You’re not supposed to craft nor wear 80 armor pieces when 28, where is the sense of progression? How a 28 can have orichalcum? Nothing needs to be touched at all, just play and craft accordingly to your level

God save us from trashy recipes of lv65 rings noone would even barely consider to buy.
Be an 80 and enjoy the rarity you got.

Ever heard of fractals?

Considering we only saw one single line of a dev about this “scavenger hunt” and not a single update nor ETA, consider the possibility of the entire project trashed and forgot

On WoW maybe. This is the wrong game, dreaming to ask a feee for craft something anyone on your guild can do for any of us in a matter of 5 minutes, and free. Be a master crafter on WoW was a rare elite, expecially having an entire list of enchantments for example, uberrare to drop. Was a business. Here on GW2, there is no business to follow, nor a single reason to pay someone. To craft.. what haha

Agree, a better “reward” would lead some players to enjoy the full content a bit more. And play better, learn to master the content with a big purpose.
Like better loot from chest more near to the end you are, exotic just on final boss chest, precursor on loottable obiouvsly included.
For some, would be a great rewarding challenge, way more interesting than token farm. Still, will not get rid of tokenfarmers, but hopefully even this part can be fixed.

THIS, and constant pug fail at lupicus after the door closed, was the reason arah was back to his glory. It is, so far, the hardest dungeon (skip me the “nah xxx is harder” because bosss x is bugged so it’s harder" ). A DE zerg or a newbie is just carried revving him constantly (not mentioning players who as much you explain the tactic, doesn’t read 1 single line ) dead at beginning of lupicus ph2, 100% sure, leeching others beating him and rezzing him, carried to the end, again died at boss waiting a rez/ running back constantly. Reason because from when the door was closed, a LFM arah was rare. Not because annoying. Just because a loser cannot afford that battle at all THIS is the glory of arah. Master all the content, knows every single millimeter of that dungeon perfectly aware of what is going on. I guess i’m oldfashioned. Kids " i want all and now" will never get what i mean. No, it’s not “Elitism FTW”. I have on my friendlist top players who play a few hours after dinner, when back to work, like me.
Often offline, we have a life. . Great players, actually, they just perform better, listen tactic, open to learn, WILLING to master the content, not willing to learn the exploit of the day

Well….. grind. When you got 2 rings with your stats, and bored, craft your ascended back, except if you’re so fond about fractal weapons, there is no more reason at all to keep farming. Just a matter of daily attempts, sooner or later you’re done. Go deeper? Why the hassle? Ye a challenge, when bored, agree..

Arah is not farmed just for money. As you said AC allpaths + Cof path1+2 speedrun worth way more money. They steal tokens for a prestigious rare beautiful armor , weapons and gift That’s why i mentioned the glory of arah. And be proud to be rare with my fullset not exploited, worked hard for weeks and weeks.
No more or less the Cof armor, we are just surrounded of flaming players lol, are you proud to wear a cof fullset, done in less than a week, being a clone of 20 more players around you?

How farm first boss going invisible, killing 2 bosses quickly, chest and reset for a few hours is called game mechanics, tell me Did you wonder why devs removed the chest token reward improving the final boss 60token reward?

p.s. no need to close his door, they simply get rid of the wp door, not even needed /justified by the path

I can give you a simple answer: a dungeon is meant to played till the end, not exploited killing 1st boss and resetting

Yesterday we had THREE players dc at 3rd fractal, quite fun deffo waste hours finding people, doing a fractal, and dc. All left obiouvsly, disappointed after the long path and waste of time.

Considering rings are not resellable between players/TP and we don’t have a trade option more than mail, how you think a “trade” of not needed rings would work?

And what exactly would be the purpose, running without MF armor set, if not getting way less good loot? Meh Your “feeling” is an illusion , playing a lottery loot based game. Far from the truth.

They are currently the only weapon set that is wholly based on RNG with no method of acquiring them reliably. That doesn’t seem fine to me. A new high level fractal token, mystic forge recipe, or some other method isn’t “easier” than RNG, just less infuriating. Isn’t the point of the game to be fun?

Am i wrong or loads was asking content only special drops, gw1 style ( well gw1 style was final boss drop, here is a random mob/chest)? Now enjoy what the mass was asking

I meant you cannot play with EU and NA players , on same overflow, doing a fractal. No option available to join the common overflow. And yes,i play from asia, never had any issue stuck on main LA not able to find intereserver players, except rare cases.

If you mix NA and EU players, don’t expect ot make it work. I doubt EU interserver network has so big lack of players, nor NA one. Patience to form a group, is what people lack, yes. IF relogging you don’t end up on an overflow, try to play when more people is online, not on deep night ( as much is rare even at 4 am servertime)

Deffo. I did the firehearth Rise one alone, boss included. Long, nasty, but doable. Obiouvsly, trash reward. No more interest to even go there.

Ahhh you mean upgrade it to infused version. Yes, you can. You will lose the actual upgrade, don’t forget it.

Well, 100 are needed for malign infuse, if you think 10g is a lot.
Their color is green, should be exotic , at least the abnormal droprate would be justified.
Now i wonder: if droprate is broken, as OP stated, why there are 1000+ available on TP?

You just forgot something: fractals are random. How exactly are you gonna plan the run? a MF team on particular fractals, expecially at high levels (20+) well, have a not so easy life. Feel free to LFM with your requisites, don’t be surprised people join ignoring your “requests” (wearing MF set on a no MF run and vice versa)

Fractals, and everything you get inside fractal-only (Ascended mats etc) is a personal interest, not resellable. So, no reason at all to give guild influence. If your guild do fractals all the day, amen. If your guild is big you will always have someone who still play normal pve growing that number. So, you can use the banner.

You forgot some bosses on alternative paths, for example dredge’s ones. 2 of them, similar because of lava, but different agony behaviour. I guess this is a guide for newbies where those encouters are not available.

It’s actually fun when i look at people skipping. Forgetting how many ascended mats they are skipping, and on higher fractal, how many fractal weapons they should have found. Expecially maw’s adds from beginning till boss, they usually have higher droprate. Stupidity is endless

Mind if i ask you what level are you? Your answer will tell a lot.
Approaching lv40+, i doubt you will still post this kind of thread, hoping to find a way to survive.

Treasure hunt? What you mean with treasure hunt, they drop randomly from mobs or a random chest, pure lottery style, as always, didn’t turn at all into a Treasure Hunt, who call it treasure hunt, even making you think they listen to us
And honestly, i still think the scavenger hunt is went into trashbin and abandoned.

Well, at beginning mats was cheap to get ( not mentioning cloning them with the TP) , that’s why who long ago abused of TP old price when people was ignorant about lode, now wield this weapon.
