Health potion "upgrade" is a downgrade...

I agree with OP. Don’t understand why potions cost 25 – if you double the healing, why not simply double the cost?
I disagree. As long as you don’t jump it feels nice, but I don’t get why you can’t turn any more when jumping – makes it very frustrating to navigate sometimes.
The reason we did the 1 life thing is because we found that lives were not meaningful if you can just pop back in, catch up with your party or die once and catch up with them. Now they are. We also added Continue Coins in each Zone chest, and they are in JP chests as well. And you can buy 5 of them for one Bauble Bubble.
Why did you remove the bubble baubles from the end chest and replace them with the coins instead, then? I think people would rather have the five coins then just one, or the bauble instead of a coin.
You’re supposed to buy the Infinite Continue Coin.
They reduced the number of lives you get for free, they added much more instant-deaths, they reduced the number of baubles you can get by far.
Once you buy the coin, lives become more trivial than they have always been and you can save your baubles for something other than extra lives.
Just buy the Infinite Coin if you enjoy the content and don’t recommend the game to anyone that has a marginal interest.
I agree that it’s pretty obvious that some smart money-guy had the great idea to reduce overall enjoyment of the content by reducing rewards.
We also couldn’t find another way through this zone. You need the torch to get through the waterfall. Really not funny if you don’t have enough spheres.
Edit: Also the waterfall respawns, so you can’t get through even if you already got the checkpoint.

Did they really just remove this camp with the recent patch? That sucks a lot.
+1 this thread. When I am playing fractals with my group and we encounter the dredge fractal we decide to leave and start over like 90% of the time, because this dungeon is not fun at all.
I can confirm the audio issue. The whole instance seems pretty dull too. Canach does not say any word when you meet him, after the fight he teleports to the middle of the cave and suddenly Kiel and this Charr were there talking to him while the audio fails to play for most dialogboxes (also music is gone). All in all it felt to me like an early alpha version. :<
With Southsun update you people forgot to add beach outfits to the gem-shop!
(don’t forget sexy bikinis…)
I know what’s behind it, but I won’t tell because it would contain spoilers. You can actually pass through it… It’s related to the current events happening on Southsun.
Actually the really hard part is the beginning. You can just wait on the second set of stones until the steam stops and jump your way through.
I agree with the OP. NPCs should have a LOT more HP in my opinion.
I checked it too, it’s true that it is obviously broken.
Edit: On further investigation it seems to ignore the +3% main-mf stat of your gear after downed. Amulets don’t seem to be affected.

In the cave at Bramble Pass in the Straits of Devastation, there’s a bit of cave wall/ceiling missing and you can jump up into the terrain. (The third image is the same as the first, but I’ve circled the place where you can get through – it blends a little bit, so I thought I’d point it out better.)
In my search for the bloodstone-locations I stumbled upon this area again and also like to share some screenshots of the issues. Not only is there a polygon missing, but the locked gate at the north east of the cave is missing its collision, so you can jump through it!
Prices may rise because more people are interested in it.
I like that it scales with the amount of players, but the boss is super boring. The only thing you may want to do occasionally is dodging his fist-attacks, but the rest of the fight you don’t even have to move once.

Also Drakkar [DE].
I agree with Jeknar, the only real problem is Grenth which fails pretty hard if there are too many people around.
I found this: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/events/Giant-Jungle-Worm/first#post1727965
Probably coming in the next patch.
What I asked for was a proof, but as nobody was willing to post any, I looked into it myself. :P
As you can see below, the bonfire starts just before the event starts. The enemies were all dead at this time. So the whole event really is on a timer and has no other starting conditions.
Has this been officially confirmed? Because there are a lot of people out there claiming that the event did not start properly.
I was wondering, does the event-chain fail to start if the svanir and the grawls at the bonfire get killed?
Haha, that’s awesome!
I’d love to see more levels!
I FREAKIN LOVE IT. Sry for caps.
Was pretty hard at first, but super fun!
The worm dies really really fast, it doesn’t seem to scale that well with more people in the area.
I salvaged 2 of them, got 3 orichalcum and 2 mithril ore.
I got like 2 out of 5 and didn’t even notice that I destroyed them.
Same on Drakkar-See [DE].
This seems to be an issue with all Radeon HD cards, I even got this when I tried out tiled terrains with OpenGL on a Radeon HD 4870 last year. The texture filtering appears to be weird sometimes when clamp to border is used.
I support the OP’s ideas, make them happening!
I can understand why players don’t do Orr-events. The rewards for doing these events are just not worth the effort. Why should I do an event that lasts for over half an hour and rewards me with nothing but broken bones and blue items, while I could simply do Fractals which are much more fun and have better rewards.
I don’t even log in and play with my Lvl80 char, because the rewards for events and slaying champions is not worth the effort. In my opinion, there is something terribly wrong with the drop rates.
You could buy dyes from Merchants in GW1. Black dye was about 8-9p… Just saying.
I agree that dyes should be account bound! Now that the drop rate of unidentified dye is so low again, they cost three times as much when bought at the trading post.
Actually why are there no guaranteed rare/exotic drops from Orr-event-chests? I don’t want to participate in any Orr event any more, because I never got a single exotic drop at the end.
I agree! /signed

I just wanted to state that I am also very disappointed at how tiny all the weapons look on Asuras. I am maining an Asura elementalist and just got me a mystic staff, but it looks like a little stick.
I just wanted to tell you that I could complete the quest on the first try after the last patch. To be on the safe side, I ensured that Traherne didn’t die on the way to the second explorer team.
If you can, try playing the quest with a friend or two. I’ve identified the issue, but this may get you guys through it until the update hits that contains the fix.
-Bill
Thank you! So what is the actual bug with this? I don’t want to play through with a friend and get stuck again.
How is this not fixed yet?
