The exploiters get richer and a large portion of the player base get denied access to content and rewards.
And people wonder why the TP is in the state it is in.
You completely ignored what I said. Anet does not consider this an exploit.
I think as explained by Anet in one of their previous post, players who went to another overflow to do it again was not considered an exploit since they put in just as much effort as a new player to complete the event. Thus they are entitled to another chest I suppose.
Problem here is people want socialism where everyone is equal and when someone gets more then them even though they worked more for it they demand the same or a deduction on the other person to feel fair.
Just be happy with the compensation and move along. It’s surprising Anet was able to implement this solution to begin with. Good job on their part

Because we’re a materialistic society where material rewards for their efforts are expected and the only thing that matters. Virtual or not It’s sad I know.
