I’m surprised that there are friendly players that are considered Saboteurs. Are there friend players that really want to ruin your day in that manner? The idea is only applied to any siege weapon that is on the field and that have no use in that point.

There are so many stories about people spinning trebs, AFKing on defensive siege during enemy attacks and people that just throw a lot of useless siege to hit the siege cap that I’m sure you already heard about it…

Actually, I wouldn’t have considered moving at the first place. When we first buy the game, We all just pick a random server with a name tag and the servers are all equal. Why should we spend extra money moving? If you have to move, there has be some reasons behind.

Since there are questings, pve shouldn’t matter what server you reside to do your normal pve things. Having trouble playing low population on group events? Fine just guest to other servers. Want to join some good guilds? Just spam map chat and ask around. There is got to be good builds in every server.

The only reasons I can think of that might encourage people to move is the WvW. You either want to join/play/coordinate with some specific guild, or you want to fight against some specific guild (which you can join one of thier 2 opponents in that tier). If doing so is so important enough for you to consider transfer, the transfer fee is all you need to worry. I don’t know what kittens are, but every server must have them. One should never focus on trivial things other than the goal.

The only reason I could see for anyone move out of a server are:

1. They care a lot about scaring and want to play in a competitive high tier.
2. They want to make a difference in the server they move.
3. They are unhappy with the community.

I don’t think no1 is the reason here, as it is show that KWBH doesn’t really have interest in moving to the high tier of Coverage Wars. Also they would have moved sooner without thinking too much if that was the case.

As for no2, I don’t see why would that be the reason… KWBH right now reside on ET, the 24th server on the rank. Which mean the server that have less people to fight on the coverage wars… Any single extra player would make a difference there more than in any server above it. So if that’s the reason, its not being logical…

However, for no3, we really do have problems. Each server community is different, since all of’em are composed from different people. Its not fun having to face drama or feel unwelcomed in the server you are playing so, if no3 is the reason, a research about the community of the server would make necessary… And that take time, to talk with different people from each different server (even more due the limitation of only 2 guests per 24h).

But as i could read on your post, you don’t really care about the other people on your server… You’re likely either one of those players that think they are superior to anyone, and just play as a lone wolf, or you restrict yourself to only your friends/guild, not caring about the social part of a MMORPG which is actually interacting with other people outside your regular social circle. And knowing that WvW is a style of play that actually involve a large part of a server population, social interaction is a important thing, as it will make people likely help you to achiev your goals.

Right now I belive that no3 is the actual reason. I actually not really happy with Eredon Terrace community aswell… I’ve been away for 2 weeks, and aparently drama took over during that time. Also there are people that are keeping themselves distant from the rest of the community and I’m afraid that these people will likely move out of the server aswell like other already did. I’m almost sure ET will crumble after KWBH leave and will no longer be an enjoyable WvW environment (thus making even more people leave it).

Anyway if they want to leave. I’ll respect their decision as they clearly have a reason to do so, and didn’t just moved away because they suddenly “got bored” from the server.

I doubt there is a Non-NA presence in the lower tiers… Thus why we are the lower tiers on Coverage Wars…

It’s likely that you are going to be either outmanned, or will outnumber the oposition if you move deep into the ladder.

FC…I really wish I could say “Good fights” tonight in your BL but there really was none…You couldn’t move us from gari, you lost 5 v 20 fights (you had the 20), and you simply let us hold Dawn’s from you for the entire night. I’m surprised anyone on our server would make a claim anyway. HoD and ET have had such a similar story that you’d think we’d understand. Huge exodus, pummeled for weeks by new opponents, pummeled for weeks by the same opponent (DH for us, SF for ET).

Aparently rams have a separated limit and do not count to the cap of the other sieges (rams itself have a total limit tho).

Problably because the mechanic to control golems is different… I don’t really think it’s intentional, but they can’t fix it with the same mechanic for the other siege.

If you look down the server lists, you would never expect to see Eredon Terrace or Henge of Denravi ever moving up past the half way spot, or probably ever getting close. So what about those people on there? Who were die hard loyalists to their server, who are now completely ruined within GW2 because all they can pretty much do is PvE.

Hey Sniffy, miss you guys from the old T8 days. As others have said your guild was one of the ones we in SF respected for your tenacity and fighting spirit. We would love to have you guys enhance our server. Though we wield large forces we hardly ever have queue times except those times Amadeus mentioned. You will hardly ever find queues to the BLs unless it is our BL on reset night. Most every server will have EB queues on busy nights but ours are not too long of a wait.

We are a fun loving community and as has been pointed out we never give up. For myself I would welcome you guys and I know you would integrate well with our WvW core group. I hear our TS is quite an adventure as well!

Well, most of the “1613 posts” are just whinning without arguments… If there are 100 posts that really point somenthing it’s too much.

For myself… I don’t see a problem. I’ve never used rams on towers/keeps that are defended by ACs (even tho I know I could naked-dance under it) because that was simply plain stupid and now there is a major reason to not do so.

If there is a guild or a smallscale team that wants to run by themselves and politely ask you not to follow them, then by following them you are simply griefing. Sure, it can happen coincidentially that you meet at some supply camp or points but that’s not what I am seeing. It’s not like you can’t do other things in the zone except grief your fellow players.

The exemples the OP used doesn’t really look like “politely asking”.

If karma gear become salvagable, people can burn the banzillion of karma they have in rares/exotics and flood the market with ectos and T5/T6 raw materials. I’m sure that’s the main reason you can’t salvage karma gear… But you can transmute the item with the rune unto your new item in order to keep the rune. But like Wanze said: “Is the rune really worth it?”

I don’t see what exactly you want to solve… You want to force the people that transfered to low population servers, to avoid the zergwar, to play with the people that are on the high tiers because they want to zergwar everything?

Tier 8 don’t have problems anymore… There is no need to keep poking into this matter.

Also we don’t want to have the same lag that the High Tier clusterzergs have…

Orbs of power used to be a objective in kind of CTF in WvW… The team that held the Orb would get a stat bost as long the orb was in an Altar of Power inside a keep the team control (or the one at far north, behind of supply camp if I remember right). They were removed due bringing extreme imbalance, and being hugely exploited by hackers.
