Just wondering, what level would you suggest for doing this? i understand everyone gets downleveld to 35 but still the stats on weapons and armor stay the same right? And besides that you also gain more traitpoints when your higher level which can make things a whole lot easyer, right? ?

I want this race to be playable love them so much !

There also was a problem with not being able to create a character, they patched that maybe since the last patch more people have this problem?

nope works for me, just dont make the mistake of typing: Confirm Delte instead of typing the actual name of your character

Í’ve only done storymode AC and i think i found it one of the hardest dungeons i have ever done in any mmorpg. That said tho i think that once i’m higher level and have my traits specced well, explorable should be no problem. People think they can run the dungeon when they are 35.

I’d not be able to say if thats true or not since they’d contact your pesonally i guess. But could be possible that one of them A-Net duders sees this and starts fixing it for you.

Not much to do beside play the game and keep an eye on your ticked i suppose.

Community in Guild Wars 1 was always great and so far indeed i’ve got the same experience with Guild Wars 2

Sorry but no of the above stated games are even near the size of guild wars speaking in numbers. I could look up a list of games that have had issues like this at launch but i think your able enough to do that yourself.

Do you even think about what you type? You plan to exhaust a game within a few months… If thats the mindset with which you enter a game i’d say you’d be better of not playing games.

I understand your frustrated about the situation but posting here on the forums is not going to speedup the procces.

Elementalist is great for pve, dungeons and WvWvW. I wont claim its good at sPvP cuz i dont have much expirience with my ele in sPvP.

Well these are common problems on launch of big online games. GW2 has the badluck that china is trying to invade the US true their servers tho :P

Maybe you can play another game and come back in a month. Things will be fixed i suppose and should be more enjoyable to play for you then xD.

For me 1 gold would be the biggest part of my cash aswell. And took me a long time to get since playing lots of characters on low level area’s doesnt get you that much cash.

If you found some othe people having the same problem you should remake your ticked with supporting links from forum posts. If they see its something common then they might be more wiling to fix it.

Also did you log-off or get kicked out of the game? Cuz if you whre like gone for 10 mins a hacker could have easaly take your gold i guess.

I’m not 100% positive on this because its a vauge memory but i beleef Ogden Stonehealer was talking about: him being the last dwarf that lives in the light

Now like i said i’m not sure but i think he also said something like: “the rest of my race lives deep underground fighting the dragons from below”.

Now i’m going to look at this when i’m back from work (A) but also on the wiki it states:

“As of 1325 AE, Ogden Stonehealer is the last dwarf interacting with the surface”.

But then it follows with: “and last known living dwarf”.

Now this could lead to speculation that there is the possibilty of dwarfs living deep below the surface.

Ye it isn’t difficult at all for range classes i suppose but everyone that was in melee range was basicly sitting on the ground having a picknick.

Ye they basicly reset way to fast, beside that the respawn rates often are rediculous.

Best would be to contact NCSoft directly? I dont think forum mod’s are able to unlock your master account.

You are missing 1 gold? Did you only have 1 gold at the time? I mean if the “hacker” somehow bypassed the ip-mail then they would prolly just talke the gold and dont bother about the rest? Escpecially when you only have low level chars with no items that represent real value.

Or as he stated, did you buy something at the trading post excedentally? One thing i’m sure of gold doesnt just dissapear.

A-net gets load of false “missing” item requestes i bet so they have there standard reply ready i suppose.

killed it once, all melee classes were down for like 50% of the time :P I was playing my ele at the moment and spamming aoe heals. But indeed to much HP, althoug when i saw the gaint i was like OMFGE this is cool!

Anyways, what you are suggesting i simply to complicated for programmers with the tools at their diposal. They could ofcours program them all seperatly but that woul take way to much man hours.

Great guide i have to say! I currently dont have any problems like being hacked but i did had an unautorized log-in attemt from China, ye i’m from Holland xD. So i changed my pass after that asap.

Go play tPvP with a team that useses a chatprogram like TS3, Vert etc. There is allot of teambuilding you can do and glasscanon is defenitly not the best way to go for every class.

The skillcap tho, is defenitly not as high as a game like Starcraft II. But in general i think the cap is high enough that you should be able to enjoy the game allot when being matched against people that are equil to your skill-level.

Might have been a little to negative, but basicly we need those featurs in order otmake it happen. I’d love GW2 as an E-Sports for sure!

I read it all over the forums that this is happening and this should be merged in to a sticky or something.

Chang your password is all i can say to make sure.

Well some chinese dude tryed to log in on my account aswell, i got an email saying someone from another IP in China had tryed to log in.

I insta changed my password and never had it again.

I dont think its possible yet, and when it’ll be possible its most likely going to cost you gems.

Guild Wars 2 wiki gives:

So ye in the future i’d say it’ll be a possible cash-shop option. I think character remodelling should be an option as well.

Rather strange but yesterday evening it all of a sudden worked, my email is still undefined but i can get my HOM rewards.

Maybe logging in to you Guild Wars 1 account helps? I did that the day before yesterday but when i wanted to go to HOM in GW1 i realised i’d first have to download everything again. So it being late i just closed the game and called it the day.

So i guess you dont need to go to HOM in GW1 to make it work, but logging in might just do it for you.

I’ve got a simple question regarding the AC armor.

After completing the storymode you get a piece of armor. I did the storymode once. Now i love the skin on the AC. Now if i do the storymode again will i get another piece of armor from the AC set as reward? Or do i need to do explorable for tokes???

Never heard about this before, but hope you guys find a way to “fix” it and keep enjoying the game, i’d be in for a petition if needed!

I’m not saying i’m actually doing it since well i never did the event in the first place. But like i said, if the opportunity presents its self that after succesfully completing the event once i’d certainly want the event to fail in order to get more karma, you woudnt see me stand and shout don’t attack or something i’d find that waste of time.

I mean saying its against the spirit of the game i can not fully understand. If you finished the event the first time and you where “the hero” then seeing the event happen again doesent have give that “hero” feeling again imo. So why not just let it fail then and do 3 events in which you’ll end up a hero with more karma?

“Stare at UI” well i think thats kind of exaggarated, implementing this feature imo would make certain situations just much more clear. I’d love if they implement it but i’d be able to live with it if they dont.

The opinion on UI extentions seems to be split up pretty big, some people for example want health bars in PvP for team mates aswell. There is another Topic somewhere on the PvP department of the forums about it.

Anyways i think some more UI features like the ToT would be nice but ye: too much of anything is never good.

just find a guardian after he puts on his shout that gives him like 6 buffs then counter that with the skill that changeds buffs in conditions. Best skill eveer xD didnt use it since last beta tho so i’m not sure about the name of the skills.

It works but people are to lazy (including me) to go ahead and type a response. I’d go to the location you’d called for help but i woundt go and type first. The thing is if you want communication in you sPvP you should find a guild with like TS or a simular voice chat program to communicate.

Let me elaborate,
If you are a elementalist using a staff and your doing AC you want to be able to see who one of the bosses is targeting. Because if i can then use my healing skills from my water attunement in time to start healing the appropriate team mate.

Besides its handy because bosses switch targets allot and some people dont dodge in time. If you see him switching target and your a thief you know its time to get the thell out of melee range.

Shadowz i feel for ya man, i have the same problem. I’m now level 32 with my elementalist but i’m starting to question how much i like the class :/

The thing is the first 30 levels are really boring to me, there are basicly 3 armor sets and i’m kind of person that wants variation from armor skill builds etc.

Yup, what some players who say gw2 is more skillful don’t see is that randmness is the total oposite of skill.

I fully agree, it was one of my greatest frustrations in Aion PvP so much RNG :/
