You apparently weren’t here at launch then. Groups of 5-20 bots running amok especially on the high end maps. Gold sellers spamming your in box 5+ times a day. Anet has done a pretty good job with the bots and gold sellers.

Didn’t see a comment section on the survey. Anywho: about me saying I did not buy the coffers. The chance in the gem store coffers was not a significant enough increase In drop chance to constitute buying them. I possibly would have if the weapon skins appealed to me more, but I have no characters that fit the theme for them. I did however get lucky and purchased off the trading post 547 normal coffers and get 3 tickets which will sit in my bank until I make up my mind on what to get. I do like the achievement reward system for this event, especially the helm for all three armor types. The wings are particularly not my style but I do appreciate them. The achievements did feel a bit too drawn out with some. As in light 50 effigees when there are 30. Just seems weird to be forced to relight ones you’ve already lit. Overall I liked it though, and it is of course free content.
Perhaps Scarlet is not a pirate but simply hired them? The term they used to describe her a while ago I believe was Snarky. What race is usually full of Snark? I think she’s an Asura that is behind it all. The alliance, and the hiring of pirates. They have inquest technology after all. She could have even invented the Rapier weapons. Now. The question is, to what end? You can see the Dredge weapon testing in how Horrics weapon (his canon) fires. Its been amplified since Flame and Frost. Also what’s curious is why make themselves known now instead of later? Especially with the slip up with the Council seat. What’s to gain from that? Anywho. Elaborate on my thoughts?
I think it would help with immersion and anticipation to see NPC’s preparing for a festival or celebration. Like the hologram projecters that are scattered everywhere. We could see one or two annoyed Asura walking to each one and hitting it with a hammer for a while before the celebration actually happens. Or a big taffy puller in Divinities Reach producing taffy that is being Dolyaked to LA. These NPC’s don’t need to be interactive. Just there to let people guess.
The parachute should be a back item that deploys after you fall and die, like a cartoon thing. That way its comical and offers no advantage either than hilarity. Just imagine how it would look to see an entire zerg follow a commander off a cliff to die and then Poof, Poof poof! Defective parachute deployment.
They need to release a bunch of armor sets at once, because if they just add one, EVERYone will be wearing it. Which would be good at a sales standpoint because people don’t have options to pick from but from style standpoint would be saddening.
Hey, I know it’s old news but I’ve used the Great saw Great blade for a long time and I feel that it is lacking a little bit. I love that you added the chainsaw buzz sound on swing (even though its been sadly diminished in volume) but I have one wish. That is instead if the spinning squeaking noise when not swinging is changed to a low engine rumble. Like that of an actual chainsaw instead of a wheel barrel Being pushed around. <3
Video games are about instant gratification. Long term goals are for real life. I personally hate farming, but I don’t mind paying the people who put the effort forth to do so. They rightly deserve the ability to grind and farm out things if that’s what they enjoy doing, and with every patch A Net seems to release they make the game a bit more of a slow grind to get anything. Its getting depressing, because I truely enjoy playing this game. I just hate how they keep making things more tedious.
Yes to all! I would love random skin drops from dungeon bosses, I discussed this with my brother as well and he agrees. I would draw you guys dozens of weapons and submit them lol. Anywho. +1
I’m all for this, also would love it if I could hide a shoulder selection I don’t like. Such as the SE heavy armor. I would love to just display the cone shoulder without having the giant castle like shoulder.
This topic is about bolt, not the kitten harp or blob stick. But yeah, I think the teleport lightning effect would be awesome. Thief +bolt would be amazing with lightning port. Might have to make a Sylvari with mushroom cap and name him Raiden though.
The US is not the only client base. Other countries do not seem to mind the RNG.

Yeah, they should just remove everything everyone doesn’t like from the game. That would solve everyone’s problem! While we’re at it we should remove Eles, because they use a bunker build. Fighting them sucks, remove them from the game. Mesmer clones suck to fight against also, trying to figure out which target to kill isn’t fun. Let’s remove them too!
