Oh check out our thread from last week .. we managed to go pretty much the entire week this way.
Key is to just literally ignore any attempts to troll.
We really do enjoy having a civilized, and often goofy, match thread .. and some of you Kaineng folks are getting into the spirit of it, too .. that’s good to see.
Next up: Thursday’s tri-server dolyak walk parade. I fully expect it to be a complete success (And enjoying watching a certain BG fellah scarf down a sweat sock)
From what I understand, much like pve mobs, you have to be the one to tag the enemy first to get a chance at any badges … often you’ll just get junk, even if you do tag them first. So if you hit them before anyone else, and even if your teammates kill them off, you’ll get the badges.

We will send him back to you, but you should really latch the gate to prevent him wandering off in search of .. uh .. munchies …

Paris Hilton is a plant. I repeat. A plant (no not a Sylvari). After we locked her and Lindsay Lohan up in a room to duke it out as to who will command TC this week, Hilton ran off crying. It’s good to know where she landed, tch, she’ll do anything for publicity. I suspect she’ll come crawling back, some of our team want her .. but do us a favour and let your king “entertain” her a while?
Kudos on that dramatic breakout. We weren’t expecting it. Now all we have left over is some chicken bones to clean up.
That was defiantly a sparta moment for TC when Kain and BG were throwing wave after wave for Bay in KGBL. Some of the most fun I’ve had playing WvW and we just started! Great fight guys and welcome to Tier 2 KG it’s going to be a hell of a week.

Man the available siege …. Run supply and help build it …. Scout and yell out in map when you see an enemy. Unfortunately until you hit at least 30, you’ll likely not make much of a dent in Zerg combat because you don’t have all your skillsets and your gear doesn’t scale …. The optimal time to head out into the Zerg or any combat really, I’ve found, is around 50. But the other things I mentioned will make a significant contribution and be appreciated by your team.
Lol lag saved my little solo supply running butt vs two big zergs tonight. Not sure why it wasn’t affecting me, but my wallet (for repairs) was grateful.

You moved us out of DB? TC attacked garrison, so we had to go back and defend it. Less than 15 made it back into bay before you recapped it. But dont worry, the next video will show that fight

I’m not down Just had to leave the fight. You guys were a real wake up call to a lot of TL recruits who’d never been in t2-t1 and we thank you for that. I hope there’s more fights to come, just TL and HB. None of that Kaineng Meow or BG LotD to interfere. Haha. Ill have you know that TL had a blast fighting you guys. And to be honest we were all under the impression that you guys fell back to garrison because DB looked like Swiss Cheese. ^^

Just wanted to pop in and say well done to our opponents, it’s been very interesting so far. Commander Gary Busey, formerly our head at TC is sad that he’s being replaced, but has found solace in the arms of a rather friendly skrit.
That said, I understand there are a good number of Korean players on Kaineng. I wanted to wish them an early happy new year .. it’s coming up Feb. 10th right?
No I think he means that with the reset his server had a chance to renew, with all ratings being an equal 1500. Without the reset, they’re stuck with a tougher uphill climb that likely will result in folks just not coming out. I really feel for the bottom tier servers.
But don’t give up. Just dig in and chip away at it.

You have no need to worry, we’re only here for the Dolyak Parade. We’ve spent weeks to get here just to meet TC and party with their Yaks The culmination of a “long” journey. We can rest now, for there will be Dolyaks!

My only wish is that TC/BG recognizes who our obvious forum warriors are and ignores them early on. The rest of us are pleasant. Give us a chance, be constructive. Kain, be ready to learn some hard lessons..

Especially not over some scrub who ain’t got no class. Peta had to carry her stunned kitten back to the house and everything. Kandi’s eyes light up as an idea occurs to her.

Ellehnia has no idea why she let Kandi drag her downstairs into her father’s bar, but once she’s surrounded by her friends she does start feeling better. Charzilla, Sardonicus and Kushaboss, her three overprotective older brothers, were busy having a boxing match in the background, there was a cold beer sliding across the bar to her, and all was well. Well, most everything was well.

For those FAers who participated in the parade peacefully, I apologize for you getting caught in the crossfire. We had one poor dolyak that went down a couple times. I’m sorry! For the rest who came in and did what we all expected … see the above quote.

I’ve been stomped and smooshed into the ground by zergs so many times I can’t count. Most times I’m simply running supply and happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I can accept that is part of the game. I brush myself off and go back to what I was doing.
What I would suggest we do in these forums is follow a basic protocol of dealing with alleged hacks/exploits. That’s usually when things start to go south in most match threads. Do as Arena Net has suggested, report the exploit in game, then send in documentation to exploits@arena.net … finally, make an effort to try to contact someone on the supposed exploit team to clear things up before running to the forums pointing fingers. Nine times out of 10 an exploit allegation is simply something someone doesn’t fully understand. On TC, we have taken to writing the following in our match threads when we are unable to reach an opposing team:
Could someone from X server please contact me in game?
Using that simple sentence doesn’t create antagonistic feedback, nor does it sully the name of any server or guild without at least first investigating.
Every time we see you we cheer.
We are not a hardcore WvW guild. Competitive is about as far as we go.
