I want the hat alone.
Like handlebar musctaches and van dykes please.
I think a fix would be to do racial capes. Design each cape for the different races and give 3 different looks. Add a cylinder or something (that’s invisible that the cape cannot flow into around the character) poof capes.
Is that a footballs ghost?
Please? I would love new armor, especially the medium that isn’t s trench coat.
Its worth it to me. I always forget to buy harvesting supplies because I don’t think about them all the time. So it helps for airheads and has a nifty animation.
Yeah, but that’s the “just the tip” scenario. Then they’ll add them able to go anywhere. And why even stop with one? People will say “well, I have 4 level 80 characters, I should just have an entire group of them.” And then no one would want to party and ANet will have released a second online single player game.
Hmmm or a mini bag? First slot of the bag always summons that mini and you can hold more In other slots.
The invention trait that effects care package is supposed to effect mortar also. But I believe it is still broke. Also the rest of the turret traits seem broke since the 30th patch…
Yep, leveled an Eles to 80. Wanted to use staff but its terrible. Never really played him since.
~!GASP!~ could we get a snickering laugh upon stealthing?
There’s a warrior on Borlis Pass that has Moot, Predator, Twilight, Sunrise, Bolt, and …. forgot its name. The longbow. Those are the ones I’ve seen her equipped with anyhow.
I think it has to do with bow graphic errors. I’ve noticed with my ascalon longbow that if its glowing and I use volly or something the bow is constantly tweeking out and no longer using the aura thing. The bow is constantly drawing back and firing even if I’m not in combat. So possibly instead of working on a way to fix bows with animations they just don’t give them any now.
Vigil pistol is white and grey?
Sorry to stand directly opposed to the idea but I directly oppose NPC grouping of any sort. Henchmen, heroes, and mercenaries are what directly ruined GW1 for me because no one played together anymore. Mainly I’m sharing this so the Devs can see both sides to it.
There’s now a glove check box. I was surprised
I had a similar suggestion a while ago. Seen this pop up a few times and I hope it eventually gets addressed. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/suggestions/Mini-pet-Slot/first#post359023
I think it should be replaced with something. Maybe a block/counter knock back. Either its just a block then counter for first/second stage with 3rd a knock back or knock back distance increases with adrenolin level. Think Siegfried from Soul Calibur 4/5’s crouch stance.
Id like to get the estimated 30 activities added to the game and wouldn’t mind a month or 3 dedicated to this.
Bar brawl
Archery/Target Range
Smash ‘Em Up
An unknown activity that involves shooting mini golems that explode.
Yes please! I really would love more activities to just waste my time on. Like those times I wake up and have an hour before work with nothing to do. I would really appreciate just fun things to help flesh out the world with.
Someone told us that the jet pack only has a chance of dropping if you kill the boss with the jet pack first.
I remain skeptical.
Official response from a dev was that its all just random. Boss has no effect.
We may have bosses from a storyline that continue on forever as guild bounty hunts when a story completes.
Oh. My. God. Please make the Dredge Engineer mini-boss from the Molten Facility who shoots all the weapons at us (and who we never kill) be a Bounty Hunt target with all of his crazy weapons! That would be so incredible!
In the meantime, please don’t forget about your old and permanent content. Fractals, for instance, has been left abandoned and worthless for so long it’s painful.
I killed him, it changes up. Sometimes you kill him, sometimes you don’t. He’s got the same stats as a critter which makes him amazing because you one shot him for 10k+ damage.
I had a pretty epic battle on that boss in one of my runs. We were killing the berserker first and just powering him down and not really paying attention to the boss mechanics, everyone ended up dying when he was getting low in health, save for a Charr necromancer who was soloing him for about 3 minutes. Then he got downed and right as he was about to be defeated managed to kill the berserker. Braham revives everyone and the day is saved!

I really like Rod, I actually want to know more about her. I’m only going off of what’s in game, not any outside sources. It seems like she’s got a great deal of history and experience and regret. I’m thinking she was with her warband and caused an explosion while mining and killed them making her a Gladium. This is my speculation of course, but it seems like she’s trying to move on from it, and Braham is giving her some hope from his naive attitude and idealized courage that comes from inexperience.
I’ll let you know on Tuesday.
I mean, there are already Asura turrets in the game and I’ve seen a piece of concept art for engineer that was Asura with a very Asura looking flamethrower. I’m trying to find it again to link it. It would be similar to the warband support and thieves guild skill.
Hmm I thought the devs mentioned the villain being someone we would recognize that would be recurring and snarky. Wonder if Kudu scanned his brain into a computer or something…
Your nemesis:
Colyn Mohansen,
Fight mechanics include adding pieces to the dungeon then removing them shortly thereafter, swinging a sword, whipping midbosses Gore-Blux and Fore-Man in to a killing frenzy, swinging a sword again, and a really annoying “infraction” mechanic in the final fight that prevents resurrection if you allow it to stack too high by failing to type an acceptable series of new krytan characters in to his terminal bay.
Also, he’s an android programmed to smile a lot.
Lol this is great!
I didn’t read all the replies, but isn’t the warriors more damage to boons a grandmaster in their final/semi-useless trait line? That’s sacrificing some DPS to go down that line, so I think it just balances them out to do the same damage as before to people with boons and less damage to those without.
I’m pretty great in dungeons that I know. I really enjoy my thief and I’m pretty good at my play style. It depends on what you’re comfortable with. I do group with other thieves and sometimes they’re great and sometimes they’re horrible. Just be good at what you do (unless what you do is run in and burst then die. Stop that, just dodge roll out once you burst)
I’m super excited also. So glad I now have Tuesdays off starting this week! New dungeon, buffed thief , I’m ready to roll!!! I am sad though that the Ele is getting hit hard with no aperant buffing. I mean, I leveled an Ele and hated playing him because I thought he was weak in comparison to all my other characters, and now they’re getting gutted some more. I’d like to see more people playing them and doing well.

The standard leveling rate is one level per hour.
Tengu, Dredge, Koda
Yep, that armor is horrible. Bring on the necrotic!
I am currently just needing 230 marks of honor, 250 ectoplasm, and my precursor (Spark). OOtherwise I’ve gotten the rest. I’m really excited.
A shape shifter would be amazing. Norn forms are the antithes of the combat standard in this game with lack of mobility and feeling clunky. I think the forms should be temporary, like 3 minutes or something so it forces you to keep on your toes in extended battles. I really do miss my WoW druid. I know this isn’t WoW and I could never go back to playing it, but I would love a shape shifter. Like F1-4 could be different forms. This could be the reintroduction to the ritualist even, if you make them spirit forms. Shift into spirit of destruction, creation, ect. As for utilities you could have kit like urns, spread ashes, drop pots. Spirit summons could be 4 other utilities. To keep them different than other summons you could have them like really temporary pets similar to the mist fire wolf where they’re good for one or two attacks. So that’s 8 utilities there. Hmm… then there could be buffs/debuffs in the form of wails (shout like thing) and lastly I would guess some type of signets?
After he stops selling things, he should walk around the town muttering ideas to himself.
I am disheartened by the temporary content. I mean, I do love that it’s supposed to feel like a living world where stuff is ever evolving, but I for one missed the Karka event completely because I had to work. I have no idea what it’s really about other than an island appeated that’s full of mean crab bugs and the consortium are greed driven. I think there should be a way to revisit past living world content in the future with a very low chance at the rewards that were unique to it. Say like a fractal-ish facility that becomes active for a couple weeks out of the year to go back through the mists and do a history lesson.
A dungeon that upon completing has a small chance at spawning a world boss. Say you beat the big baddy and discover a queen Karka egg or something. I’m just throwing out ideas, I missed the entire Karka event so I’m not too familiar with their inner workings and lore.
I would just be happy with a different look depending on the race. Same with the turrets. A similar idea to how WoW eventually did totems for shamans. I think the design should reflect their race.
I wish the runes had a different color texture, they’re still white like the hawks. I too am disappointed.
I also would love this if it was implemented into the game. constantly selecting players or pets while rotating the camera.
Having an equipment slot where you can equip one mini pet, and have it have a hide/un-hide option like the back equipment, helm, and shoulder items. That way it will always summon and not take up a bag slot, and if need be, you can hide it so it doesn’t show up.
