Personally I have been stacking up money rather easily, I bought extra character slots, extra bank slots and extra bag slots using gold while levelling, HOW I did it was by keeping certain things in mind such as:

I only bought trait books during levelling (apart from the above), don’t buy cultural or anything like that, don’t buy tons of crafting materials.

Gather everything in sight, either for your own crafting or for selling. It’s easy to do while completing zones.

Do a zone 100% (if none of the skillpoints are bugged at least). This nets you not only 2 items which might be nice to use for levelling yourself, it also gives you quite a sum of money, 40x crafting materials and experience.

Don’t teleport all the time, sometimes having an efficient route through a zone will save you tons of money. If you want to go to lions arch and want to save cash? press H, go to the mists, use the asura gate. It saves you 1-2s each time you do it.

Reselling not your thing? Buy an orichalcum pick, axe and sickle. Check Malchor’s Leap and Cursed Shore for 5 orichalcum veins, 5 orrian saplings and omnomberries in both zones.

Another thing I did when I just hit lvl 80 was farm alot of events in Orr, these things can stack up money fast. Why? Alot of mobs = you plant down aoe and get tons of loot, second of all, some of these events happen in rapid succession giving you even more rewards.

There is probably alot more I’m forgetting here but gaining money is not all about earning it, it’s also about not spending money when you don’t have to spend it. Some things are best left for later (such as nice skins etc).

When checking the wiki it states that if you open the mini chest the last chest will also be opened. Whether this is a bug or a level designer trolling players I don’t know (if you’ve done the Giant Troll Destroyer.. :p )

I think the best fix for an issue like this is to use the same system used for deleting characters. You would be required to type in the full character name and confirming that before leadership passes on to the next member.

Account Wide Karma

I agree that Karma points should be account wide, at launch dungeon tokens were soulbound and they have been changed to account wide. Now I understand changing or making a new type of item takes a little less work compared to the way karma is used in the game but I really think having account wide karma would be a good thing. From what I know, all currencies currently in the game are account wide with the exception of karma. Dungeon tokens, WvW tokens, Glory, Gold (any more currencies?) are all usable by each of your characters. It would only make sense to have the same thing done with karma.

We need a "bank" for equips!

Personally I have bought all bank slots and I have all bag slots on my main (spent gold on gems early on when they were cheap). Now I definetely agree with the OP. As it stands right now my bank is starting to fill up with slivers, soulbound black lion harvesting tools that for some reason (not just black lion tools) are soulbound to characters rather than account bound.

Anyhow, my bank also currently has a full tab of gear skins and that is just for one character alone. If I would get my other 7 characters to lvl 80 and start collecting gear I would have absolutely no space to store my slivers, excess gathering tools, transformation potions (like the ones from dungeons and lion chests) aswell as crafted materials I cannot use yet. I haven’t even actively collected any skins yet, I just kept the ones I like and would want to use in the future. On other games I ended up with every single set in the game because I loved collecting, the limited space is preventing me from doing that.

Bugs regarding greatswords:

When using Whirlwind Attack it sometimes seems to suffer from pathing issues and sending me to the side as if I hit a wall rather than go straight ahead, this seems to happen alot on terrain with elevation differences such as small bumps on a road etc.

When using the 5th skill (charge skill) it also seems to suffer from pathing issues and sometimes make a huge detour when charging towards enemies (i.e. charging to the right of a mob before taking a turn and going straight towards the enemy).

When using the 5th skill (charge skill) when attacking monsters with large hitboxes such as giants, veteran big mobs or generally big mobs your character will charge but run in place once hitting the edge of a mob’s hitbox. (hitbox being that red circle on the ground when targetting them).

All the above occurs both when enabling the option to prevent running through mobs and while disabling running through mobs (don’t remember the exact name in options).

When using a 1h sword:

Using the charge attack (second skill) on a moving target it will in most cases miss even though the animation shows you charging and physically hitting an enemy.

When using the trait Sweet Revenge (ability to survive Vengeance if you kill an enemy after getting on your feet) it often doesn’t work. It seems to be inconsistent especially versus spawned mobs and inside dungeons. I personally thought it might have something to do with not getting the killing blow?

When using banner skills and going into a down state just before planting them, the cooldown will still trigger for a full duration without actually planting the banner. All other skills that get interrupted in any way always seem to have a shorter cooldown before being able to try and use them again.

There are more bugs I have encountered but these are what I can remember accurately from the top of my head.
