I thought that was known for some time. I always do Whirling Axe in the middle of Claw of Jormag and see three damage numbers pop up.
Since the recent updates, the total damage numbers are shown in one spot instead of separate parts.
That screenshot looks epic, until the group defeats the Risen Priestess of Dwayna. Historian Vermoth dies, which was not supposed to happen since it breaks the Temple of Dwayna events.
Due to lack of sufficient players during Temple of Dwayna events, NPC Historian Vermont had died after succeeding Defeat the Risen Priestess of Dwayna event.
He had died at the inappropriate stage of events by the remaining risen mobs and disappeared from the area, causing the meta event to halt indefinitely until the next server reset.
UPDATE: Since the recent game updates, this should no longer be an issue.
UPDATE: Nevermind. NPC still dies and halts the chain event on the same condition.

Death of players doesn’t affect the troops’ morale.
I did ran into this issue with this same spot, where we lost 80% of the troops’ morale in a few seconds. Nonetheless, we did managed to reach the top.
Well, I found that the culprit is Risen Plague Carrier, which shows as “Unknown” in chat window during its explosion.
If you’re facing level 84 mobs, this is somewhat hard to avoid during the Temple of Grenth event due to heavy culling issues, causing them to spawn and explode in an invisible manner.
The best tactic is taking down Veteran Risen Acolytes immediately before they spawn various types of the risen, including Risen Plague Carrier.
There’s always people on Blackgate’s Cursed Shore every time I travel there.

Ah yeah. Two events clashing each other is the worst case scenario.
There’s a workaround for this bug. Lure the risen giant to them and they will reset after their morale has depleted.
Warmaster Angaria event needs to be fixed though. She is easily distracted by the overwhelming spawns of risen due to a lot of players doing the events.
Nobody on the Northern Shiverpeaks server has gotten the bonus chest from Megadestroyer for at least the last 4 days.
Megadestroyer does not give a bonus chest nor the updated chest, despite dropping an Ancient Chest.
My group took it down in under 2 minutes, and we were a small group — around eight players.

Same on Blackgate and it happened few days ago. Historian Vermoth was nowhere to be seen.

You won’t get solid replies from dev on how the event triggers, but the event conditions listed look pretty accurate.

This is happening on PC version as well on certain events.
It’s broken on Blackgate as well. Sister Brenda is stuck standing next to the bull.
I noticed that when Shadow Behemoth spawns during Defeat the shadow behemoth event, a large red circle appears around the boss in the compass/map overview, while the other world bosses (such as the dragon champions, Inquest’s Golem Mark II, Fire Elemental, etc.) get an orange circle instead.
It seems normal for the orange circle to appear over champion or legendary boss events, but I noticed that only Shadow Behemoth gets the red circle in its event. So I wonder why didn’t the other world bosses have a red circle? And should they?
Now, the real question is how exactly Shadow Behemoth works.
I believe that has been covered extensively.

I’ve experienced a few runs with Temple of Grenth event where Keeper Jonez Deadrun decided to leave his spot to fight the risen mobs during Cover Keeper Jonez Deadrun as he performs the cleansing ritual event.
Every time this happens, the event guarantees to fail as he is bombarded with risens and exploding “Unknowns.”
Can something be done to stop Jonez from moving from his position at all?
That is definitely a bug. I saw about 20-25 cuddled up before Anchorage Waypoint when they’re supposed to despawn, and most of them were Risen Nobles. I had to use On My Mark! skill to lure each of them one by one to avoid getting scraped.

Hanging around in Queensdale for so long is like living in a mother’s basement.
Why stay there when there’s higher zones that has more “loot-challenge-fun” events such as the major meta events that holds a chest as well as other meta events in the zones?
The Great Jungle Wurm is a critical issue. 30 minutes after the server reset, the wurm got taken down so quickly before it fully rose. No one was awarded contribution bonus nor the chest.
You should submit a bug report in-game. There’s a checkbox to report an exploitable issue.
No one knows how to open the vendors at Gates of Arah because players disregarded the downed troops next to Meddler’s Summit, suspending the Gates of Arah meta event chain and not restarting it.

Opened on Blackgate.
Uncheck “Enable stereoscopic 3D” under “Set up stereoscopic 3D” in NVIDIA Control Panel.
Quickest way: go to Start menu and type “disable 3d vision” and press enter.
“The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.”
Just got it after switching characters.
Now I get this error: “The game client lost its connection to the server.”
UPDATE: I can now login to the server. Carry on.

Is it a bug or normal for multiple “exploding unknowns” to spawn in the last 15 seconds while trying to secure Temple of Grenth? Jonez got instantly down and then the whole floor got covered with dead player bodies.
I’m getting multiple spams of this in my combat log:

Please remove the 10-second countdown for this Shatterer pre-event when Crusader Blackhorn has collected enough siege weapon pieces from players in the area.
I was in the area and picked up 5 siege weapon pieces when someone else dumped 10 seige weapon pieces for Crusader Blackhorn, fulfilling Crusader Blackhorn’s needs. 10-second countdown was initiated, which did not give me enough time to turn in remaining pieces in my inventory; thus, I receive no credit for the event.
I’ve already submitted a bug report long ago, but it has been unheard since.
I thought it was already clear that Rotting Ancient Oakheart and Sister Brenda cannot be at their spawn locations. lol
I just did Megadestroyer and Tequatl today, and I got no bonus chest for either event.
Again no rare chest today on Megadestroyer. Did get one on the Golem Mark II event, though.

Claw of Jormag has been taken down at overflow, with about 15 people. No help from the forums came, but we relayed to friends to join/invite. We took some casualties and the battle lasted 53 minutes.
