I just receieved an email from Arenanet to inform me my email has been changed. I received this email at 2 am in the night, when I was asleep, so I couldn’t have changed it. I didn’t go to the confirmation link, ofcourse, but is there anything I should do about this?

I was selected for the edge of the mists testing, so could it be related to that?

While playing WVW its getting very painful to sit in a queue for 2+ hours then get disconnected once in map and then have to get
BACK IN QUEUE. This is past unfair. What can be done to allow priority re-queue?

My brother already quit the game because of this.

If you win 1 in every 10 matches, the person you win against has to be worse than you :P

On a more serious note, try using different professions. I had a very similar problem when I started playing this game. I win rate was very similar to yours on my warrior, but I tried different professions and now, on my 5th profession, im really comfortable with my ele in a pvp. It does take a fair amount of practise, though.

I am not a fan of karma training, but this is just a new level of low, SoR. The only day of the week you guys actually come out in force is on karma train day to wipe uplevels. lol

I think its funny how Mag roamers have complained about plex runes, condi, tanky builds, zergs, ads to fights, etc. They have no clue what T-1 roamers have had to fight in a JQ/SoR/BG match-up for weeks on end. Just by the rage I see from the posts, I think if they ever “roamed” in a T-1 match-up, it would make them have an aneurysm.

Like it or not, it is the Meta, no sense in complaining about it, just adapt or go duel for the week until the match-up is over.

TL;DR
When you’re bad at the game, join the rest of the plex runes, condi, tanky builds, zergs, adds to fight, etc to be good at it.

So basically you covered everything but zerker or high DPS builds?

1. SoR lost its “fighting spirit”.
2. BG is only winning because of ZD’s.

You need an AC to kill a bunch of berserkers and uplevels? Poor choice to attack an invul keep lord btw. I guess guilds scare you too much, so you have to resort to picking on uplevels.

I personally don’t agree with karma training at any time of the week, but chest thumping after wiping uplevels shows poor character. I expected no better anyway.

BG has placed first in all their matches so far as well as winning 13 out of 14 matches with SoR. Still waiting to see where BG was in such dire straits.

Oh ya, SoR had higher ppt for a few ticks one day out of the week.

I do find it funny that BG keeps using the match before Leagues as proof that they had it so hard when most servers took it easy to get ready for League. Even some of the BG forum warriors even commented as such.

Why do you keep bring up the match before seasons? Yes we took it easy that week but to be honest JQ would have probably won even if we didn’t. We understand you think BG is the bestest but you should really stop discrediting SoR and JQ. All the trolls and chest thumpers aside, there are still a lot of people on BG that have huge respect for JQ and SoR and know how good they can be.

Side question for ya, what does 13 of 14 matches prove when SoR is well known to play for fights and that PPT is just a subset of why they are out there? From my understanding a lot of SoR guilds feel as if they won by having a exciting match rather than seeing a higher score at the end of the week….

Zik don’t bother with him, he seriously will not listen to anything outside of his one single argument which doesn’t even take every factor into effect.

With every factor considered how does this change that BG has won 92.8% of their match history with SoR………it doesn’t.

As of now all Iron members have been told not to post on these forums anymore .
People have been kicked from the guild and anyone found posting will be warned and told to delete their posts if they ignore this they will be kicked .
you may smack talk Iron but we are one of the most dedicated guilds in gw2 . we turn up every night trying to fight the blobgantuan, running as just iron something posters from some of the guilds here should try .

I think we should continue to egg SoR and BG on in this pointless debate. Keep it going strong so that the TC peeps coming back last week will feel like they didn’t miss a single post since they are still arguing the exact thing they were last week.

Interesting thing right now though, SoR is ticking pretty good (still behind BG) right now. I noticed this PPT increase corresponds with a dramatic drop in IRON PvF, someone in their organization must have started getting them in line.

Its a shame that BG dont realise how stacked they are and how bored they must be of the queues.. pity. Pretty much single handily ruined the seasons for all servers

Your boy Smokee claimed post after post last week BG had zero queues for any time zone except late PST. His strategy worked to a tee as guilds like ZD’s immediately transferred over and am sure countless other smaller guilds or individual players did as well to escape the queues.

If you ever read about ZDs transfer, you would know they sent scouts to multiple servers, and they liked the fact we didn’t have late sea/early eu ques, so they transferred to bg. Continue crying about bg getting one guild. SoR isn’t even making an effort, not 1 map of sor is qued.

Rarely do EU guilds come to NA, and IRON tucks tail and runs at the first sign of a competitive battle.

This is very shameful behavior, SoR. The minute we get a guild, you guys tank the score to attract guilds. It is just not possible otherwise to hit 20 PPT.

Seriously though, this is pathetic. BG got one guild who once again, WAS COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED, and SoR throws a kitten-fit. I can’t count the number of times that SoR has said “we are in it for the fights, not for the points” then why does it matter who is winning or losing to you guys, get out there and freaking fight. It is even worse that you blame this one guild, despite the fact that the turnaround in points happened even before they came over.

Also, why do people feel the need to post the server status? WvW maps are limited no matter what in the first place. On top of that we also have one of the largest PvE communities along with TC, who is listed at very full just like SoR, despite not having anywhere close to the WvW numbers that SoR has. Unlike SoR though, TC actually still shows up to fight even though they don’t expect to win in points.

Funny you should say this when just a couple weeks ago BG wouldnt come out and fight JQ when JQ was stomping BG. Why should SoR come out?
