They are unhappy because they have to get out of their casual comfort zone of spamming auto attack in WvW/PvE zergs to actually putting in effort to get some shinies.

but, but, they can do that in fractals too. They will just need to stand in different spots.. Besides fractals are fun

I know this isn’t really about the fractal relics, although if you need help getting them please look me up! I’m not asking for anything, I just happen to be one of those crazy people who love fractals.

Tbh, I was really shocked hearing all this dislike of fractals of the mist.

please, please if you want your relics, come to me and Lilith. We would be more than happy to take you through the fractals. We aren’t asking for anything in return, and please respect that we might have life stuff to do when you 1st ask but we will find time for you and take you through.

@lodius. You may find it interesting to know/find out, that when he is in that phase, he is blocking and most classes have a " unblockable CC ". If you can get the group you are with to get rid of the defiate stacks, you can ( for example ) use the magnet from the toolkit with the engi

As a follow up from this, in game mails can also be perfect for this as the mentor will see your mail the next time the log on.

I have no idea about this invis attacks. Zerk engi is fine, its almost like a little test of how much do you know your own class in lvl50 it IS fun and I enjoy it alot.

I believe lilth has an account on both Eu and Na, and im only on na.

Also on cliffside when I carry the hammer and I switch skills , the hammer bugs away although the game still believes Im still holding it in terms of the debuff it provides. (I am a engi, havent had my friends try it on other classes )

On the molten alliance ( sorry my spelling :’( ) with the fire trap the boss uses to coat most of the floor on fire, if that could use the ’ new ’ AOE circles it would be nice.

With the mossman, can you give him some sort of loud barberian shout when he throws his axe? Would make it nicer when doing this without reflects/destory projectiles

With the urban fractal ( the char one ) can we have a special banner with special skills like ’ wait ’, ’ follow ’ and
’ attack ’ for the npcs

Once you start doing fractal 11, take note of the boss moves that cause agnoy on hit. Learning how to deal with these WILL help you later on.

This game is like one big MSN to me, I use it to keep contact with close friends and thats the main reason to stay

Its funny & weird both have personal goals although the game ( guildwars ) doesnt know or care about them.

Engis are mid tier, although I will say that picking up a turret will make the cd 15sec, so engis do have a 15sec delayed reflect projectile defence.

You are doing very well with his, I know you would always like more numbers but try to be carefull not to push too hard just to get them. You have your trials for a reason and the natural grow of this guild has been great.

You will always get more people, its just going to take time.

Dont forget the kit swaping exploit to have infinate throwing rocks/crystals

For FT to ever be worth taking over grenades:

1) It needs to deal more damage than grenades. This would be ridiculous because grenades already deal a ton of damage, you’d be pushing the engie up to ele-tier damage if you pushed FT up to that extent. It’d also require you to, at minimum TRIPLE Flame Jet’s base damage just to match the grenade’s base damage. That’s not a joke.

2) Steel-Packed Powder needs to be changed so it works with FT too. A straight nerf would be bad because right now the vuln stacking is the engie’s biggest sell. The easiest route would just be to change SPP to something else entirely and give Precise Sights a mondo buff (100% chance on crit to inflict vuln for 5 seconds?). Either way it’d be a pretty sweeping change that would either wreck the engineer or make it super OP.

Either way those are pretty massive buffs just to make one weapon viable. I like the way FT looks too but let’s be realistic.

We dont need to change the base dmg of the flamethrower, I believe we need all the ticks to apply burning, all that condi dmg will increase the dmg in a fair way. You could also say that the last tick needs to apply a one second blind.

Im not the biggest fan of the flamethrower, but in saying that if they made each ’ tick ’ apply burning instead of just the last one; I bet alot of people would be more happy

While the delay is annoying, you still can make it work against mai trin. ^ ^

Automated Response, Cleaning Formula 409 …

Neither Automated Response, nor Cleaning Formula 409 automatically take off any conditions on an interval system. Cleaning Formula 409 takes them off of you only when you give up all other skills to use all Elixirs manually (Or 1 time when you actually lose enough hitpoints for Hidden Flask to go off 1 time) and Automated Response only resets the cooldowns of said skills and don’t get me started on the uselessness of medkit even with traits compared to other classes.

I’m speaking of the equivalents of the Rangers Empathic Bond trait and the Signet of Renewal, and the Guardian’s Purity trait and Absolute Resolultion trait.

Those are automatic heals automatic means one doesn’t have to press any buttons IE the imbalance. If one class has these options all classes should as far as traits are concerned if we are to believe that no class is left behind in combat or the idea that it doesn’t matter which classes we bring.

The other thing that bothers me, is the Engineer trait called Always Prepared that drops bandages which the Engineer cannot use instead of an Overcharged Healing Turret which would be far more effective especially when enemies blow it up and it causes that extra healing, this would be not unlike the benefit that the Rangers get with their trait Circle of Life which is non-destructable btw.

The best thing they can do is give a trait to the Inventions line that allows for an interval removal of conditions when under the affects of regeneration, and then another in the grandemaster column possibly in the same line that offers the ability to extend that interval to other players nearby. And change the Always Prepared trait to put an overcharged Healing Turret when downed since we lack any ability to move or heal ourselves unlike the Rangers 3 solid abilities solo.

I too love our beloved engi class but, this isnt the right thread to be talking about it.

I second the underwater legendary. Its soo cool to have and it gives you more ar underwater if you fractal often
