Many players :
A: Can not Make gem purchases
B: Are not receiving gems for their purchase
C: Are not getting items we spent gems on.
Been six days now on my end, not receiving an item I had payed for. A few people have asked for updates on the matter, so I’m making this thread to ask if anything has been started yet, and how long we may have to wait?
I agree, please stop trying to silence us. We have as much right to have our opinions voiced as others with hacked issues.

I lost gems that I payed real money for, and haven’t received my purchase. I’m not refunding, because I have patience. You’re not the single most important person here… chillax.
I forget the actual beginner keybinds, but I went into my options and changed it myself. I use [ctrl]+[alt]+[z] for mine to make UI go away.

We definitely will fix this! I am moving to the Gem Store thread (and hoping you will see this). The team is eyeing the thread and will work on getting this issue addressed.

Hello.
Roughly 3-4 days ago, I bought 1600 gems via credit card and decided to buy dye packs from the gem store.
When I bought the 1600 gems I still had some left over from my previous purchase, for a grand total of 1725. I bought 3 dye packs and opened them. I used the ones that i could, putting the rest(duplicates) in my bank. I then repeated this on another 3 dye packs. With 525 gems left, i decided to buy 2 more dye packs. The game lagged and it took a minute, but I finally got a mail. However, in my mail was only ONE dye packā¦
I have 125 gems left, and still my second dye pack has not arrived. Just wondering what can be done about this.
I created a ticket half an hour after the incident, and the ticket number is:
