Borderland patrol is a really boring work… I hate playing hide-and-seek with people taking camps and sentries…

To the people who keep saying Agg/FoE don’t run in zergballs: If a zergball form around’em, it’s not their fault. People ask where they are and go after’em, because they want to play with them… I, personaly, rather stay away, because I had to get through too much drama on high tiers because of the “hardcore guilds” kept saying that the pugs were messing with their tactics and all that stuff…

Also: If you think a server is zergballin’ your stuff, why aren’t your server of ‘small groups only’ taking our stuff while the zergball is attacking the same objective? Maybe because your server is zergballin’ aswell? Think about it…

It’s still such a head trip for me to have people complain about FC’s massive numbers. I keep looking around all nervously expecting SF to suddenly materialize out of nowhere.

Many people from both ET and FC decided to came out whatever hole they were now that SF is gone… That’s why the numbers increased so much…

Every server that drop a tier will lose rating unless it get to ROFLSTOMP the new tier. We can start counting real ratings next week.

Well, at least that might mean that tomorrow they will be at GoM (since they become 2nd), and FC might pull ahead again.

All of’em in their specific roles…

Anyway, here is score for now (Changed the colours to Humilation/Grape)

Doubt it… SF needed a Dev-ine intervention because they didn’t had anywhere to gain rating (since ET/FC rating were so kitten low). They were going to lose rating last week, even tho they won as always, but since the ratings of ET/FC were increased by 300 (putting us much closer to SF for glicko comparation), both servers lost around 35 rating points, giving SF 70 rating, which was enough to pull GoM down. If ET/FC still had 500 rating, and Anet simply moved SF out, GoM (or anyone else for that matter) would never make it out of T8 because of the huge gap of total rating we had between T7 and T8 (Which was more than 300).

I think Maguuma closed 6 threads… So SF/NSP/PAXAHoD need to work harder in their forum skills…

With the matchups close as they are, I don’t think ET will leave unless someone from T7 get pushed down… We’ll stick around for a few more weeks

T7 poked SF (and I’d say the entire T8) with a lot of people saying “You guys just suck, that’s why you are on T8”, “Any server that come out from T8 will be utterly destroyed at T7”, “The server that drop down from T8 willl ROFLSTOMP you guys harder than SF ever did” and more… And I personally find amusing that the very same people (most at T7 since they are HoD/NSP) are angry about SF mocking T7+GoM. You guys started that in the first place, and now on T7 thread all you see is cry about how numerous SF is and that they should move up a tier quick (Hey, wasn’t SF stuck at T8 because they sucked?).

Long story short: HoD/NSP/GoM asked for it, now deal with it!

Thank you all for keeping this thread civil and on track. I appreciate the reception we’ve gotten from our new tier mates (even if the new kid is getting so much undivided attention from our new friends) and the good humor we’ve all managed to share amongst ourselves.

I’m looking forward to a more evenly distributed split of actions in the coming weeks as it becomes more fun to fight three way battles instead of beating up on the new kid. Don’t get me wrong, the attention has done wonders for our wounded egos, but we feel bad that we’re the center of everyone’s attention.

On a side note: Not really sure what could have done to have sparked the animosity of some of the SF players who are dipping in here to take digs at a server they’re not competing with…but that’s ok. We wish you well on your climb up the ratings ladder and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Yes, those catapults can be hit, in fact, we just destroyed 3-4 of them before we took this screenshot, but guess what happened when we tried to destroy those 3-4? We got wiped by a zerg that was invulnerable.

Set a treb in the tower and be happy…

Solution against skill lag: Get out of stacked top tier servers…

T7 EB was full of skill lag this past weekend. Not too bad when people were just converging on SM, but the moment SM out is open, skill lag extends about as far as halfway between spawns and keeps.

Couldn’t even try to use skills to get back to SM faster.

It’s because SF is a cluster of people =P.

Jokes aside… Most people I see complaining are from T1/T2… So I say it’s clear that lag is more frequently on the high populated servers due the high amount of people in the zones… Hell, the dragon fights on PvE also lag a lot…

Since i’m not inspired, I’ll just leave the score with Miyani and her deep glowing green eyes…

How about having the orbs to increase the ppt by a %? If you want to win you would have to fight for the orbs, or take control over most of enemy bases…

Everyone know that orbs caused an huge imbalance since the dominant server can hold’em all and crush the oposition with the buffs… Still you want to bring’em back saying they are good for WvW…

Also, SMC actually worth much more than 35ppt if you actually use it to your advantage… You have 6 tower within SMC range that can be easily “trebbed” from the safety of the castle (and I won’t even count the overlook keep).

You want things like this to repeat?

Many events at Orr spawn dozen of risens (even more because of the high amount of people there). The most popular are the Penitent Camp and Shelter Gate at the Cursed Shore, but there is a plenty on Malchor’s Leap aswell if you don’t want to be with a huge zerg.

I can’t honestly say that it’s been a good fight this weekend. I won’t disrespect myself or SF by insults, but I won’t give false praise either.

The multiple forty-man zerging is to the point that it’s truly a headache to play WvW for the time being and, as such, I’m losing interest. Before it dies altogether, I’m backing out of WvW for a few weeks – either until we get pushed to T8 or SF gets out of T7.

NSP and HoD are T7, almost T8, for a reason – they’re not heavy WvWers. Like an above poster stated, SF shouldn’t have been T8; nor should they be T7.

Good luck getting out of T7, and please hurry.

I’m staying out of WvW this week for the same reason. I don’t see anything less than huge zergs just rolling over everything, with SF outnumbering both other servers together. Good luck in the higher tiers, and hope you go there soon.

To the GoM Female Sylvari Necro that tried to finish me 3 times (and I’ve ended dying to damage): Just dps an Engineer to death… They are annoying as hell at the ground.

To the Ferguson Crossing Male Charr Ranger Upleveled: Next time, I’ll just finish you off right away… It wasn’t fun to discover that the ranger pet now is invulnerable when it’s healing with downed #3.

GoM still growing, but I dont mind as long it doesn’t get as big as SF (which I doubt, as SF is clearly showing they are bigger than anyone at T7)… Bring it on!

If you believe someone on a level 24 that is going to claim to take out level 80’s with out a problem and then be a white knight and rally to their defense then i feel for you man…the person only said that their toon was a “CHICK” so you are probably just trying to be a hero and come to the aid of another guy here. But that is not important – I really don’t believe there is a level 24 toon out there that can kill 80’s on Et or FC.

Well, I’m not really getting why Gilkin is leaving… By the way he’s talking, it’s like ET turned unto the new SF… I didn’t see the 70man zerg he mentioned, unless he’s talking about Agg and FoE offensives (which I tend to avoid for personal reasons)…

But if the game will be more fun for him at FC, I can just wish him good luck because I have nothing against him, except that since his name will become “Ferguson Crossing Invader” he’ll be attacked on sight.

Sometimes build site also doesn’t load entirely unless you get unto a certain distance. You can see the siege from far away, but you’ll only see the build site if you get closer…

No issue for this one tho, just saying…
