Currently I use additional accounts (so do many people in my guild who aquired 1-2 extra accounts for raid clears) for the gold and exotics after I cleared everything once on my main accounts. Works well enough.
I dont think the raid rewards need buffing in any, especially not allowing legendary insights or raid specific loot to be aquired several times per week.

Playing with multiple accounts is win win for everyone. Anets sells accounts – Raiders get extra gold and exotics. Plus Anets metrics will look better since more accounts took part in raiding – making it more likely for future raids to be created.

Umm…if it’s T1, it’s not a dead server. It has to be T3 or lower to be considered dead nowadays. :/

It was T1 before the relink, it feels just as dead as SFR now which I left before. Now after relink it feels like dead SFR and people + guilds transfer away in droves.

Anet thanks for killing deso, I recently transferred there to have more activity again and now its a dead server again. What a waste of 1800 gems. Now if I transfer again who is telling me that it wont be wasted gems again and next relink <.<

You should be careful with those asumptions. Some people only needed ~100 matches per season.
Also wasting time is impossible if there is no meaning to life or even existance of life is not true. We are all just organic machines. We consist of electrons, protons and other particles just as dead matter and Anets servers.

The animation is a purple mess like almost every other mesmer skill

No reason to queue once you reached legendary, so I stopped queuing as every season.

I’m not sure you understand the topic. I’m asking if there will be a title while hoping there won’t be, I don’t want to brainstorm names for it.

Anet said nothing about it yet, so it is unlikely unless many people demand it

It is a problem in GW2, half the time you have no clue what is even going on with all the UI, minions, graphic effects etc. Even with standard models on.

What about “Year of Ascension Master”

If Anet doesnt implement a system which allows easy rune/sigill switching, then it will only be useful for the skins. I hope they look outstanding.

They will probably have to reset/delete it for everyone send then out an item to unlock the achievement like they had to do in Season 1.
They cannont pretend they do not have the data anymore, because you can look at your previous season results in the API.

I think the rewards are very rewarding already. No need to buff them except maybe a daily chest with 1 or 2 Gold per boss.

They do not look overly flashy to me. Customizing your character is the endgame of GW2.

Be as it may, you still had to make the effort to play the games to reach Legend, even if you were carried by MMR or grinded all the way to legend with x amount of games previous seasons. On anets part, its a bug because they had some weird coding that didn’t allow them to implement this season’s title in which left progression on previous season, when last season’s should be historic. It ruins the prestige, and if there’s anything that Spvp has that any sort of prestige right now its the titles. It’s just like the GWAMM title issue before.

Indeed, it is the only exclusive reward of season 3, so Anet is obligated to find a fix for this.

The kicker part is they’ve already done this in PvP.

Standard models in competive pvp exist because small Asura had a serious advantage over say Norn and Charr because the attack animations become unreadable on small characters. It is not even compareable to PVE.

The first obvious issue is matching premades with solo players.

Making leagues solo/duo queue is something we’ve discussed. We’re open to doing a beta of it, but we’d likely put it to a poll and have the community decide. We probably wouldn’t run a premade-only arena at the same time as there’s not enough 5-mans actively q’ing during a season to make the queue times reasonable.

Yes, please make next season soloQ with no class stacking.
Relogging to a class that already exists in your team should kick you back to character selection or give dishonor.

I think Anet forgot to add an “alpha” tag to this minigame. Its unplayable.

There is too much of everything in PvP post HoT. I wish they would make a queue where elite specs arent allowed.
And the stability changes need to be reverted or changed to how it works in WvW (can only loose 1 stack per second)

Every game mode should have exclusives to make those game modes not obsolete. Without exclusives people take the road of least resistance and makes other game modes played less.

Not every class has dozens of stunbreaks ready all the time. Considering there is so much CC spam in the game there are so many things you need to stunbreak already.

I am not complaining, I can beat any symbol guardian/dh in like 30 sec with my normal traited DH (gs + lb). Guardian just cant complain of being op cause we got 1 buff in like 3 years and guardians are overwhelmed by it. Buffing is something strange to us.

Could be worse. Want to get nerfed in 99% of the patches for 4 years straight? Roll a thief.

Honestly Cynz, a well played thief is still insanely OP.
Stealth, unmatched mobility, high burst, instant kill elite that skips downed state etc
The nerfs to thief were justified

Revs have higher burst while also being tanky enough to work well in larger fights.

That “instant kill elite” has a seconds worth of pre-req skills followed by a 1 and a half second cast time on the actual Finishing Blow. Not to mention to take that elite, you have to pass up on Basilisk Venom which is pretty much the only utility a thief can offer to their team at this point.

Stealth in general is only an issue if you’re just ridiculously lazy and unobservant. “Oh the D/P thief disappeared, one can only imagine what he’ll try next”. If the thief stealths mid fight they’re doing one of two things. They’re either preparing to backstab, or running away. With the new 1 sec cd on backstab, dodging or popping Aegis a second after they stealth will almost guarantee they don’t have enough stealth time to backstab you. This isn’t even considering that the only other “meta” thief build literally has 0 access to stealth.

Which leaves mobility. Yes, thieves have a ton of mobility. Heck, most builds even give up more damage just so they can be better at disengaging because at high level play, that’s 85% of your game. You can’t +1 to crack bunkers and there are only 1-2 favorable 1v1 matchups for thieves. You carry your weight not by fighting, but simply by running around and avoiding fights because if you spent more than 20-30 seconds in a fight while the enemy held a point far or home, you actually would’ve been better off just going there instead and going for a free decap.

A well played thief is definitely strong, but pretty much anything else played well could surpass them in every aspect other than mobility(and even Portal takes a fairly huge crack at that). That’s why you don’t see many thieves in Legend/Diamond, because everyone plays their class well and once everyone is close in skill level, thief falls off hard.

Dont forget you are stunned/cant move while the thief uses that elite skill on you.
I wish elite specs were disabled for pvp, pvp was much better off without any of them.

Hearts are a waste of development resources. Once per character content.

I say daily and monthly achievement points should be deleted entirely. Dailies and monthlies are not achievements

I would never ever use SEPA anyway, if something goes wrong your account will be permanently banned. Its the most unsave of all offered payment options.

Kind of, the 5 dyes were useless to me and the total make over kit was useless too (I never change the body/hair of my characters so they just stack up in my bank).
The weapon skin is ok IF Anet never makes them available otherwise, but I think they will end up as a black lion set one day and then I could straight up buy them for 50g.

How is it an advantage to have cosmetic items earlier? If it would give stat or currency benefits I might agree with you.
But having these 2000 gem bundle things were a bit like wearing an expensive clock in real life.

Moa actually encourages people to use terrain and LOS to kite effectively, not just pop all cds and hope you don’t die. Agreed that they could re-design the 4 other skills on Moa, but it’s not crucial.

Oh please tell me how to use LOS when you are defending a point. Pro tip: Its not possible without letting a decap happen.

When I am on a loss streak I usually enjoy it because it lowers my MMR and have a high chance to have a winstreak after which usually makes up for my losses + some extra pips. Then the next loss streak starts because my MMR raised too much and it starts over…
