Quite a gift that T6 and T7 ocasionally receive… IoJ is breaking the balance on T6 right now… And might break the balance when it fall to T7.

Mend isn’t much active lately… I think we can field around 15 people when we go out for some serious WvW (but as you can see i’m usually running with random people due the guild not going much on field).

PK have a lot of members, but I don’t think it’s WvW oriented… There is a lot of PvE’ers there…

We also have FSAE running around WvW, but they are small…

Now I dunno about TAC, KWBH and TFoR…

Overflow? What’s that? I know i’ve heard that name back on Blackgate, but i can’t really remember what it is…

There are only 2 solutions for T8:

1) Fix the abyss that the past blowouts made, so the next server down here don’t stay forever even if it’s overdominating.

or

2) Give a incentive to ET and FC receive a population boon, that might make the Matchup more balanced.

I’m sure that SF have bored people aswell that aren’t playing WvW since the ratings aren’t doing’em any good… If SF get too much rating, it’s likely that it will suffer a backslide (just like the last time) due the fact that the T7 still far from their rating, and they need to keep overcomming their own score without much stuff to take… Ofc SF don’t have a 24/7 coverage, so i doubt they will ever reach 500k in a single matchup without FC and ET stepping out.

With the news that HoD is getting stronger (since the match is being pretty close), I can securely say that SF is stuck with us until IoJ reach the border of the abyss (that’s it… if IoJ is really dead)…

We are talking about your server as a whole. Majority of your server avoids SF. There is 3 servers on a tier for a reason they are supposed to all fight each other, not team up and jump the weakest.

I don’t remember seeing a red dot in SF BL for the last 2 weeks… Also, i never fought on FC BL, and i’m sure the only places i’ve seen Ferg’s was at ET BL. Maybe it isn’t ET that is avoiding SF?

For some reason there is hardly anything useful to buy with badges. I have like 1200 wasting space in my bank.

My attempt to take the SF Bay Keep was a bit audacious , I have to admit, but everything was running smoothly…
I had the trebs up.
I had people outside to fight SF.
I had antipersonal siege set up to defend de camp if a huge zerg would arrive…
But I wasn’t expecting him… Oh I can still see him everywhere. He and his [KING] tag…

Seven Mirror, you really got me there… Your presence in the back of the camp really made people lose focus on our main objective. I don’t think SF would be able overrun us if some of the people weren’t busy fighting you and your Thief partner. I don’t know if you saw me bowing when we finnaly got you (I’m the Human Female Guardian with the Commander Tag), but I all i can say is that I have a lot of respect…

You cannot deny that JQ been at Tier 1 since start… Long before SoS ever reached there…

Some Bosses like Tequatl the Sunless and the Inquest Golem Mark II do not have Pre-events… What’s your suggestion to those?

Typical of BG… If they aren’t winning, it’s because they are getting 2v1’ed.

Guesting on low population servers in order to do the event is a way to avoid the overflow… Since I’ve left BG i never had overflow issues on ET, and sometimes I get already with the event at 50% or less… However you would have to use the timer apropriate to the server you intent to guest.

If you’re only missing the Gift of Exploration, then you should get 40g and transfer to SF for a week…

If not, why bother? You’ll get it eventually…

False… Otherwise NSP (Ex-T6) would be rolling over T7. Just because a server is 1 tier above doesn’t mean it have a massive population advantage over the tier below it.

Note: SF had been doing better then HoD for quite some time, and just had a bad week before Kain pulled out of T8 or else it would have been HoD in T8 just the same. Luck or they kitten of GoM when GoM got a surge of players. But really HoD was not doing better then SF and SF got a surge of players in week 3, which.. HoD has been showing rather dismal and constant numbers, so, SF today has far more manpower then the SF that used to be in T7.

I’ve stated that already, but they don’t seen to read long posts…

The number being fielded at ET and FC cannot be considerated real numbers aswell… There is a lot of people that refuse to fight as long SF still in T8. To not mention people who come in the fight but do not bother going against SF since it’s a sure loss…

So I’ll paraphrase your answer to be : “No, we don’t have anywhere close to the population we’d need, but maybe all those extra players will magically show up once we have a new opponent.”

Right now we don’t have population, indeed… Because many players just quit WvW due the fact that SF is far larger than us…

Weeks 50, 51 and 52… When SF and HoD faced each other. Both were defeated by Devona’s and GoM and had very close scores (Devona in fact just roflstomped T7 harder than it did to T8, but that’s not what I want to point out).

SF dropped down to T8… Weeks 01 and 02 seemed ok, but then the end of Free transfers kicked in… And SF received quite a bit of people by that time (problably people though they could be the next Kaineng). End result: SF grew way too big to ET and FC, however the glicko ghetto had trapped SF in T8 already.

In meanwhile, HoD still have a slightly close score to GoM, which I’m assuming means that neither GoM or HoD got pumped by the end of the Free Transfers. Thus, HoD is fairly much like the old SF who fought ET/FC at weeks 01 and 02 (The only balanced matches SF had in T8).

Unless HoD got bigger aswell when SF got bigger, HoD is much more fitting to T8 than SF, and might provide a better matchup.

Coming from t8, I can say for sure ET/FC don’t have a clue what they are wishing for wanting any t7 server to come down. All 3 servers outnumber SF and will still roflstomp t8.

I will laugh way too much when SF get up there and just stomp T7 harder than they are doing in T8. Just like Devona and Kaineng did…
