Wow, oddly enough I have become intrigued by this.
Ok, why are people so upset about a great game, I love the fact that they add new content at all. Free of charge. I do long for more things that I like specifically, but i am not the only person playing. These forums are inundated with trolls, and its upsetting. The amount of negative commentary forces the moderators to sift through so much to find a post that is on topic, and contributes to the growth of the game and community. This is the first mmo I have purchased, and I believe it was money well spent. I had no idea that the mmo community has a small yet very active portion that behaves with such disdain for an awesome game.
I think it’s all about play style and positioning. I choose my fights carefully and try to use the map to my advantage. GS with the elite signet and the melee speed boost will give you Insane mobility. I’ve kited whole teams while my teammates cap. I do hear you on the free kill, cause man I get agro so quick, so I dissingage and play it from there. Most the time, I can pull one or more off point, pin the with an Imobalize, and boom. He’s of point and out of team fight so my team can more easily do there thing.
I love the horn, and the fact that you can share music with other players. There is however a slow transition from note to note (or the same note). The speed of transition is necessary for proper tempo. If its possible to fix this please do. Anywho, great work y’all. Love the game, especially pvp. No matter what anyone says, warriors are quite viable in tournie play as a roamer/decap, recap role. I digress, if y’all could put a banjo in the game, the duel would be on. Lol, thanks for the good times.
this is a good idea, i hope anet considers this, then i could finally get that commanders badge. I could get the mats sell on tp and wouldnt have to wander orr just to get gold, cause i prefer to play pvp.
Luv the game folks, but recently i keep getting items i allready have from tounie chest. i understand that i cant get some thing new every time, but could i at least get one new item at least once in a while. Also i have not gotten an ecto from salvaging in ages, at first i didnt really notice, but then i was like wow, i havent seen one in a couple weeks. i use the master salvage all armors and wepons. anywho, great game folks. keep up the great work.

PLEASE MORE GAME MODES. I love pvp, tourny and hot join. Yall built a game filled with endless enjoyment, but I feel like yall are not utilizing the best game ive played in a long time to the fullest. CTF, TDM, DM, King of the Hill, Rush(ala Battlefield three), Arenas with varying themes, the only limit to what yall can do is your imaginations. I look forward to seeing what yall have instore for this year, I do hope you add SOMETHING to pvp cause, man iam getting tired of the same maps and the ONE game mode. Please Anet, throw us pvp folks a bone. I have no gold cause of my pvp addiction, at least let me have fun. lol Thx again for such a wonderfull game
Yeah I feel ya. I hate pets, and adds in general. The thing is, its part of there mechanic. I have been followed by pets clear across a map then killed them only for the pet to be alive when i find the ranger again. How bout this, the pet dies when it dies. The ranger having lost the pet will have a cool down period before he can spawn another pet. ANY other pet, this will make the ranger think twice before sending his pet all over the map.
wow, alot of people seem to be disappointed in spvp, i really enjoy it. hopefully after they finish with the custom arena beta, they will have some new game types available.
Katanas. more game types for pvp; rush, ctf, king of the hill, dm, and tdm. why these are not in the game i do not know.

wow, you have great ideas! here is the thing though, i have repeatedlly tried to get people to not kill maw, to wait and see what he summons. its never happened and never will, because the majority of players dont care. pass your thoughts on to the devs though.
i have noticed some “odd” dodgeing in PvE, but in PvP its mostly spot on. I typiclly only dodge aoe and long windup moves so dodges work well for me.

i play as a warrior exclusively, and after hundreds of hot joins duels and tournies. I have come to the conclusion that warriors are remarkably fun. I have lost many a game because my preferred build is not practical for solo encounters. However i have met and lost to some warriors who can solo effectively. the great sword five move is very glicthed, and is practical as an escape, but most be interrupted by another move before it connects with another player so you dont get stuck in a weird dash animation next to you target at there mercy. this move needs to knock down, knock back or something. easy fix, it is a dash move after all.
Smite is now in beta, and apparentlly allreadyhas a 100 k tourny on the way. how do yall think this new moba will affect gw 2 pvp?
Templates and GvG, plus a test krewe like in GW1 so we can actually get some decent balance rolled into the game. Rewards that carry over to pve, why are we not allowed to make gold by investing so much time into pvp? We could in GW1.
Yeah, what’s up with that? A person has to play pve just to get coin.
Really, no classic martial arts weapons. Who here does not want a Katana, nun chuk, halberd, or even the ability to apply throws/holds. Maybe a little un armed combat.
So, I have won well over one hundred tournament games, and three hundred standard games. I admit that my win percentage is low, but I would wager that if they tracked k/d ratio. I would excel there. One of my guild mates who is terrible at pvp, gets carried through ten wins, with me and some of my friends is now ranked higher on the leader boards then us. Why and if I can’t improve my leader board standing by winning, then how do I climb the leader board?
Large team games, new game types, and a hardcore mode that requires you to select some one to determine if there friend or foe. Would make for great ambushes. Assault/defend game type akin to rush in bf3.
