Had some good fights with [TAC] in ET BL this afternoon!

Lovely week thus far. Loads of fun and respect rolling past players dueling or mid duel and the “in the know” players not interfering. Minus a few exceptions. Particularly Estel. If you see a giant norn IoJ Ranger with a GS out, fighting another player….please…let Joey have his fun. So many times tonight we had to intervene (badge hungry people ruining duels don’t go unnoticed, and we respond accordingly). If you see anyone going 1v1 sit back and watch, or roll on for that matter. Please. It’s just rude how many people ruin awesome duels. We ran damage control for a bit and passed on Xv1’ing XOXO, SPCA, and quiet a few other guilds players running past solo for that matter. Not only to further emphasize guild integrity, but because you didn’t engage us and kept on your merry way. That’s good stuff. /salute

I have nothing bad to say about either of IoJ’s opponents. You all are great players, great sports, and regardless of any score…you challenge us (IoJ) daily to play better. It’s been a long time since such a lack of trolls, accusations, and nonsense were absent. Much respect for that. If transfers are to blame…I have one lovely quote for you, and I wish you all the best in the next matchup. Thanks again for a pretty awesome week.

Haha. There were definitely times where a duel was interrupted, but I had some successful ones too for sure and made a new NSP necro friend!

I was not at the home but my son told me of this encounter he had with this IoJ representative. Very classy move after a sparring match. Great sportsmanship and one that elevates my respect for the server you represent.

Did some roaming in SF BL on my lunch break. Had a good tussle with you SF from [MOM].

SF and GoM definitely do have good roamers out there. I fought a few last night on my ranger/guardian in SF BL. I forget the guild tags, but if you recognize my name, I give you props

My thief is at lvl 30 and I was going to make a P/P shortbow build. I’ll probably pm you in game for advice once I get to 80!

Having the stealth apply on target hit is great. Otherwise you can just press 3 and get stealth without even trying. Boooring. Like someone said, we aren’t thieves. With how it is now you have to look for the aegis boon, blinds, predict if enemy will use a dodge. Skill is actually involved.

And yea, 3 sec of stealth is fine too. That is standard. Those 3 sec can make the difference. If you are in a tight spot and your heal is ALMOST off cd, but not quite, use stealth to wait it out. The new hunter’s shot has provided me with so many uses. So good. My favorite is quickness stealth stomping someone

So I was trying to duel some DH peeps. However, a bunch jumped me Luckily these nice gentlemen from DR teamed up with me and we took them out. We all instantly became best friends. The three best friends that anyone could have.

Yes, definitely good times dueling last night. I was one of the sword mesmers from PD but when I switched to my ranger you really put the beat down on me. It really inspired me to get my ranger back out and figure out a better build for dueling. I’m currently spec’d for group fighting and really lack the regen sustainability that is needed in dueling.

Keep up the good fights and duels. A lot of good times last night at the windmill.

Glad to hear!! Rangers are an amazing profession. I use a decent amount of regen, but nowhere near how much you can actually get as a ranger. If you ever want to talk builds, pm me in game!

I mostly roam in borderlands and whoever is in 1st place, is the map I go to. If FC was leading, I would be in their BL instead of DH. When the last server is trailing by this much, I don’t go pick fights in their turf.

I never go anywhere without my hammer quipped That is just me though. I love the control on hammer. Especially for PvP. Sword/Torch is fun. I’m using that as my 2nd weapon set.

I was already a longbow user so I welcome this new change. I love it and have found so many uses for it. Quickness stealth stomping is so fun.

Gaining fury on weapon swap is awesome. I love going at least 15 pts in skirmishing for my builds.

Previously – We were playing hide and go seek for about half an hour until he finished me. As I am, I would love to find this person again and yet I did, and was able to finish him up. I would like to party with him, as mutual greeting, a hello or a standard conversation, but this was the result of the whispers.

What map are your good roamers hanging out on, Banzie? I spent some time on IoJ borderlands last night chasing around a group of cast/FAIL/HARD players, but they all seemed more interested in running into their towers or jumping on a ballista than actually engaging a solo player directly.

Any guild tags I should be looking for in particular? This is our first time fighting IoJ, so I’d like to see what kind of fights and tactics you have to offer.

I usually roam in IoJ/GoM.

I agree it is annoying to read all the negativity. I bought 3 rich coffers, but alas no ticket. Oh well. I hope to get one in the regular coffers like everyone else, but if I don’t, there is no reason to throw a fit like a child.

I also tried moa racing once to see it. It was fun running with everyone behind the moas and cheering for the one you bet on. I lost >.< and most likely won’t gamble with it again, but it was fun!
