Nerf the supply draining cow. It is making the game ridiculous. Now servers won’t even fight unless they are near their keep with supply draining cows hitting us the whole time.

Ran with them earlier, speaking of that. My god they’re good…really good. Kept wiping entire giant zergs of FA in Eternal like they were nothing. They know their stuff.
It is easy to wipe pugs in EBG. That is what Tempered Wolves is known for over the past 6 months, avoiding real fights and hiding out in EBG.
20 rangers vs 20 warriors would probably end in the ranger’s favour simply due to fields and support. Sure ranger may not have the best support, but it’s better than a warrior’s simply because of healing spring. This is still a bad comparison however, you will never have 20 set classes going against another 20. Although if that were to happen, engi and ranger would probably fight for first place simply because they can do everything.
Non-Signet Rangers only have one native stability and it is on a LONG cool down. A pack of rangers is a dinner bell for Hammer warriors.
Warriors have WAY better support than Rangers… it isn’t even close. Shout warriors group heal, remove conditions, convert conditions to boons, have a MASSIVE amount of control, are effectively immune to immobilize, best passive healing in the game, banner group rez, stack might, they don’t have to stop for healing, come to the fight with over 30k HP and nearly 4k armor. Their sustained DPS is impressive as well. There is a reason the backbone of almost every group of players is the Warrior and Guardian.
Must be those 30/30/30/30/30 Warriors with Legendary armor and trinkets.
They’d rather fight pugs in EoTM instead of fighting the actual JQ/BG guilds. But hey being farmed 24/7 by BG/JQ for months on end got demoralizing to SoR. So I can’t really blame all the guilds who have left or died on SoR.
What world do you live in, SoR moved into EotM because even the random pugs want to fight, all BG/JQ do is sit and hide in a tower and take turn spamming AC’s, you never come out and fight, and when you do get caught outside the safety walls, you rush to build as many open field AC’s as possible,
I would have thought BG/JQ would have been over joyed with the current setup, as none of you actually want to fight us on SoR and now you can just run from door to door and avoid each other all day long, its a win for all servers,
SoR gets to farm drops from killing enemies
BG/JQ get to beat down doors for PPT for bragging rights about winning that week.
Maybe Anet need to make it that you can only have 2 AC’s per tower and 6 MAX per garrison, what o what would BG/JQ do then…
So in short don’t worry about SoR where doing great, just go back to your normal game play beating down doors, must make it hard for you to try a 2v1 when the 1 isn’t playing huh………..
SoR guilds playing for ppt after they transfer to JQ.
Yea I like this I know some from a guild move JQ bought recently crying on TS before they moved about JQ playing for PPT and not fighting, and now they do the exact same, gold can do amazing things in this game.
SoR is used to leaving real fights to go farm pugs, you guys run to EBG which is full of JQ/BG random militia anytime you get wiped.
Now you just go to EoTM instead to go farm casuals from lower tiers because you are sick of getting wiped by actual organized forces. But keep PvDooring in EoTM and fighting super casuals while acting like you are better than everyone else.
I feel horrible about the players that are left on SoR just wondering what the hell happened. Wish BG would stop buying so many guilds and even lose some to SoR. Maybe we could have some fun, even matchups again ’cause this sh*ts getting old.
No offense, but you really need to learn to gather facts before you make statements. If you are on SoR, you need to go talk to your guilds on your server/join TS to learn about what’s happening to your server. Apparently all your “for fights” guilds decide they get more fun stomping pugs in EoTM than fighting wvw for their server. So they are essentially stop playing WvW for now. This has nothing to do with BG or JQ (BG hasn’t got any guilds since season 1 and JQ got couple guilds from SoR), but rather your server’s unhealthy “fights only, laugh at others who care about objectives” culture.
Is it unhealthy because you and a handful of other forum warriors from BG say it’s unhealthy? I’m curious about the research that has gone into this perspective.
I think it is unhealthy because what you are doing is hurting your community in the long run. It maybe o.k. for those of your guilds that only care about fights, but by deriding others that want to play differently, you’re are completely neglecting your server mates that may want to experience proper WvW/or simply just new to WvW.
What a lot of you are doing is all about you rather than community pride, which is really against the spirit of the RvR game mode. Heck you even begin to see posts like this popping up from your own server mates that are left in the dark.
thank you so much for your concern. In short, we on sor stopped caring about PPT 5+ months ago when we refused to bid on other guilds and saw said guilds go over to other stacked servers. We decided to simply play to kill our enemies. I understand that it’s not fun for you to take empty towers and keeps, but we aren’t playing to entertain you. PPT isn’t important to us in the least, and lecturing us about what’s against the “spirit of rvr” (lol) isn’t going to make us enjoy pvdoor any more. taa taa!

No one is going to fall for the “BG is weak, we need more guilds!” pre-season crap again, Reverence.
If your memory is that short, then I really have no words… Everyone knows what happened to BG pre-leagues. Everyone had written BG off in winning league before it started. Every t1 server had equal queues 24/7 at the start of season 1 so there was no population imbalance. That’s all ancient history now. Suffice to say, SoR is the only server still whining about it.
Well this has been revealed to be completely untrue in oceanic time tonight with the numbers you’ve put out.
BG is always out-manned on every map 24/7.
BG wins due to pure skill.
Every server BG has ever fought has outnumbered them 300 to 1.
BG is so poor that they cannot even afford commander tags.
Every fight JQ or SoR DDO their teamspeak.
BG has no organized guilds..its all solo roamers.
BG never zergs.
That sounds exactly like every SoR forum post since they hit T2.
So I give PVP a shot and i’m not happy.
Why is it that when winning a game top scorer and all I get team swapped.
The score was 480 to 105 when I get swapped all that effort. To lose?
I dont understand the concept of it. Maybe I should just leech and team swap. It seems to reward more!! When I am losing a match I stay on that team. I don’t try to switch.

You now get the win bonus even if you are swapped to the losing team. So don’t worry friend! Yes, it sucks but you still get that big win bonus.
BG has what I like to call the hydra syndrome. I don’t roam much anymore in JQ because everytime I fight a BG they just start multiplying everytime you kill one like when u chop off the hydras head. You start off fighting one Mesmer, then you go wtf how many clones does this Mesmer have? and then you realize its now 3 mesmers and you kitten, I can do a 1 vs 3 and then realize its now 5 mesmers 2 necros with minions everywhere, and go what the hell im already too far into this fight, lets keep going, and then you get CCed by 5 hammer warriors trapped in a bubble by some guards heartseekersed by 30 thieves, and you have the entire BG server on you except for the first person you started the fight with cause theyre just watching in the back, then they run up to you after you get steamrolled and laugh as if they just won an actual fight… but that’s just my experience from fighting all these “BG ROAMERS”
Horrible HP, change all trinkets with prec-tough-vit-cond stuff then it will be good.
20k Hp is horrible? I figured since warriors had one of the highest starting health pools that I didnt even need to touch it. Or at least that was prior advice. Ill play around with some trinkets this morning and post back some stats, see if i cant give a little more wiggle room.

I’m guessing you’re mad that a JQ built a treb in spawn? So you thought it would be a good idea to glitch into JQs spawn to kill it? I don’t know who built it but a lot of the main wvw guilds have discussed this and agreed that its poor form to build a treb there so we don’t. It was probably some random person who ran the supply. Though it should also be pointed out that the first treb of this type spotted in a T1 matchup was from BG.

ZDs? i saw them once and they got wiped by about 30 Jq pugs.
Blackgate buys “top” WvW guilds, this much is known. my suggestion to these guilds is if you have any cojones and truly want a challenge, you should play on a server that isnt stacked =)
also, a lot of these guilds xfer and try tier 1 NA in an attempt to prove themselves, but generally become disillusioned very quickly and run back home to mama after being overwhelmed by gold league NA zergs.
Shame on Ten Inches Deep [TID] for the multiple port hack fails into SoRBL Hills which JQ held. If you guys can’t even glitch and exploit to win; might want to give up on WvW.
That guild has been doing that for over a year. They were doing it when BG and SoR first started fighting.

BeeGee, it has been an epic journey on Blackgate since day 1. Many thanks to friends and foe alike. I’ve seen all of BGs victories and defeats and it was a pleasure to work alongside all of my guild and alliance mates, friends and fellow BG alike since launch and through Season 1. We’ve been predicted to be a dead server many times by our opponents but we never gave up and kept fighting through it all!
Want to give a special shout out to some people as well. Thanks to Malevolent Omen, for being an awesome guild leader and commander whose selfless dedication is an inspiration to me. To Reyana, for her hard work as TS admin verifying hundreds of people and for making sick graphics/posters for the server! Or buying MERC who were already on another tier 1 server?
Or buying 3 EU guilds for leagues?
Jade Quarry has no moral footing to stand on. They had the easiest draw, they spent 20,000 gold buying guilds before the season, and they still failed.
Jade Quarry has the coverage to match Blackgate. In the easy matchups, their maps were queued throughout the day, but they chose not to show up when it mattered.
Perhaps next season, Jade Quarry’s gold would be better spent on buying some server pride….
JQ did not have to do anything to keep ATM because ATM was never leaving in the first place.
JQ did not buy MERC, we had approached them at one point in an attempt to get more than 30 people on between 12pm cst and 5 am cst and nothing came of it. Weeks later, things were rekindled and while some gold was given to help get them over, MERC paid for themselves to transfer.

Not even sure who you are referencing in that post. I don’t make posts about PPT. Don’t be mad I pointed out how much Maguuma whines. Also you don’t know anything about PvF. All the good forum wars were in Tier 1 months ago and if you think JQ had any good PvFers you must be new around here. BG and SoR had all the good ones and most of the epic PvFers are banned. Get on our level son.
I hope eventually they’ll also come to PvE.
