I.e. HOTW P1, before the boss, there’s 3 mobs you have to kill to proceed and they don’t drop xp nor loot.

Whats the design philosophy for this? There’s surely other paths with trash mobs that drop nothing.

What’s the point? Can someone give a good argument for this.

What does everyone else think of this wonderful piece of music equipment now available in the rng-store for a mere 800 gems, or 26 gold – The marriners horn, or vuvuzela as I like to call it.

It’s either one way or the other. You have so many afkers ruining it that getting the achievement is nothing but a grind to get the team that has the least afkers. It’s also not a very good mini game at all. How can they be putting out content like this? It’s like they didn’t even test it and think it through.

Anyone else think the minis are extremely lazy? They took some random monsters and put a filter on them and called it quits. Even the EXOTIC colossus mini has nothing special about it. No extra fx, it’s just transparent blue. Not even a mist coming out of it? Come on, can you get more lazy than this?

Its funny too because those have been since launch and still havent been fixed.

Mail limit. Mail supression. Mobs going invulnerable for no reason. Mobs random agro mechanics that break frequently in open world. Party window not updating.

Anets going for broke on keeping annoying bugs in, hopefully we still have all of these in a year.

Ok this is just hilarious now. Anets oversights are some of the worst but this, this is something special.

If it involves laurels then I don’t think it will be a problem. After I got to 100 laurels I just stopped doing dailies. I’m sure there are people with 150+ with nothing that interests them.

I wish life was so simple for me.

I’ve spent 180 laurels on amulets and the utilities alone…

Where I do commend Anet for “trying” to solve this issue, its not really solved, the loot in your end game 80 zones is still no where to be seen, all you did here was move the attention away from 1 T6 mat for a few days, some weapons requires a lot of dust and ecto, but now we have to salvage the ecto to get the dust,

Why could you not just FIX THE LOOT in your level 80 end game zones, this is poor.

I had a 20% discount. Then again, I have a job. This discount does not take farmers into account, and for good reason.

One thing I must say is going to maps you never visit can be quite an experience. Such a shame these pretty maps are dead… But yes, it is not efficent at all.

It’s from my personal experience. They can check what I killed and how much loot I’ve gotten from them from their data.

Well since everything else has had the nerf hammer, anyone else just gotten back to mining all these worthless wood/ore mats? It’s basically a waste of time but I still find it somewhat faen. At least I know I’ll get SOMETHING back for my time.

Either you guys nerfed this or it’s a huge bug you won’t adress. Look at dust prices alone, this doesn’t drop, neither does anything else. All you get for killing mobs in 80 zones is xp, who needs that? Please go over your loot system.

I just love that ArenaNet puts in objectives that, to reach them, you have to farm for, and then goes and nerfs every possible way to farm. So where’s the logic in that?

And if you’re not supposed to farm, why the need for so many mats for a single item? How would you ever acquire it? By simply playing and then sometime in the distant future you have all the materials? Best delaying tactic ever. Not.

Buy Gems, trade them in for gold.

I’m actually pretty alright with the RNG system. It means that anyone with a small amount of gold to spend (or who gets a crate/chest/key in game) has a chance at a very exclusive item.

People love having gear to show off, and the little guy gets a shot at it this way and it isn’t ruined by the guys who have a lot of actual dollars to throw into the gem store (unless those guys are gullible enough to dump a lot of dollars into it trying).
