tried last night and i think high ping and latency can be issue for us to avoid derangement stacking. I hope anet will do something to make this more forgiving for players with high latency / high ping. at the mean time i will try my best to overcome this, eg positioning better at the edge of platform and coupled with some chain skills during red orbs phase … :o

oh, I meant, not to make the current easier for all.
I agree to make it come in various difficulty. eg
1) easy mode to allow general group without exp to be able to enter and complete eg – allow resurrecting dead and more forgiving in terms of incoming dps.
2) medium difficulty
3) current mode
4) upstep of current mode
5) insane difficulty EVERY1 in the team must do something to show skills or group wipe.

ofc reward wise scaled up accordingly!

I hv a few hardcore raiding friends couldn’t get it either! my husband got it in the first chest, and I got it in the second chests same instance, on the second day of release of the w3.
I think they made it harder to get since release (just a feeling) because most of the crew (pug) in the team with us got them too…..

yes I tried to avoid being hit. I am suspecting the lag. because I get teleporting around minor and large scales yesterday at different time intervals. I always keep myself a bit behind (only a bit) the zerg behind xera playing druid usually in Xera. could it be not enough reflect? I still think it was the lag because I reached silver before even the split phase. Going to try again tonight. but hate to explain to the pug, they do not believe me and think that it was my first time in Xera -.- The stacks was enough for them to kick.

I never had issue with the debuff but yesterday I couldn’t get it removed. it keep stacking to a lvl I feared :o cleared xera since second day it was launched and done her 4 times first week, 4 times second week and etc. but yesterday I struggled with the debuff.. has it got to do with the lag?? i never need to make effort to remove the debuff and it usually goes down itself, but yesterday :o ppl think i was scrub! i tried to stand on the bloodstone aoe before it was destroyed, and also stand on it after it was destroyed.. (really made myself look completely silly as a goof as i had to run out to get it removed) and it.. does not makes any difference and it kept going up until i feared and die. one guy said, so much of exp team before disbanding the pug team … :o

I actually agree to an extent.
I am married with two children, 1 is 6 years old, and the other is slightly more than 1 year old. every Monday after reset, I felt like it is a job that I must do the raid or it will be hard to pug the rest of the week. so, Monday, after work, raids. depending on the pug team, eg yesterday I got w2, then w1 done under 1.5hr. then w3 fail at kc because of massive lag spikes I experience and I was core bearer (crap) and I did not enjoy it at all. I like to play the game as much as I do but I do not want to make it like a job! I wish I can play it casually like I do with dungeon, fractals and all. cleared all fractals and etc. currently at 29.5k ap done a lot of contents in gw. I said to my husband, once I get this 150 li which isn’t very far away, I will stop playing raids completely or have a break for raids and actually have a good life. so, raids designer, if, you can make raids with different level and still have nice reward, it will bring more numbers in to your plate.
those who already in raids (like me), you are lucky! because if you have started late, good luck getting into raids. :P have to put yourself into others shoes. some people doesn’t have as much luck as you or me .. many players out there.. leech with their team.. all the way. you only need a few good players to be carried / or willing to carry you.

I have been experiencing so much lag lately. my raid yesterday with pug just after reset was horrible and terrible, feel terribly bad… last few weeks raids with pugs, i get compliments and had no issue with runs, this week, i died, couldn’t do what i suppose to do, huge lag spikes, and etc, its terrible, done w2, then w1, and w3 disband at kc. Other people are pugs in the team, I do not expect them to understand and i cant expect them to understand that I am playing with high ping with massive spike now and then just add to the frustration. the lag comes from before a patch. it is predictable from my end. I can predict the scale of patch from the lag i get few days up to two weeks before it comes it feels as if the game is melting. can anything be done to this ? it seems to be affecting a minority group only not the greater general community in EU. we appreciate the fine tune of games in raids which allow people with high ping and high latency to be able to do raid still. Previously we thought there was no hope to improve for us when the raid first came out. all the fixes has made the raid easier and better for people like us with permanent high ping (talking about 400-500 average ping), we really appreciate that. I am not stressing about the permanent high average ping, because we can manage that especially after the improvements. also, notice the leyline glider works much better in raids than outside raid. my issue here is with the lag spikes each time before a patch….. /cry really miserably. every time before a patch coming it attack the game.

I am not asking for a fix for this, but I just want to point this issue out and if something can be done, it will be really appreciated.

at the moment, the meta lfg don’t ask for druid to tank, but that doesn’t mean druid cant tank.

Skyric.9246, I have a guildie, he was lucky, first timer raid, joined a Russian team, got him full run w1,w2, w3. all done in one lucky run! and no he didn’t pay for it, because he still making his first legendary weapon and aren’t rich!

i hv been pugging for many weeks now.
from exp. say this week after reset Monday, I joined LFM that asked for 100li + etc
full clear w2 then w1 and stop for break. after that full clear w3 (mostly one shot boss without issue, no updraft for gorse)
yesterday I joined a LFM 50+li group for nothing better to do, spent almost 2 hours, sloth still not cleared the team eventually disband.
so there you go.

I use Warhorn for boon share with my pet and shouts. It works great, to bad i can’t give those boons to the rest of my party, If only there was a pet that was able to share boons with the party i’d run it in a heartbeat.

mm you should at 750 range for s5. so if everyone stack u can share fury, speed, might and regen (with traits)

we are oceanic players in EU, our playtime for raids are different and difficult, but we tried very hard to make it. li should not be lowered because those existing players tried hard to get into raids, and they did it not because of luck but tried very hard for some people especially those who have playtime varied or different to the common players in the servers. not only play time, but we have massive lags that we put on and still managed to do it, also thanks to Anet constantly fine tune the game so it is friendly to high ping people… not perfect but playable. we do full clear on Monday and Tuesday with PUGS that gives us 9 li. by the time when the legendary armor comes, everyone should have reasonable li if you start and tried to get yourself into raids now. it is NEVER easy. I have been through it, and nothing is easy.
25 li, you should be laughing your way to get the armor already. if you cant get that… then forget about legendary armor. asc armor is same stat. u can request anet to put the legendary similar armor in TP so u can buy with your credit card.
I request anet to only make this armor special for those who tried very hard in RAIDS. anet can make another legendary armor skin for purely other pve content or pvp or wvwvw. but we need one that craft with only li for those who tried hard in raids.

I suggest you to join a raid guild that will train new raiding players. there are guild like that around.

tested it with two adrelin mushrooms, it removes the cd completely xD

I actually thought it will be 250 il to make into a new material for each piece of armor. when I found out 25 il each piece.. I was laughing in joy! xD

yes, I have to add my vote in by far the best wing and that I enjoyed the most with pugs.
Also has the least problem for me that plays with 400-600 perma ave ping.

by far, the wing that I enjoyed the most with pugs beautifully designed and it isn’t tedious to play as a party. it does not lock in to if 1 fail everyone fail. it is more players friendly. less raging from those who think they are above all others.
Also I have to stress out, I am playing with perma 400-600 ping being oceanic player in EU server. this wing has the least problem for me with such high ping <3

its like sim you know :P if you have the currency… the decoration is there unlocked… you place as many as you like until the currency run out

Hello there, I have been doing a lot of scribing lately. It just came to my mind that, it can be a pain for some decorations that we need to queue things up for next level to use it. say for example I want to make a garden, or whatever. it can basically take hours. what if, the system is made similar to the wardrobe system, once we unlocked the skin, we are able to use it using another way (such as we can call it guild charge) and anet welcome to sell the guild charge in TP. while guild charge also can be earn via doing other stuff eg pve, guild events, guild missions, etc. so say once I unlocked the plush sofa, I can directly place as many as I like using this “guild charge” or I can also make it via scribing. and or, if I run out of guild charge and does not want o make it via scribing, I can purchase the guild charge from TP. :p it will make the guild decorator’s life much easier <3

the only reason I find sigil energy useful for ele is to couple with traits evasive acana particularly in earth, or is it still useless? and extra dodges that sometimes do save lifes. save that 1 hp . ofc I don’t use sigil of energy now because other sigils are better.

its working fine two days ago. our only engineer has no issue in his timed CC – if we want CC immediately he does the CC immediately, if we want delay CC he delay it for us.

are we in EU by any chance and can we play every week at 10 am server time Monday and Saturday ?

me and my husband raids with 400-600 ping. if we wait till green/blue circle to pop up, its too late already. so like others said – practice practice practice, until you have a six sense that knows when things are coming next, react with reflex before it even come up… skills are ready to use when second before it pop up already. so yeh practice practice :P know sec when to CC know sec when green will pop, know when blue might pop and might pop on green, stand outer circle of green etc. it helps. and know if green going on the late triangle, ready for healer to heal thru it. its timing and team work really :P

Well, I paid for 48 runs in World 1 (About 130g, some runs were given for free). I did it more for the Ascended Weapon and the Aura than for the skins. I wanted to take a moment to credit the GW community. In 48 runs, I never got stiffed once. There were a couple of runs that did not work out, and in every case the runner refunded my gold. I met some nice people, and it was really nice to see so many nice and honest people. Thanks to all that helped me out.

gratz for getting the asc skin and infusion. you should now spend some money on Gem store to pay Anet because they made it possible for you to get that .. they need to get pay too

Hello can anyone provide give me the build for druid to go in wing 2 raid? :P haven’t been able to start wing 2 yet with my team. we intent to do it this weekends.

Personally I actually really like that there’s a distinction between longbows and shortbows because they’re very different weapons.
