Any chance at getting the location of that FA pit of death? Cause I found the TC pit of death in our BL.

So, FA is to ballistas what TC is to arrow carts? LOL That made my day.

I have yet to encounter a TC zerg on FA BL, but then I don’t get on that map as much. Seems there always FA there just waiting for someone to try to take a camp or even take out a supply caravan. I’ve noticed that FA BL north supply has been fully upgraded (unless TC capped it within the last 24 hrs).

I don’t always zerg, but when I do, I use a flamethrower.

Seriously, good fights in TC BL tonight. I found out that getting anywhere near a TC zerg is hazardous to your hps. We shall RISE, REturn, COme back…..

Whenever I see BT tags, I think, “here we go again…” cause it usually means a knockdown dragout 3-way fight. Especially if PiNK is involved….

RE, KO, CO, and RISE are still in WvW kicking Bay and taking names. Still a tight score, folks.

I was thinking of the fight at our garrison with TC and the running fights with FA near Bluebriar earlier when I say that. I figure its better to mortar a hammer guardian/ staff ele zerg than get bounced around/stunned/immobilized for 5 sec. Be nice if Anet ever buffs eng elite mortar….

Another day, another night spent trying to stem the floodtide of FA and TC in our BL. I’ve learned through excessive experimentation that eng elite mortar is quite underrated in zerg fights. Thanks to TC and FA for providing the target zergs. May your loot bags never run out.

I like the spirited defense of FA garrison. I was running supply down south, but I kept on seeing orange swords there. Also thought it was funny that FA took a whole zerg to cap Bluewater only for TC to cap it a few minutes later. Toward the end of the 3 hrs I was in FA BL, it was starting to look like a 3-ring circus with ppl zerging back and forth across the map. Good show.

No, the 1st time it was an FA mes who chased me from Bluelake to Greenbriar, where she got me. I usually try to run from mes cause all that confusion and those clones are hard for me to take. My eng build is more for zerg support anyway.

Personally, I’ve had one too many pokes. Can I get a medic over here?

No. 1st time, it was a mes that chased me from Redlake to Briar where she finally got me. 2nd time, it was a guardian that chased me from FA spawn in EB to SM, though he broke it off near there. I should mention I was on my eng both times.

Well, after spending time with the BT folks tonight, one thing is apparent. They like coming to SM, kinda like skritt and shinies. Which leads to the question: Have you had your shiny today?
I guess if we ask BT the answer to life, the universe, and everything else, we would get “SM”. Pretty sure there was more than 42 FA in that zerg though….

Well in field testing at SM’s east wall, I found out that the engineer’s mortar can take out a regular AC in relatively few hits. Thanks to TC for providing the AC and to the KN ranger who ably assisted.

Only issue I might have with the spamming of knockdown (which you can avoid and it cant go through things like trees) is when mobs are nearby. The idea then is to take the mobs out nearby then go for the periscope. I prefer ranged for this. However, if you take too long to kill the periscope, it summons Molten Alliance mobs with a chance for one of them to be a vet. I know this cause that’s what I got from one periscope in Diessa Plateau.

Well after spending near 3 hrs in KN BL, just one thing can be said. DAT ZERG!

To Sunspots: I see why an ember flapping around garrison isn’t flashy enough. Wondered what those orange swords were on the east side but couldn’t get through the hostile npcs on the north side. Only one thing to say to your vid: LOL

In the interest of saving this thread, I thought you all might want to know that certain KN took a page from TC’s playbook. This joyriding event was ongoing when I got off.

Props to PiNK and TSL. You guys make me quake with exceeding fear and dread whenever I see your tags….well, not quite, but still a lot of respect to you and the rest of TC. I think I may have to move from casual status to interested just to keep up!

To TC: One thought from the 5 hrs spent in EB….DAT ZERG!!!! Seriously though, you have either upped your game or got all the PvE ppl into WvW. We don’t have that sort of thing going for us I’m afraid. It was funny watching Mendons, Rogues, Klovan, and Golanta constantly flip though. I was expecting the clown cars and party dolyaks at any moment. And of course, that epic fight at SM that went on for at least a half hr in the lords room. And since, culling was fixed, there is now a new irritant…namely name tags….

To the RET hammer warrior(?): I’m that KN eng you dueled east of garrison. Too bad it was interrupted. Wonder who would have won?
Actually, RET seems to have gone into T1 mode, wiping KN at least three times in an hr. At Garrison, I couldn’t see hardly anything and then I get slammed with multiple stacks of conds and down I go. Eet’s nearly mo’ den dis po’ boy kin handle….

I shouldn’t say lag as such though there was some of that. It was skills not firing at all due to multiple simultaneous skill firings in the same vicinity. I suppose it’s a game engine/server issue.

Anyone else enjoy the big battle over Valley keep around 9:30PM EST? I was that eng who ducked out the back door, got found by FA, tried to get away, thought I was rescued by TC, and got staked by TC. Also noticeable skill lag around that time. I guess we are pushing the game limits now with our zergfests.

To PiNK: I was that ele who snuck into KN garrison earlier. I was laughing at your troll attempt, not you, though some of you seemed to take it wrong.

Even when Kaineng is outmanned by skill lag, we shall never surrender!

So, I’m not the only one to have heal skill lag. It’s gotten my ele killed twice in PvE now. My ele seems to have some skill lag as well concerning the attunement skills. It’s not bad enough to make me quit yet, but I hope Anet is looking at this. I have decent internet service btw, and GW2 typically runs 55-60 fps on my computer.

I did the Flame Temple Tombs with my norn guardian alt recently and didn’t have much problem, though I had the help of a thief. We took out Rhendak in about 10 min; we found out his health resets if you leave the room he’s in. I got two rares from the chest though, which kinda made it worthwhile I guess. The thief did as well, I believe.

Good fights at SM earlier. I spent most of my three and a half hours of WvW time in or near it. When FA took the SE walls down, I thought SM was surely lost, but we managed to keep them at bay (at least we were when I left). I was that pesky engineer up on top of the wall shooting mortars, since that’s kinda an “engineery” thing we do. Also, to the TC outside the NW wall of SM around 10 PM EST, I found your attempts to pull me off very amusing. I think that parapet was the only thing that kept me from a spike. I hope you enjoyed the mortar fire.

Our WvW contingent is farming the dragons I think, or dungeoneering, or PvE, etc. At least, that is what my guild is doing. I may have to come WvW to get invader gear for my ele though…

Yeah, seems all the exciting stuff seems to happen on Kaineng. Though dodge rolling off the cliffs at Garrison seems to be universal…..

I dislike fighting near cliffs cause I’ve died more than once dodging the wrong direction. The upside to this is that I’ve managed to take enemy players with me, which I find funny when it happens.

I had fun watching that FA/TC fight at Ogrewatch culminating into a 3-way zergfest over toward the ogre camp tonight. I think I got spiked 3 times up there. Also, kudos to that TC charr I fought at Wildcat. Wasn’t expecting a vet or getting jumped by 5 of your teammates either; still a good fight.

GODS , stay out of Golanta and leave our yaks alone. LOL anyways, good fights down there with GODS just now. I was that poorly played eng you staked twice. Guess my crowbar/wrench skills need work….

Kudos to that asura mesmer from DICE I fought in the JP awhile ago. Good fight that kept me on my toes. Also thought the TC watching from their little shelf was cute. I think I may have seen Jayne in there too….

Fun fights tonight in EB with FA. I was that eng trying unsuccessfully to bomb your zerg at SM SE gate. I got my daily dodger done in short order shortly before that near Overlook Keep. Crazy times….
