This only is a buff to warriors and rangers basically. Guardians deserve the more mobility.
So its a stupid change which dumbs down the game completely. However, to compensate I suggest that skills on warrior like the leap on sword and the gs mobility skills have their cds bumped up a little.
Engi too have leap, on rifle, elisir Gun and Rocket boots.
And this change will affect Reaper DS #2 too.
It’s a good change, at least classes without teleport can have a better disengage with leap skills.
Do You really want only Mesmer and Thief like roamer classes ?
That’s funny since they said the next update will be core specs, which will affect WTS, too.
All it says is the next content update. Hopefully soon, but who knows.
Yes, but they also said that they will release HoT this summer and that core specs will be out before that. So I doubt it’ll be longer than a month the core specs are released.
They never announced a release date so HoT in summer is pure utopy.
And it’s always an utopy they totally change the entire system before WTS.
BTW i really like a quickly change but it will never happen before WTS, believe me.
I hope i’m wrong but i don’t think.
Different reasons:
- WTS Cologne on August and never will change before
- Different traits system after with 6/6/6 builds, amulet rework and a lot of new traits/mixed traits etc.
- Condi rework (burning stack etc.)
I’m not saying necro/war/ranger zerk will be viable in high tournament level (probably thieves, mesmers and guardian will dominate zerk scene again) but a lot of stuff will change so our “qq build x is op” needs to wait to understand better the new general config/meta.
Now is really worthless to talk about.

Honestly i prefer this META all life. Not perfect but really better the old metas.

maybe it’s just me, i dunno, but i found really difficult to move in the new Map, mainly because the huge verticality, so it was really hard to find the right way to reach some zones.
I think adding some layers to mini map or some “guide route” could help a lot the entire map navigation.
Also, it would be nice to see some Mastery Icon close to “unreachable” zone/elments to indicate “you need that Mastery ability to reach that point” at least we don’t waste time to try if we don’t have the right mastery skill.
What do you think?

For me it’s the best meta this game has ever had, probably people forgot the hambow/spirit ranger/guardian bunker/thief god s/D or necro dhuumfire + spirit ranger.
Or decap engi days, engi turret days etc.
What do u want, only zerk amulet? Fine, give to every class teleport stealth and super nice mobility and i’m ok with that.
Chill should influence thief initiative regeneration.

Panic Strike + executioner + Master and GM traits acrobatics are crazy imho.
