I’m a commander on JQ and I will say we always focus on SoS but if SBI keeps attacking us we will wipe them off the map before dealing with SoS its as simple as that. If you guys want to keep hitting us like that we can focus you more but WvW is about fighting for first not to stay in a tier.

Now that you mention it, I think I remember as I was taking another drink because someone said take a drink that there was a portal bomb called! LOL… kitten #8230; I was like, “Wait a second, SoS has this keep now….” Well, there goes that plan! It was really one of those moments where you’re like, YEAH WE ARE AWESOME!!!… enough to get the kitten keep ninja’d from behind us…

Oh, and to the posts about EB, I’m not sure what your situation was, but if you were outmanned, I know I start to smell blood and go for that, but since it was EB, it probably was not outmanned. My guess is those teams from SBI and SoS seen that swords were initially going up in hardcore areas so they probably spent time just running upgrades on their with holdings and figured if the other server is hitting you from the other side, it’d be easy pickins to hit the same target. We experienced that on JQ BL after a while with JQ trebbing the hell out of us in the north and SoS taking the ruin island and hitting out SW Tower. You guys are not alone :X We were just fortunate enough to hold on to our portion of the map somehow…

Cheers Coronbale, it’s interesting to see new strats from all of us. I see a lot of strat stealing, which is awesome, it’s nice to have a large bank of options to choose from. I’m happy with the competition out there. If you are always dominating every single test option you go in to, then things may get boring.

There’s all sorts of strats to go over with your other team leads, especially when you have outmanned buff. It’s like, hrm, okay how can we make it look like we have more numbers than we really have

As for adding commanders to contact lists, I approve. I’ve been able to develop some pretty cool relations from SoS and JQ commanders and giving each other “good games” in chat. I remember a PM from one SoS commander, “I was at water gate garrison, then at the east gate garr, wtf do you guys keep going!! Well played sir, well played!” I like that competition, everyone’s constantly bringin’ it, even when outmanned, it’s really fun!

I may be quite hungover, but I do remember one thing I asked last night. “Can we leave Garrison open on the outer gates to have JQ and SoS keep flowing in? This is fun!” This was on JQ BL last night btw.

Who says SoS will be pummeled? They got some pretty hardcore teams on their server..

The JQ teams have been awesome to work things out. I’m glad there are others that still see us as a WvW community overall and we all take care of our own regardless of server affiliation. At the end of the day we are all WvW players that just want a fair game. It is more satisfying when you just bashed your enemy to death and take their land rather than to see a dot flip to your color for one less thing to kill.

By the way, before this topic is closed, I would like to apologize to the individuals that are primarily reading the thread as a score card.

Also apologies to the Anet moderators for posting video that actually shows the breaking of geometry in public. I would only ask that if your WvW team could quite possibly show us some glitch love and get a couple hot fixes in for us that are still in WvW. I know that WvW is not your cash cow when it comes to GW, but the people in here form all servers love this aspect of the game you have created for us as entertainment. From here on out you will not see any more of the members of my guild post in public a video that breaks geometry in a public thread.

We have been able to make sufficient contacts now from all of this on the other servers. We will continue to report players in the normal fashion as well as contact the team leads to prevent any tarnishing of their guild names/tags. We normally do not promote this type of behavior of posting in public, but all of these glitch abuses have been going on for quite some time. As a paying customer of your product all that a lot of our WvW population players want is a fair game. We have dying WvW populations on all servers and would like to maintain the level of enjoyment we get from killing each other on the borderlands you have created for us.

Forum moderators, we were completely in the wrong and suck at 1v1, I say our punishment will have to start with the removal of all of our posts. The DEVS guild is an upstanding team and deserve to have their name cleared and honored with a title of #1 Thieves guild in GW2. They are a team that I should take an example from and learn how to 1v1 in a team based strategy world versus world battle that requires tactics.

Again, my apologies for assisting in the tarnishing of the server hopping team that clearly has a reputation among reputations.

What is WITH SBI? They constantly let SOS take everything in their map, yet they are so determined to take JQ HILLS and then they get 12 Golems to take Hills from JQ on SOS BL when it has paper gates. Sure they get a point boost for 15 mins, but doesn’t take long for SOS to take all their home towers, and JQ to take their own hills back. All night we focused SOS, it’s like SBI is convinced that they can’t beat SOS. This match should be really close right now but SBI just doesn’t seem to be in the game to win. More like they just have a hate for JQ. Shoot we arn’t even being double teamed ROFL SOS just sits on what they got while SBI ignores them.

GL JQ at this rate we will be #1 if we get a good enough spread on SBI we can put them in tier 2 so they can learn how to play the game again!

Well, we did flip Garrison on SoS BL with 15 golems to reset their fully upgraded keep, and then some unmentionable items happened and we wrecked everything JQ had on SoS BL. Had said things not happened from the JQ side our teams would have stayed concentrated on SoS. I would like to have the contact info of a leader or two from JQ if at all possible to have a chat. I also have a couple of things that I would like to share in regards to recent events. I won’t go further in to detail on this public forum. I don’t think I have been this disappointed in game play displayed tonight in years. Yes, those were my trebs facing the JQ spawn from the SE Tower and SE Sup camp and sorry for those that were innocent on that BL this evening, I know you guys were just coming off of an outmanned buff.

Oh and I PM’ed you the complete reasoning you can share with your servermates. I’ll let you guys sort the rest.

Sorry for any cheating that may have happened. We will rally up and see the issue sorted as usual. This is not proper game play that SBI has ever supported. Although that screenshot does not have any guild tag on it. Could you elaborate a little more in detail, when was the last time the keep was flipped from the sighting. By that pic right there I personally wouldn’t even know how to track said individual down, but I can assure you that no one on SBI wants a reputation of anyone cheating on our server.

Well, regardless of a lot of the bickering on the forums. Every server has their time and their people that are willing to rally to a specific cause at said times. SoS is doing that at this time. Good job, we did this as well on the SBI side not too long ago. You can’t always expect to have a fully populated mass in WvW. There’s too much ADD one can have in this game. Sure it sucks having an outmanned buff, but just think of other ways you can keep yourself entertained if your goal is to play WvW. Don’t pull yourself or others down by being negative about a situation you cannot control. Similar to the saying, “you can’t force someone to love you,” you can’t force people to play a video game in their spare time.

To the hardcore WvW’ers our there on SBI, thanks for showing. To the other servers, thanks for showing up for something for me to kill, I’ll say it again, without you guys I wouldn’t have enjoyment in this game.

I’m not going to argue with my commanders about their tactics (I follow my orders), but if SoS can work better with our guild alliances, we might not be able to take out the dreaded War Machine, but give JQ enough of a beating that we can bring Blackgate back to T1.
Turn the table on SBI and 2v1 THEM! into T2

Isn’t it always a constant 2v1? I mean, all 3 servers are typically fighting a 2 front war, or at least they should be. As for pushing us in to T2, it will happen eventually. Yet, that might be tough with a lot of the crowd here, they don’t like to go down quite easily.

To the SBI and JQ folk who came out this week and fought the good fight, thank you. It felt as refreshing as our first of many matches against SoR and IoJ did those many weeks ago. Mad respect to you map-flipping guys from SF and LoD who kept pestering us on JQ borderlands, god kitten do I loathe your BS immobilize/stun trains.

Wednesday night I think we all got tired of seeing you guys come on to sweep your corner and harass us so we bunkered down and actually forced you guys off the map for the first time during the match after some epic fights in and around ruins/Champion’s Demense/Greenwater. @JQ in general. Ladies and gentlemen let’s make this a proper 3 way. Your numbers are as terrible as ours if not more! When you guys were on, it appears that you were a little mad when we borrowed your keep and towers for points. I can honestly explain…actually no I can’t we were trying to raise point tick :x The fights were pretty epic, especially at your spawn supply camps. I remember purposely running over there because we were informed that there’s enough JQ over there for an epic battle Well fought to those who showed this week.

But building two here and two there when there isn’t a queue on the map and not much activity seems largely sophomoric to me.

If you see SF tags around it, we are waiting for your guys to have better response times and are getting bored waiting for ppl to play with… If it is guaged that I have enough time to wait, I will wait for ppl to kill. If there’s a position that I am in need of working we will move quickly instead of wasting time building. If you had personal mechanics of response times and positioning down of the enemy, you know when you can screw around and when you need to buckle down..

Speaking of response times, anyone catch that pain train that hit NW Tower on Monday night as that SoS team went in to cap and died at the door Was almost a lil’ too late on that one aye :X

As for supplies, watch the amt of supplies in the camp next time when it flips and learn the mechanics of the game.

Flame rams to begin with have been SF’s thing since a drunken evening with MiasmicSong which is now on SoR during the baby stages of this game. There’s a whole escorting dolyaks with golem thing in there as well…

As you can tell, we’re not really trying to troll, but if you took it that way, that makes the trolls in my guild happy. I’m more in to, where’s the enemy zerg at, I’ll come join you at that party or see if I can make that party come to me It makes both servers have that much more fun, I love the fights that we have been throwin’ down with each other. I can’t say much to JQ on that one this week though, they’ve been not fully existent on SoS map thus far, so we had to do the thing like we did to IoJ and pushed them off map to raise point tick. It’s sincerely not personal, it’s just to have more points while you have little to no ppl on map. If there were more ppl to defend, I doubt we would be occupying that territory as extensively as we have.

Good fight on SoS BL again tonight ladies and gents. Lil’ bit more tired today than yesterday, but all in all a great matchup as usual.

I posted everyone to do so already on our server forums. Hopefully that will quell is little storm…

In regards to any whining from SBI, I believe people just want to have some form of, air hand quotes, “justified” means to state this is the why and how the results are. Although it appears to be QQ over the situation the individuals see themselves in to the masses, I’m sure the intentions aren’t meant to be a form of whining. Everyone is burdened with a lot during this week and the team that are rallying the most at this time appear to be SoS. They are the team that has been up and coming and are hungry for T1 blood. I commend them for sticking it to anyone on any BL during the other servers’ current downtime. Even without the proper coverage that JQ and SBI can field, SoS has been impressive from my standpoint.

Everyone here pretty much already knows that going in to this week would be hard to not only gather the troops from all 3 servers and a special event going on. I’m sure everyone can relate to trying to not make this game a second job or have it intervene with personal life items. For those of you who are out there fighting the good fight from all 3 servers, just keep it up, the fights are awesome out there where you can find them. It’s all about a good time, we all gotta adapt to different situations right? So let’s see what skeleton crews can accomplish and suck it up and dish out some beatins! It’s more satisfying accomplishing more with less anyways. So, SoS, good job on rallying people and organizing to get it done!

Let’s reach out to the EB primary guilds and get them to spam chat every 15 minutes so that anyone new to the map can follow suit. It will take some time, but we can filter it out. We’ve had other people attempt the same, and have gotten rid of them or I just don’t know they are still on our server. In any case it can be a concerted effort to get rid of said person as a whole to get him on ignore and repeat the spam of, “Do not follow this guy.” It will help if it comes from a known commander as well.

I would say Jade Quarry hasn’t had any thing in the way of queues worth mentioning since before the Halloween event. It has been very nice indeed being able to jump between maps as needed. I don’t want queues back for sure but I also do not like seeing maps with outmanned buffs in prime time in Tier 1. That just doesn’t bode well for the long term. I hope ANET was serious about tracking the population stuff and will contract and expand servers as necessary. Can’t be any worse for the community than the open free transfers. ><

I noticed you guys hopping maps as often as we were! Yeah we have been queueless for quite some time now as well. It really is kinda nice at times, but then when we have new servers in the mix it makes things a lil’ rough when we can’t field numbers for an army of red ants that are persistent and skillfull as SoS has demonstrated. Last night on SoS BL was really rough to crack all those upgrades SoS had on their towers and Garrison. Pretty kitten epic fights if you ask me

Thank you to everyone who assists any SBI commanders on this server. Being a commander can be quite frustrating at times when you feel as though you are responsible for everything that happens on the map. It’s not just a 1 man/woman job, it’s a team effort. I myself couldn’t accomplish crazy things that I like to try out or do without the support of other guilds, non guilded members, or ‘pugs’ on the map.

As a commander I see it this way, I’m here to “entertain.” This means, make the game fun for people, and the people that follow me have replied with, “this was an awesome outing, thank you.” So in response to all those pm’s I have received, I’d like to say thanks back
