:( latency and lag is the biggest stop for me to cpmplete TM w2z2 because of the need to do the perfect jump at the trampolin near boss.
yesterday was trying to do normal daily run for w1, and the lag was so bad that i just died with no reason, walking on a branch that has no monster any where around, no traps no spike no poison water… i just died because i did a jump and land on another branch, walk a few steps, and died. i just quit after 100 deaths

Try play with a friend or two… i find it more fun with friends.
bec ause… a lot of time, i would have quit the game but wheni see my friend die on traps, i laughed, and it also gives me more strength to continue. :P and there i finished all zones in w1 with a nice friend. done w2z1, and struggle with z2 final jump to boss due to latency issues.

i have a 3 yo too love playing sab with me!!!!!!!! she loves watching me do the jump in TM.. and laughed when i fail.. and cheered when i make it thru. tht is why i love this mini game <3 <3

i will check bouncing height too thanks for mentioning. at normal condition i usually hit forward key on second squat landing approx 1 sec bfore it land..

i raged quit yesterday for the first time bcos it was too crazy to continue..my char keep dying for no reason!
teleporting for no reason .. i need to try again and play it when all EU player is asleep!!
i tried to find the right time to use forward key taking into account the time of the lag and the time my char hit the bouncing pad .. but it is almost imposible bcos i realised the lag time always varies :-( :-( :-(
i will try again today or on weekends. hopefully i get it done. the thing is , it is hard enough to get one jump lucky and i need to do two of this to get to the boss.. i will update if i make it.

u also need to press forward too otherwise ur char might roll back instead. yes u can dodge jump on jumping platform. but with lag issues it is impossible to do it at the right time. this is actually quite frustrating

yes u can dodge +forward at the right time when ur char reach the jumping platform. it gives u further distance. but I only managed to trigger it once… and wasnt ready so overshoot instead of landing on the right pillar.
I just tried the second time from beginning and again, at the Trampoline part just fail so badly and I can not continue because it is no point. 8 out of 10 times my char die on the trampoline for no reason, a lot of time it just slide down with my hands and finger not even touching the keyboard. just doesn’t seem right. and no point to continue at that point.

it will be nice if something is done for this part … I don’t know what I can do.

i need help to do the jump from trampolin to the far platform. my friend been saying he saw my toon teleporting rubberbanding. i hv a feeling tht it is doing this due to latency and connection issues being an oceanic player. i need to know if any Aussie playing on EU server completed this lvl. i would like to find out the tricks. i hv tried pressing forward when my char at squating position and also tried 1 sec before she land on trampolin. also tried to activate dodge + forward but the dodge never work as i intended. my eu buddy manage to do the dodge + forward or even just forward key and he made it to the platform with bo trouble. a lot of time my char died with no reason or fall with no reason…. any help/advise welcome.

i bought the coin as soon as i tested w2 sab.
bought it for many good reason. most important of all is, sab is one of my fav mini game in gw2. i think the team has done a great job tht worth 600gem from me. i still hv to complete TM w2-z2&3. will try my best to get it done altho some jumps are relatively challenging due to latency n lagging issues as oceanic player. :p but if i dont get to complete it, it is ok too bcos i had a lot of fun already! :p

i had to use dodge jump because of game lag most of the time, and if i am lucky i get thru! xD

do u have one of those achievement points weapon skin? this sab skin applies the same. once you made the skin in the mystic forge, you can preview that weapon skin by right click and select preview .. and by double click it, it will ask you if you want to use it for pve (normal) or for pvp. once you select normal use, another window will pop up asking you to drag a real weapon in, and by clicking okay to accept after you drag a weapon into the window, you are transforming the sab skin onto ur existing “selected” weapon. nothing changed except the look of ur existing weapon that get replaced by the sab weapon look. it is pretty cool skin esp for the shield that has green misty trail (see link)

we had same experience with the check point that is bugged. not just this issue but i am also facing serious latency issues and lags that teleport me when i am on the first trampoline. it is okay if i do not complete the game but it will be nice if i can get this done (in trib mode), we spent hours of doing this and when came to the final jumping and it was during peak time (unfortunately) and my jumping from that trampoline to the next platform was impossible. a lot of rubber banding and teleporting and dying for no reason, and when i press forward key it did not get registered and by then it is too late and my jump will never get there. I waited my char to almost land on trampoline before i hit the forward key (didnt work) i waited for my char to squat down position and then press forward key (didnt work) and i tried dodge + forward (dodge didnt get triggered even various try on tranpoline landing). Would like to know any suggestion to get this done. I will try again today

PLEASE KEEP SAB for longer, I am trying my best to get the AP done….

yes i have the same problem being in australia playing on EU server. .. esp the mushroom jump, as i get teleport from higher mushrooms to lower mushrooms a lot of time for no good reason. or falling down of mushrooms itselfs. also it is hard to do the jump pass those angry rocks.
but if i play during low peak hours when less people online, i made it in first go!

I like sab a lot! i had so much laugh in this mini game
i dont have a lot of time playing so i try to play as much as i can when i have the free time, i have done some repeats of trib in w1 for bubbles and only completed trib w2z1, might try z2 tonight

please make it longer if it isnt permenant. i ve got a fulltime job & a family .. love sab, & would like to play it a bit more but not rushing to avoid being miss out. at the end of day ppl would enjoy it more.
for 600gem to gain access to the game is worth it, really would love to see it stay for longer so tht i really can take my time not stressing out to complete it!
it is a great great game .. i love love the hard mode its hillarious. laughed my belly out and i wanna kill moto for making me die so many times

that expression is undefined. when theres two operators u will need something in between xD
try putting tht expression into excel.. u will get an error msg xD
similarly if you input 50-(1 * 2) * 4-5)+1 into excel .. it will give u error msg too xD

yes pls! when i am feeling down, i just have to go to this map and i feel better again!!! this is the most beautiful map in the game! and the background music in there is incredible..

i havent tried post patch, is there any ele that done this soloed? if so, could you share) i would like to try it solo again to get this done : )))

I’m not sure if there is a shortcut, Talindra. It is more about getting the grip of it. Sooner or later, with enough practice, you will start using the skills and power ups more naturally. Before you know it you shall get your achievement. I wish you the best of luck

yeh i had the problem :P i did a jump, one moment i saw my char reached the platform, one moment i saw my char hanging in air, next, she is dead on another location higher up. but a guy res my char up from the lowest ground, pretty wierd ya. i blame it to lantency issues. but i notice a huge difference in terms of lags (less lag) since i upgraded my computer. there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. it is frustrating sometimes, but i just snap out of that and do something else and come back. i wish i have better run for the racing mini game tho kept overshoot and undershoot and char sometimes jump up and freeze in the air a few moments then get teleport back to check point. well…. i do not mind still because the game is still fun in other aspect.

can we share the short cut please pls pls? I am still trying to get this achievement. <3

I live in Australia and play in EU server. I can confirm that lantency is a problem especially with jumping. took me a long time to get the mushroom jump in sab this recent patch isn’t as bad as the mushroom jump which I get rubber banding almost 8 times out of 10 jumps.
playing it during low peak time, and having the graphic set to lowest can sometimes help. but I know where you are coming from, I know how those feel when they have issue with lantency. and for those who has smooth run, and trying to put down those that has lantency issues, I bet they will scream and swear like hell if they are in the same shoe. I mean I live with this laggy issues for long time and sometimes get frustrated but nothing can be done really and I am still enjoying the game.

go to the mist, then click store in collectable, it will then be transfered into your pvp locker, and your other char will be able to access to that skin. the locker only store 1 piece of skin for each type so duplicate skin you can salv or transfer to other char before storing.

yeh just to let those who doesnt know, with the duplicate pvp skin you can salvage it and store the material for crafting of other better pvp skin armor or weapons. the pvp salvage kit can be purchase from the vendor in the mist.

they have indicated that this feature will be added to gw2 but not releasing the date of when this will be available. it wont be in the end of april patch!

thanks for all the encouragement. i stopped playing for a while but last night i tried again and made it in first go!
and had to do the second and third time for bubbles achivements. ;p bcos silly me missed bubbles before i kill froggy king
from experience. its not about luck in this jump.. and its not so much about skill either. its about the server and internet speed .. dailing from australia to EU server, i would recommend doing this in non-peak time and also switch off all your bandwidth chewer programs! xD and when you do the mushroom leaping, slightly shift the char towards /near the edge of the mushroom and only press forward key (not jump) when your char is in squating position (not in the air) and hold it down until your char reaches the next mushy and let go the forward key! note: let your char bounce a few times on the mushy and wait till he is sort of squating. good luck in trying for those who are still trying. Thanks for all the help from you all!

i notice if you are jumping on the edge of the mushroom, if without care, the char will move sliglty move slowly and eventually fall off….. it doesnt stay on the same spot jumping ya…

yes i did the same to move slowly to the edge and keep my camera angle the closest possible to that in dulfy video :P a few times i slide off the mushroom down. I have also made my graphic on lowest largest pixel in a hope tht it will help :p
the longest jump from the 4th mush to 5th is the hardest i think..
also, the second mushy to the first of the top seems to be hard too (?)

can do platform jump no problem but when come to motion + jump, there seems to be second or split second of lag .. can this be part of the issue making jumping more difficult here? :P i really want to get this done >.<

hi there, i have been trying to jump up via mushroom caps in order to get to the room for Moto’s Breath and etc. however i have not been successful. i am not sure why i couldnt make it. tried all sort of angle distance, and jumps.. but kept falling off.. and sometimes body went flat on mushrooms cap .. can it be server related issues that make jumping slightly more challenging esp higher difficulty jump which angle and distance wise must be perfect? bcos i live in australia but play in EU server… appreciate your input!

this is probably old discussion topic but i need advice as to how to get precursor.. i have come to almost ready to craft my legendary but i am missing out the precursor

please help if you have a good advice of how to get this as i have tried farming dragon chest and putting exotic weapons (of similar type) and rare weapon into mystic forge and no luck after wasting so many of them

Anet representatives, my case is that i am currently in EU guild – which is my primary guild and will not move. i am from australia, technically i should be playing in NA server but i have decided to stay in EU since day 1. my other guilds which i am in are NA guilds spread across diff servers. they are all buddies from gw1 which i would love to play with from time to time.
i wished you could have inform us at day one tht you are not going to make guesting possible for cross data centres. im utterly speechless and dissapointed. bcos i hv to say good bye forever to my gw1 friends from NA

it is really the most shortcoming of this guesting features where it can not make a platform for two data centres server to meet and play together.

tbh u should try to res or die.. not trying to fight the boss yourself – alone. bcos other people want to be part of the fun too not just lying there not doing anything. if you know what i mean. i am not saying i agree their action but you shoul dtry to get party member up whenever you can (means giving up the boss unless the boss is at 1hp)

thts just imo. dont get too upset about it because thts part of the game!
