Skin aquirement
No amulets or accesories
Pristines worthless if you get all rings
Still nothing new on vendor
Bad loot even on 40+. 30 silver 3 hour runs.
Still no salvaging of BIS rings. 5 silver worth even though exotic rings of same type go for over 1g by nature on tp?

I decided to make a thread where we can all pool up our minds and predict when they’re going to “fix” fractals. To make them rewarding, worthwhile.

So, what do you predict?

I say october 2013 patch will touch on subject of fractals.
Why? Well it’s almost a year since fractal would be released, but not quite yet. So we couldn’t say that it took them a year to fix it, but less. To make it seem much less worse than it is.

The inflations aren’t user based, the spikes are way too straight for that to be the case, literally. Someone at anet/nexon pushes a button and gem prices go where they want them to go. So what you see is a set price, all the time, instead of this gimmicky reply of “users dictate it”.

The legendary rifle has a couple issues with my human warrior
1. The aura doesn’t always appear when unseathing/going into battle
2. The aura alywas disappears completely when switching weapons even though the predator remains in weapon slot or switched back to.

800 gem mining pick and I still get occasional ruined ore chunks from mithril? Is this intended?

Fractal level: 46

What happened: Imbued shaman ate npc on the other side of the map instantly whilst still being in the middle of the room thus making the fractal literally impossible and a waste of hours on the previous fractal. And yes we did try multiple times.

What should be done: Arenanet should adress Fractals, add more infusion recipes, fix bugs, introduce content and rewards that make it worthwhile doing. This dungeon is so overlooked it’s not even funny anymore.

So we had a reset today, great!

Warmaster chan is bugged already in Dragonbrand! Not great!

Yep. Cursed shore gets bugged far too easily. After the major patch we had melandru bug a day later already. SAB update fixed this but now Fia is gone again.

Anet can you please fix this map so it doesn’t bug out so often or make it reset daily because the speed the bugs arrive is way too fast.

Even more people are having this issue. Lots of groups fail to get all members in because the join is bugged.

Others cant join my instance. I cant join others instance.

I get the join message but it does nothing. Fabolous.

Tried relog. Tried restart. Tried to reset router.

I have posted about this on other similar topics. I’ll add to the conversation wherever I can because I want ArenaNet to keep their word so I can return to GW2. I have loved this game more than any other in my life, but I have now quit the game. I followed the development of this game and possibly read every blog ArenaNet put out regarding it. I spread so much hype about this game and this company. Several friends bought it just because of my sharing on and on about it. One of the most important aspects to me was ArenaNet’s statements regarding micro-transactions. I will structure this as a formal argument to make it very clear why ArenaNet has acted in a morally reprehensible and therefore lost my patronage until such time as this such gambling is done away with and an apology issued.

Now that is something that people will want to move away from, guaranteed 100%. Maybe add a +1% for the fun of it.

A decent solution would be just to have a higher chance to get PARTS of a token like 1/8. Get four 1/8s of a token put it in mf get a 1/4 token, get four 1/4 tokens place in mf you get a full fused token. This way they can still make decent bank and people will evetually get their fused wep (you would still have a chance at a full fused token as it is right now, it’s just those that are not so lucky can eventually get a fused token as well).

I had opened 20 BL chests and no fused ticket! Seriously I see only one reason of putting new skins in BL chest: GREED. In Guild Wars 1 everyone could get event skin via quest or mission and it was nice and in propper way. We DO NOT need to have some special exclusive weapons cuz we have legendaries which suck so bad in becasue of “1 precursor-per-month-per-server” drop rate. Now I hate those fused weps because they are almost unavaible for normal players. You want us to spend dollars on those keys? Cuz gem price for gold is too high, and You know why because you were rising this price due to promotions etc.

What frustrate me more that our “free market” Is not free at all. Just saying… And you can’t buy or sell whatever you want cuz soulbound. Main reason? WE JUST SAY SO and It won’t be logical at all. Ascended rings which i have like 10 and don’t know to sell them for 4s (lol) or keep because maybe arenanet allows me to throw them in mistic toilet just to get another crap.

Oh and one more thing. On black lion key there is note: “you can obtain this key from random monsters”. Now that’s the biggest lie in this game. I have played 1000 hours and no key droped from monsters. All were from TP, missions or map completion. Change this note or change drop rate for keys.

Also I would like to see some npc/mf recipe which will change those @#%* boosters which I do NOT want to have or use cuz they are pointless in the later state of game. They just took valuable place in eq/depo.

Counter argument that nullifies this post: Legendaries, Fused, and Holiday weapons are not required to play this game. They are all optional additions to this game.

/sigh, another one of these posts.

The reason for the cost is precisely because of people like you who are “gambling” on these precursors. With a very, very impressive and wide supply of exactly 1 in stock right now, and a ton of people (like you, apparently…) who want this item, the person selling this rifle can set the price extremely high.

Also, given that this person has to spend so much just to put this item on the market (already put okitteng minimum), for him/her to take it back off now and reprice would cost quite a bit of gold, so there isn’t much choice to make the item a lower price.

The reason for the cost is the abysmal drop rate, not the fact people try to create the supply. What happened to logic?

The Christmas event was good, it did one thing better then all the rest and that was to let me buy the items I wanted!

4 minipets were pure rng.

But you could buy 5 of the others, only getting 3 without buying them, and you could buy all the weapons and town cloths. I never said there was no RNG, but at least we had other things to spend our money on.

Oh and I did the Christmas chests and got the 3 mini pets, then turned them into a Quaggan. So the odds at Christmas were better then now.

Because you got the quaggan makes the chances better? Thats now how it works. I don’t know if you visited the forums at that time but the complaint threads were massive.

I have created a 1000 sided die simulation which I will start when the new expansion rolls out. I will pick one number out of 1000. If that number comes up when I roll, I will pay the expansion’s full price. I will also pick 9 other numbers. If they come up, I will buy the expansion at a severe discount. I intend to roll this die as many times as it usually takes me to get extremely bored of rewards with extremely kittenty odds – usually around 10.

Winning through this simulation will ensure that I will have FUN in the expansion, because moving forward, no amount of Molyneuxian hype will make me purchase anything without it having a foot in a gachapon box.

No, the supply is the driving force. The supply created by arenanet. It’s all in the hands of arenanet. They control the supply, they know how the prices will be, they also promised fixes that are increased drop rates and Bullkitten Hunt – uhh I mean scavenger hunt(which was nothing but a damage control PR spin that never actually materialized or was actually being worked on at any point. Just something a dev said out of their behind to make people calm. Can’t say it didn’t work.)

It’s ALL in the hands of the creators. This silence or “monitoring” (aka doing nothing) if you will is absolutely disgusting.

Arenanet is the only force capable of fixing this situation. Or if this really does keep up even after todays patch, then I guess we should just all agree this EXACTLY what they want – which also means they unethically straight up lie to their playerbase. Not good business ethics is it.
