i am so looking forward to the patch and about the bleeds i was trying to compare my confusion build with the bleeds of necromancer some time ago when it was so important to keep the bleedings ticking
and yes malicious sorcery works with illusionary counter as well since it got fixed quite some time ago hope you enjoyed the video!
also with condition builds like this its actually up to anybody trying different variations ..this is what i like to play
Even without fitg, shroudstomp is still very useful in a lot of situations, namely where your health is low enough that the downed target/his friends can outright down you before you pull the stomp off; having to burn through your LF on top of that makes a difference.
DS stomping has worked since as long as I can remember in WvW, though I hardly ever bother with it. I was under the impression some numerous patches ago, they made it to where the stomping wouldn’t , connect, if you were in DS (only in SPVP).
I don’t play that mode much, so I never verified. Also, clicking your second utility with your mouse kills me. I am not much for hot-key elitism, but those 3 should be on hotkeys.
The other issue is that DS may or may not be on cooldown, and DS doesn’t prevent disables without 30 points in SR, an uncommon SPVP build.
yea i agree on not clicking the utilities but in this video he was on another pc where he didnt have his keybinds he usually has also he told me he wanted to switch them back but i said it would be better if he would click them in this video to show people exactly which skill he is pressing
scenario b looks like a decent build and the confusion duration is absolutely essential..because imagine if your build focuses on stacking 21 bleeds in 6 seconds and then u dont have condition duration
so like 1 more tick confusion is already 2.2k at least so its totally worth it.
I have already tried above mentioned scenarios already in tournament play and thats why i finally came up with my one…it felt like it was perfect for my role
i come in do the confusion spike with the necromancer epidemic combo and then i disengage therefore i dont need extra toughness etc because the build is played like a thieves build

well there is nothing more to say than that i am really excited for the patch since i miss my mesmer a lot..
in the pic is one of the examples why i hate this game atm…mesmer is too weak to be played actively in tournaments…even in solo q they want me to reroll…

no sadly not because i havent been recording tournament matches with my team yet because i experienced hard lagging when i did it with my old pc…i bought a new one so i assure u that videos like that will follow after the patch so like next week

Good build. It’s not that poeple don’t get it though. In fact someone posted a very similar build a couple weeks ago. This is a great 1v1 build but starts to weaken quite a bit when facing muliple opponents due to the single target focus. I played something like it a couple months back and yeah you can you can really stack that confusion, even better now with perplexity runes.
You play it well, was fun to watch.
Thanks a lot yes i think its only really good in teamfights when u have a good necromancer with the right timing then u can oneshot teams

the problem i have with torch atm is first of all that u cant stack 16 confusion stacks in a matter of seconds and the stealth is nice but also a problem because you are most likely to loose a capture point in 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 which is a huge problem

To adress this points i am planning on doing a series of pvp guides for new players on my youtube channel i will make a forum post once they are uploaded
guys to all this warri is op stuff i gotta say that i sometimes play warrior with my team and we are in the top 100 so there is at least one team playing warri
i dont think warri is op..it’s kinda like a mesmer u just gotta know what to dodge and watch him in teamfights thats everything
but i actually feel like when i am playing warrior i do so much more for my team than when i am playing mesmer which says something about their viability but not their op-ness :>

tons of players top 100 run a warrior, it just crashes rangers engineers necros guardians stun lock features must be revised.
also longbow is not really balanced
the problem is with all the new builds coming up almost none of them is tourny top 100 viable and thats where i am around atm so if i want to play mesmer it has to be kind of the old shatter specc..
I mean seriously Arena Net where is the reason behind allowing the warrior to create an unlimited amount of clones while just charging with all of them on my mesmer doing 100x 100-Blades …

Darnis cause you a smart memser the other 99% of mesmers wanna run standar shatter, no condi clear, and instead of adapting their build, they rather just QQ on forums so they can continue to play the same build they been playing since beta…
maybe you can see in the picture that i actually use a condition remove and thats not even the topic..i adapted to the meta still mesmer seems pretty useless atm
and i wanna see u playing a mesmer with full condi remove vs my team we would oneshot it
So i have heard many things about the mesmer recently and since it’s my main class i can confirm that people think mesmer is the most useless class in tournaments at the moment
they feel like the only reason to bring mesmer to a tournament is because he has portal
the truth is..the only way you can survive the current meta with mesmer is to use AT LEAST 2 of your utility spots for yourself..
Still there are a lot of people complaining when you do this
So we are two guys Van Dark (Guardian) and me Sensotix (Mesmer/Warrior) trying to get to the Top 50 on the Team Q Leaderboards without a Team just inviting skilled people from our friendlist and having fun doing so
