the top.
Not to mention I have a serious love for hammers in all mmos.
How would I port anywhere in combat?
I’m saying if i see a zerg i run the opposite way, if i can get away using Earthshaker, which is the same distance and practically same cd as savage leap, I will, if not, I will port before I enter combat.
And mobility doesnt bother me. If someone runs, ok cya. If a zerg is inc, I’ll quick port.
Seriously not an issue, there is zero penalty for dying.

No offence but you are being carried by healing signet and the mace, just like quite a few warriors out there. This build is as cookie cutter as bulls charge+100B early on in the game. I also use healing signet but it doesn’t mean its anywhere near balanced. Mace stuns need to get tuned down.
Regarding your build:
You cannot run away from anyone
Outside berserker stance you are really susceptible to kiting
Someone with the slightest mobility can outrun you.Its basically a stay and fight build.
Overall good skill though, but i would like to see more 1v2
You call my build cookie cutter, which is the best setup for hammer, then refer me to a video that isn’t solo roaming, of another warrior, that runs the same build trait wise, and uses healing signet, after saying I get carried by healing signet, and tell me to be more like him.

I mean I could also post a video where myself and 1 engi (Tooldealer) kill 10 people.
It’s not difficult, there are maybe a handful of actually good players in this game, and thats not saying much, this game requires little to no skill.
You have to manage all of 10 buttons. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This is honestly how I feel about it, and obviously it isn’t hurting me in anyway damage wise or other.
What about Engineers? They are so op and need to be stopped.

Do you have a set rotation for when you’re fighting? What do you like to start off with and when should you use your utility skills. Nice video and I’m definitely going to give this a whirl!
No not really, I just try to play and use my utilities and skills as defensively as possible, more like I base how I fight someone off what skills they are using or a rotation I think they will use.
I usually try to use all the big dmg skills like fierce blow, staggering blow and backbreaker during my longest stuns so I get as close to that 35% dmg to stunned/disabled foes as much as possible. 10% from hammer sigil, 25% from merc hammer.
Too much toughness.
This is just a matter of personal preference. Would you ever say you have too much attack power? or too much critical chance? It’s all relative, I don’t like being taken down easily.
I enjoy being able to solo camps, surviving heavy burst from gc builds and being able to take multiples. I don’t have mobility outside of Earthshaker, so staying in fights longer, i receive more benefits from high toughness imo.
Hey all. Finally found some time to make another video on my asura/human warrior. Severely dissapointed by the lack of 1vx fights I managed to find in the past few weeks that either weren’t interrupted by a zerg or my fellow realm mates.
Anywho, most followers of my videos know I have a physical handicap, so sorry for the lack of camera rotation, some of the fights are sped up, but that’s better than sitting there for the entire duration of long, drawn out fights vs bunker mouth breathers in my opinion.
I do swap foods depending on what I encounter, Tarragon bread for fotm skullcrack+GS warrs, lemongrass for heavy condi classes etc.

Just wish it was cut and dry. Last mmo i played you knew what the stat caps were, and exactly what to had to achieve to get x and y.
Not to mention Earthshaker has the same Range and practically the same CD as Savage Leap.

Eh nice try, but I was on my ele before this, and same deal. I got on my Ranger (30-30 in traits) with full zerker and ascended zerker trinkets, to see if I could burn him down, but as you can see even my LB shots are too slow, and using SB would have been worse.
You’ll never catch a warrior if he wants to run. Simple as that. it doesn’t need to be nerfed though. I like being mobile. I hate slow classes. Its fun being able to sprint across wide areas quickly. Killing the mobility of a class kills the fun for me, which is why I barely bother with my ele anymore and why I got bored of Mesmer before ever hitting 80. All other classes, except thief and ranger, need better mobility. And ignore the guy who’s saying it’s working as intended. No one will catch a warrior except for another warrior or a thief. If you spec for it you can get ranger to have nearly 3 minutes of swiftness and you’ll still barely keep up even spamming swoop over and over as soon as it’s off cooldown.
I hear ya on that mesmer part, I got my mesmer to lvl 30 before I got tired of the slow pace feel lol.
Even more laughable, is a Warrior running from a GC ranger.

Here is the armor damage reduction formula.
((Armor-1836)/Armor)*100 = DR
1836 is because that is the base value for light armor classes.
For a warrior with 0 toughness you get 2127 armor, thats 13.68 Damage reduction.
Then there is effective health. This means how much damage you have to take before you die.
Health*Armor/1836 = EH
Warriors have 18372 Health
If you receive 0 healing then that means warriors have 21284 EH.
Now lets take my build 3667 Armor with your hammer out, we will ignore thick skin as its only active above 90% health and lets ignore the armor bonus from the shield. We will assume Dolyak Signet is up though.
3,667 Armor and 18,372 Health (no WvW bonuses).
49.93% DR
36,694 EH
Now lets a zerk warrior build which runs only 3,186 armor and 18,372 Health
42.37% DR
31,881 EH
This means that you will take 4,813 more damage to go from 100-0.
Lets assume you live for 2 minutes, signet + Adrenal health is about 530 HPS. Thats 63,600 health (assuming no poison ect) and we will add that to your 18,372 base health.

142,245 EH
So I live 15-25%% longer than someone who runs glass.
Everyone has their playstyles. It’s not the 1v1’s I care about, those are fine, it’s the multiples I like to survive against.

Because I do just fine w/o mobility?
Theres literally zero death penalty or a bonus t-shirt for getting away from zergs. I came from an MMO that I soloed in for 10 years, got zerged constantly, with massive death penalties, and 15-20mins of rebuffing and boating.
Dying to zergs doesn’t bother me with the 15second return to pvp time.
Yeah without the mobility though in my build I’m forced to stay in the fight, where the extra armor and practicality of being immune to CC is more beneficial

This is a version of what I run for solo roam. and I utterly smash kids, including other warrs, Skullcrack+100b on me even from a glassy warrior is barely noticeable, given that I have close to 3800 armor.
And I have plenty of vids on my youtube showcasing that.
