Actually altruistic healing is quite limited since it’s procc’d by healing others. So the icd is effectively the cd of your shouts.

AH triggers from applying boons to yourself/allies so pretty much anything that AH bunker guard has also heals him.

Herald traitline is the 3rd best line for PvE revenants as it has a dmg modifier in it. And the access to facets is linked to Herald traitline so it’s a no brainer to take it.

I feel like it’s already well established that ice bows are the thing that makes “meta speedrunning” happen. The fact that ice bow 4 still has not been capped to like 1 hit per target per second is the most disturbing part of GW2’s development.

No it is not a bug. There have been complaints since dawn of time that those hobosacks covered a large part of character aesthetics and were removed in the specialisation patch to give engineer players a chance to enjoy those.

Warrior’s elite specialization gets a 2 second Taunt at melee range when activating Berserk in addition to the Ranger’s Taunt on F2. Revenant also has the chains skill on Jalis.

I would like to see a title for crafting all of the Ambrite weapons before I’d want to see one for having all legendaries. Ambrite weapons require you to spend time playing specific content, hour upon hour. It’s one of the only collections I felt proud to complete because it can’t be bought.

One can easily finish the Ambrite collection with just 1 visit to a t6 dry top. I completed my collection by doing dry top reward track in pvp while grinding champion titles and only times I went to DT was for recipes.

And besides Ambrite collection already rewards with an ascended armor chest which is worth over 200g if you pick a light chestpiece whereas fractal weapons don’t even have a functioning collection

I’m pretty sure there will be a fractal weapon collection. But with the new system, it won’t be that hard to get all skins. For legendary, I don’t know. It would be nice, even if I doudt i’ll do it lol. I’m crazy, but not that crazy.

The fractal weapon collection already exists but it is bugged and doesn’t work for 99.99% of the people who have every skin.

Previous thread was locked before 100 because people just kept spamming useless stuff to fill it up. And so far this one seems to be heading in the same direction.

Trying to pigeon hole revenant into shiro and mallyx is like saying ele should only use fire or guard can’t use any reflects. The other legends have so much support that it would be dumb not to use them.

But kicking requires majority vote to remove someone so I’d imagine you’d need atleast 6 ppl to get rid of someone in a raid.

So much kitten over some petty dyes. I’ve had every single dye in the game for well over 2 years now and get new ones within weeks of them being implemented and tbh I’m just happy that some ppl get the dye they’ve been yearning for.

And trying to compare the dye prices now is pretty moot since they are always around 20-150g when they were first introduced and could easily be farmed in few days if someone really wanted them.

Afaik LFG automatically gets removed after a certain period of time if there’s only 1 person in it. Happens pretty often with my dirty elitist LFGs that might take a while to fill up.

As far as the archdiviner condi clearing goes, that isn’t a Ranger problem. Ranger’s longest cool down is 20 seconds for Flame Trap. It’s not like Engineer where Incendiary Ammo and Flamewall have horrendous cooldowns. A condi ranger will be able to have full DPS each diviner phase.

I also think the cannon phase at Mai Trin is probably long enough for every condi build to get their cool downs back

Against svanir shaman you have to remember that confusion does a good bit of damage to him when he ports up since every ice spike counts as one skill usage. And engi can still keep at least some dps on him by shooting a mortar up there.

Rangers are really strong in 1v1 situations atm thanks to condi changes and taunt on pets that ignores blocks and evades. But this being a team game it kinda falls flat as soon as more people enter tha fight as you don’t really have group support in the same way as pretty much every other class has.

But if you enjoy playing a ranger then go for it. Pretty much the only place where your class choice has real meaning is full premade ranked arenas where people know how to rotate points and can actually play as a team.

As long as the person is in before the popup appears he’ll get the daily and since he got the boss chest it’s obvious he was in. Probably had done (bought) that tier earlier or just didn’t have high enough personal level to get the daily.
