I have killed over 1000 of these mobs during the shatterer event, I have done upwards of more than 16~ to about 20 shatterer events.
and my counter is at 189/250(out of 500 total)
I kill mobs from full hp to 0 hp with the final blow on and counter has a rng factor of 80% of registering a kill or not.
May we please get a fix for this? I am getting frustrated with this endless RNG grind.

I have never blobbed in my life, I solo roam and zerg bust with certain guilds. Im not in SBI following banok around or in NSP following OS around

I am planning to move to tier 1 now so i can full on blob zerg and press 1 for daiz for loot bags and achievement(250k)
Also warrior is the only class i play
im the same guy who is too lazy to change armor and trinkets when running full shouts sword/wh + hammer support build. Who needs thoughness and vitality when you can avoid CC

Ok i zerg bust/pug zerg a lot. I use GS hammer full zerker armor/trinkets.
Switch out your heal for Defiant stance since The Last Stand trait extends the duration.
Switch out signet of fury for Frenzy.
Your sustain will be >defiant stance> EP/Berserker stance(BS)> passive EP
Rinse repeat.
I usually solo jump into enemy zerg and GS 3 into backline. GS 2 the backline and switch to hammer to Burst out of there towards my cmdr who at this time should be fully engaged. Most of the times I have only used of up Defiant stance in this initial strike.
When your cmdr calls for water fields or you see a water field when you guys are stacked. IF your away from cmdr, just use F1 burst on hammer to go on stack and blast the water.
Its totally Viable.
Also take Death from above trait as this comes very useful for survival and LULZ when you actually land a 6k crit on someone or many landing on them.
I would also pair up the food that gives + 40% endure regen, since you get vigor from allies and your stances, it will stack upto 90%(atm the max stack bonus is 100%)
Put sigil of energy on one of your weapons. I have mine on GS. You can put FIRE/Energy on GS for more burst and survival
you can put force and bloodlust on hammer. Since you have hoelbrak runes, try to zerg without brawler recovery(use DoTE 3% dmg per boon on enemy)
Your only enemy is excessive CC from enemy zerg(if you get caught in train without stab) and Immobilize but you have gs3/gs5(not reliable) and f1 burst on hammer to remove immobilize

What if there is a timer for stacks of stability.
for instance, you use stability skill that grants you 5 stacks of stability and you jump into an enemy zerg where 5 ccs in a row(same time or so) deplete you of your stability in that short period of time.
What if between each stack of stability there is a timer of lets say 10th of a second or 1/10th of a second between stability stack taken away?
You can figure out whats the appropriate timing between stability taken away.

My outgoing healing for example : if i have 1000 healing power and my shout heals for 2000 hit points or health points.
I only heal my teammates for 1400 health points

I can confirm. I quit zerg busting months ago. Thanks anet, you always know how to get people off warriors. I even transferred to lower tier server just to roam full time while still trying to survive with this new endure pain implemented.

I dont think this is a bug, they probably coded it so : that there is a 20% chance when using endure pain, you will still take physical damage.

I roam in wvw and zerg without condi clears, full zerkers and no minus condition foods. All offensive traits/armor/food and utility.
I dont have much problems but only thing we lack in comparison to other classes is mobility. Dont expect to chase mesmers,guardians(good ones), rangers/druids/daredevil/thieves/rev/
basically all of the classes non warrior will out pace you in combat except for regular necro but a reaper might give u his moneys worth of chasing or kiting you out.
Now before someone complains and qqs. Im only qqing because every1 has more mobility than us warriors meaning, they all run away after they realize how much damage i output
people who worked on berserker lost credibility when they tested berserker builds 1v1 in pvp arena as said per release/preview video of berserker(who did the 1v1? they spawn npc that is idle??)
lost credibility on warrior when they said it doesnt feel right when warrior convert conditions to boons.
you want to buff warrior anet? how about you just focus on nerfing classes

yes other classes have blocks/teleports(can break combat in less than 2 seconds e.g mesmers)
We warriors have a 60 second cooldown endure pain but dont forget that we have 2 endurance bars just like any other class.
Warrior requires more skill to play in wvw open world. You cant outrun a zerg with rush/bullscharge/whirlwind/savage leap because it takes time to move from point A to B with those skills while other classes have teleports and can be 1k+ units away in less than a blink of an eye.
I dont care about that at all because I main warrior and I will never play any other easy mode class. I am used to being slow as a warrior, used to being squishy with little to no sustain.
I myself roam with 0 condi clears, why do i need condi clears when I have dodges and evade on whirlwind skill.
Point being I am just asking for a pulsating swiftness when entering berserker give me this and go back to buffing mesmers/thieves/daredevils/revenants/scrappers

Here are 2 small suggestions to make the gameplay of berserker a tad better:
1. Savage instinct, have this skill clear 2 conditions and break a stun upon activation(at the current state, it clears 1 condition and breaks a stun)
2. Eternal champion, have this skill pulsate swiftness every 3 seconds lasting for 3 seconds(at the moment it applies 3 stacks of might upon breaking a stun and granting 1 stack of stability while in berserker mode every 3 seconds while also granting 1 stack of stability when breaking a stun during and not during berserker mode)
Elite spec is just an extra traitline which also lets you equip a new weapon
Use it how you would choose arms over defense or tactics over strength vice versa.
If I would want to go full dire condition cheese warrior, I would go defense,discipline and berserker
If I wanted to go full dps warrior, I would strength arms discipline or strength defense discipline. (yes berserker gives you a lot of % modifiers but in the end, I wont have much use for the berserker mode because in most situation the enemy will be dead with my first adrenaline bar filled up).
Just another traitline which opens up warriors to be in balance with the roaming dire/perplex mesmers/thieves/guardians in open world pvp and pvp. (implying its extremely great spec for condition warriors or even hybrid ones)
*I feel anet just messed up on calling the elite spec berserker, they shouldve called it something else. *
I been in CD for a while and now back in HoD, I rarely see this guy roam unless he roams like at 3 am EST for 20 minutes or something which i dont know about.
Also before CD, I was in HoD and faced CD for months and I saw him once in wvw. He runs tanky(maybe he was experimenting?) I saw tap dat mouse more than him, lets leave it here lol
I roamed 12 hours(split into various time zones) a day when i was in HoD before CD and roamed in CD for various months except for EU time zone

I have little to no problems dueling on my warrior(non berserker, still not specing my 250 hero points…anet can take it away from my warrior classes for all i care)
I think most people play warrior in this new meta a bit the wrong way( i main warrior and only play warrior). We warriors cant sustain in this new burst op meta and condi buffed meta.
Think about that and you will have no problems in winning most of your duels.
How about you go roaming with no stability and 0 condi cleanse. You will learn there is more to it than cleansing condis and having stun breaks.
Pre patch jun 23rd, I roamed for 3 months with 0 stability/stun breaks and 0 condi cleanse. I used the endurance regen food that give might on dodge with full berserkers armor.
This patch after june 23rd, I use brawler recovery for roaming with axe shield and 0 condi cleanse when using rifle(use DoE). Still full zerkers( I also raid with full zerkers as well, frontline(sword/wh and hammer + shouts)). I also raid full zerkers using hammer/gs and gs/rifle where I prefer hammer/gs with frenzy as my stun breaker.
Out play the enemy and kill them in one perfect motion. You will be the winner end of the day
I been in T1,T3(T2 duels as well),T4,T5 and T7 in Wvw where in tier 7, people actually gave a better fight than the guys in higher tier
Anet needs to redesign warrior elite spec or just spit it out from their mouth that they just wanted to make a condi elite spec
edit: I did play thief/guardian(lvl 80) but i deleted my thief and guardian because easy mode LOL

Immob is more op than stun, in large scale zerg fights. The enemy will normally have stability stacks or auto stun breaks. When you root enemies with immob, you run the risk of them being stuck(glitch) and therefore securing a kill for your guild group/zerg or server.
How about :
Let us leave berserker mode at any time period as we please while still retaining the cooldown on it. e.g: leave berserker and then cooldown beings. Im fine with this.
When entering berserker mode, remove all cc conditions and break a stun,
grant pulsating swiftness(3 seconds every 3 seconds),
grant pulsating condition removal(only cc e.g: chill/immob/cripple)(every 3 seconds), Grant 2 stacks of stability every 3 seconds.
Reaper is what a warrior is supposed to be
I still dont have a lvl 80 necro… deciding which warrior to delete to make a non warrior class.
I might just not end up doing anything as I cant let go of warrior. Robert Gee/anet, why dont you just hire someone who has the motivation for a certain class? get an intern or advertise a Co-op for local universities/colleges.
These updates and patches seem to be very biased. Not just HoT but even including the one from June 23rd where the power spike came in. Yet warriors do less damage.

“Strict myself to berserker” It was released to be used, Just like ALL other classes only use their elite specs because they improve on their characters, so should the warrior. But those builds are not berserker build.
It could also be that decent berserker warrior build hasn’t been found yet. We just don’t know. Why not just wait for at least a month?

there is one thing that I found superior things about berserker in fact. That is, berserker mode allows you range attack pretty much wider than just skills in normal mode as well as they cam be spammed with minor trait of berserker plus discipline’s weapon swap’s adrenaline gain trait.
It could be that we just didnt find decent one yet.
I dont see that berserker os best in 1vs1 dueling stuffs, however, i feel that tere is huge possibility if berserker build is created for teamfight purpose.
If you are claiming berserker mode sucks becuz you got rekt in 1vs1, i dont think you better not using it for duel. Just go use ramapage warrior to pwn. -.-

As long as I tested against famous pvp people, They do not lose to dragon hunter or rev new stuffs that are currently regarded as OP. I am not sure of GreatAxe, but it’s performance is proved before, so i think it would work on them too!

Before june 23rd patch, I played 12 hours a day(8 hours roaming in Wvw, 2 hours raiding with guild and other 2 hours playing wardrobe).
After June 23rd patch, i just roam maybe 1 hour a day and just do raids with guild for 2 hours.

Berserker sounds like RAMPAGE ON DEMAND YO.
Nope you get a spec where you have to remove a defense traitline or an offensive or utility line.
Rampage is like berserker actually, pulsating swiftness, pulsating stability…incoming conditions like immobilize, cripple, chill have -25% effect. Nothing can stop you! your in op mode(well rampage is very easily avoid..easy to kite but I hope you guys get what im trying to say).
Berserker is like rampage but only 1/25th’s of rampage. A bit of swiftness in the initial transition to Berserk mode. Stability which pulses slowly. If Rampage is easy to kite…how easy would Berserker be able to kite since they dont even have 100% uptime of swiftness nor the incoming condition minus % duration.? ROFLwkb, roll over floor laughing while killing berserker
TLDR:
ANET PLEASE DONT CHANGE ANYTHING OF BERSERKER ELITE SPEC. Let people like me to not use it and let people who love it for the cool effects.

You guys need to understand that all classes in this game have a high skill cap.
I wouldn’t necessarily agree with this. Some have a lot higher skillcap and some have a lot lower skillfloor. Want it or not Warrior was always the most simple one even in GW1 and designed/branded as such before even closed betas began.
Not sure if serious bro, everything is relative. I find thief easy to play, oh it must be low skill cap level. No dude, everything is relative. Thats why i dont name my warrior EZ mode. Lets discuss berserker pls.

Sounds more like a L2P issue or build issue. I was swimming in adrenaline So I didn’t have any problems with often use of primal bursts.

I have 7 lvl 80 warriors, playing since head start, PvE is boring and too easy (dungeons, fractals).
I mostly WvW and play with 0 condi clears(sometimes I use brawler recovery but thats maximum of condi clear) and 0 stability. Maybe i dont rely on cleansing ire trait gg. Before june 23rd patch, I averaged 6 hours of solo roaming a day,2 hours zerg busting(some days off) and 3-4 hours of ppting/defending. Now its just zerg busting/gvg/1-2 hours of roaming
And the quote you quoted me on, “maintain” meant, Im always using it. Why would i need to get 30 adrenaline to enter a cool looking fiery aura when I can finish the job with normal warrior.
Lets see anet bring something new to the table with berserker. Im doing fine without it, berserker looks like a addition to condition builds and brings little to power play. It looks like you can just use it to aura stack and look bad kitten .

Only thing I like about berserker is the precision to ferocity trait and gun flame burst skill because of the 100% velocity, it makes you feel like your actually hitting someone with a ultimate skill(feedback wise).

yet they gave us a pulsating stab, really bRO? reallly. Im in bloody bloody tier 3 in mega blobs, 3 way fights just like in tier 1(was on it for 8 months). As a full zerker frontline warrior using gs/hammer and switch to gs/rifle for my guild depending on situations.
I USE 0 STAB. I use frenzy, EP, zerker stance and I never have stab problem in coordinated guild fights.
Thanks anet but should’ve kept the stab addition to reapers who really needed it.
Honestly, i have cut down my roaming time on warrior from 4-10 hours a day to 30 minutes to 1 hour. Not because the enemy counters me so much but just for the fact that the enemy can ooc on DEMAND!. Literally 1-2 seconds of us in within 100 units of each other, the mesmers can be on the other side of the map.
I hate being forced to play other classes to keep up with this movement/speed meta/ranged. My warrior with rush and whirlwind cant keep up with blinks and teleports.
Also going into berserk mode should not give us a 10% speed boost, how about a -10% incoming damage instead of the 10% speed boost
The 10% speed boost lessens the range of axe/hammer burst skills and its not even noticeable.
Keep Eternal champion or buff it to pulsate stab and clear condis
Remove 1 condi every 3 seconds, Grants 1 stack of stability every 3 seconds.
So how about :
entering berserk : Grants pulsating swiftness, -10% incoming damage as a base, incoming conditions(chill, immobilize, cripple) duration decreased by -33%.
Eternal champion : Remove 1 condi every 3 seconds, Grants 1 stack of stability every 3 seconds. Breaking a stun grants stability.
How to counter:
Reaper has stab and spammable chill and nice kiting ability, so you can kite away berserker till it goes on cooldown.
Revenant : lol spam the defiant stance skill and the endure pain thingy(not sure what they are called)
Thief: stealth away d/p or kite with shortbow, charge in with steal
Mesmer, boon strip burst(has a 3 second window) or stealth up till berserker is on cooldown
Engi: stealth up, drop AoE on feet, leap, kite till berserker on cooldown
Ranger: easy, perma protection on dodge, leap gs, block gs, stealth, immob(entangle), kite with sword, spam 2 on LB

Hi guys, i main warrior class since beta/head-start, I have lots of warriors because I love the front line aspect of it and going ham on enemies. Who doesn’t right?
As most of you know, this is a condi-tank and ranged meta. Most classes have access to lots of swiftness and blinks/mobility. Most of the time I will find my self out of combat when im engaged in a fight against very high mobile/stealth classes for just 1-2 seconds.
All I am asking for is, can we warriors have a reason to go into Berserker mode? I can kill the enemy fine when im at normal 3 adrenaline bars, why should i bother going into Berserker mode? Just took look cool with a fiery aura and to prolong the fight, to give the enemy time to recover?
What if we remove the 1 second cooldown when switching to berserker mode
What if we add a pulsating swiftness(is this too much to ask for or you guys are going to complain that warriors already have a 25% passive speed boost? if mobility is not a problem then why would swiftness be a problem? just saying.)
Okay next here will be, might be way too much to ask for of you and anet:
What if we add a pulsating condi clear? Clear 1 condition every 3 seconds while in berserker mode.
If anet cannot bother changing the mesmer condition meta, how about you help us with more condi clears instead of a 25 second cooldown on off hand torch to clear 2 conditions. Mesmers have an 100% uptime of conditions. This might encourage mesmers to go more hybrid(more skilled) or just keep playing condi/pu/dire mesmers and stealth for 15 seconds to wait for berserker to go on cooldown.
Remove the, “remove 1 condi going into berserker” and replace it with a pulsating condi clear of 1 conditions per 3 seconds while in berserker, maximum 5 condi clears of the duration of berserker.
Again, might be way too much to ask for.
TLDR;
Please add pulsating swiftness in berserker mode
Please remove the 1 second wait time for using primal burst skills when entering berserker
and in final…way too much to ask and to hope for : Have a 1 condition removal every 3 seconds being pulsated in duration of berserker(15 seconds) in total of 5 condis removed while in berserker mode.

My normal rifle does 15k~25k dmg to multiple people in a stack
this skill is doing an average of 9k but its harder to get to this skill in berserker since you need 30 adrenaline >enter berserker>1 sec cd>use gun flame (so much time wasted on setting up a target in wvw)
yeah its fine for pve
not so good in wvw for me at the moment since players arent static and its a ranged meta.
Im down for level 1 adrenaline bar granting 5 seconds of berserker
level 2 adrenaline bar granting 10 seconds
level 3 adrenaline bar granting 15 seconds
Also where we stand for now is this : Going into berserker with berserker power trait from strength line gives + 20% damage
So give the elite spec 1 bar=5 seconds of berserker and 10% dmg on burst usage if traited in strength line
2 bar=10 seconds of berserker and 15% dmg on burst usage
3 bar= 15 seconds of berserker and 20% dmg on burst
samething with cleansing ire
1bar=1 condi clear
2bar=2 condi clear
3bar=3 condi clear

Im having a hard time maintaining adrenaline and anet wants me to use berserker at 30 adrenaline LOL
most of the time when i reach 30 adrenaline or 28 or close to it. Im in a situation where the enemy will ooc. Yeah warrior mobility is very bad compared to the new mesmer take over meta where they can ooc on command.

It’ll be great firing that into a reflect.
That skill has 5 seconds of cd. You can reflect maybe 1 if you’re lucky. A Berserker just needs to wait for your reflect to go down and can spam 3 in a row before you’re finished recharging. Or can just move so the the barrier is not in the line of fire.
That projectile is not even that slow, and it just needs to hit 1 target to connect with everyone. No 5 targets limit.The fact is that every primal burst is weaker then normal bursts, because has shorter cd. This is right. But this rifle primal burst IS. NOT. WEAKER. then rifle normal burst. Period.
And not only it’s not weaker, it’s OP.
Also this reflect thing is bullkitten and solves nothing. What if you really reflect it? It means that the enemy broup has basically been PKed by a companion.
So Berserker will be the meta again. Keep it alive, reflect the other berserker, don’t make them reflect yours!
wall of reflect from guardians can last upto 12 seconds and most trait it to make it last that long.
That is 1 guardian out of the 10~80 man blobs you will encounter in open world pvp
I know many guild groups run 2 reflects per party or atleast 1 per party and having 2-3 melee parties.
All you need is 1 reflect
Also warrior needs to get 30 adrenaline in a zerg fight and switch to berserker. If you cancle ur burst skills in berserker, it goes on 3 second CD and sometimes you lose your adrenaline for some odd reason.
Also you either choose more power or more defense with when using berserker trait line
yeah i notice less damage with rampage as well…..like LESS.

on that note, i have had a 100% kill rate against guardians in t3. Seriously guys in t3 get good or just stay on your condi mesmers.

You have 2 f1 skills for hammer now, the new one is really great for the new DPS opness meta where they put lots of shetty aoe on their feet.
If you have hammer stun in with old school earth shaker, you will soak unnecessary damage.
with the new hammer stun, you can stun on to the left/right side of the enemy stacks. Less chance of enemy blinding/putting weakness on you and less damage to soak up.
So try to knock back the enemy from the sides and not from the middle.
anyway take what ever i said with a grain of salt because I will extensively test the berserk mode out in wvw and raids. I dont even think ill touch torch lawl.

also i hope we can knock back downed enemies with the new burst skill with hammer, so rendering enemy banners useless
I 99% WvW, it will benefit me than most warriors since i dont use double endure pain/stab/cleansing ire. I use arms which i can give up easily too
Strength/berserk/discipline it is for me. Gs/hammer, gs/rifle for roaming and frontline zerging

Well, I think that buffing Eviscerate and Killshot is not appropriate as these skills can hit very hardly (above 10k, my record with killshot was 17k) and can oneshoot other players. So they should be high risk, high reward skills. You just need to bait dodges and use opportunity of enemy player not being aware of you channeling killshot… piece of cake, right?
landing eviscerate is much easier and it still hits like a truck (if berserker gear and full adrenaline). I mean all this in WvW thou.

My arcing slice averages about 10k when enemy is under 50% hp, highest being 16.8k on a lvl 80 guardian.

My highest kill shot is 25k with 25 stacks of bloodlust, 25 stacks of might<<<btw this is such a bad number.
I used to hit more with killshot pre patch, 20k without bloodlust and only 5 stacks of might. On lvl 80 guild groups.
I will also note, its easier to get higher numbers on arcing slice since each level adrenaline gives the same amount of damage. So you can easily do a lvl 3 burst and switch to gs(burst mastery), u will have lvl 1 arcing slice, use it..boom big numbers because of berserker power trait proc’ing from earlier lvl 3 adrenaline hit.

ye highest arcing slice i gotten so far in wvw is 16.8k on an player with less than 50% hp and highest Evis was 11k on an npc. lulz

I dont depend on defense line, i dont even use it. I roam and zergbust/gvg on my warrior and i always use the same traits. Strength arms and discipline.
I can easily replace arms with berserk spec.
