I raids with pugs only. Don’t hv a guild to raids with. don’t hv issue getting raids done after monday :/

Once anet change to hv clipping.. you see ppl post and complain how ridiculous is clipping of shields back piece weapon to legging etc etc. Atm there’s no clippings floating weapons and back piece to spell caster is fine your character cast a spell weapon floats when stow away

i prefer raid without voice.. all my raids these days are without voice.

When GW2 came out I had time to play a lot. It’s been 5 years already, life kicked in. Can’t afford to do raids. Not enough time Give me other means of getting this armor…

It does takes lots of effort and time. I hope they come up with some other way of obtaining legendary armour. Doesn’t need to be same skin perhaps simpler form but still hv the option to change stat and runes.. not sure how complicated it is to do that but I guess they already hv the main model it’s just skin changing ? :P who knows.. I hv faith with anet since they are constantly making new things for us. I love this game

I never felt being lied to . In fact I was very happy tht the precursor crafting not costing much as I would expect. I’m glad as is. No complaint from me.

I like to add more to how I feel for the legendary armour particularly the medium set.
Initially i was not so keen with the medium skin but since I play a lot of medium char and light is my main so no question I made light first. After hving medium done for two pieces.. I hv realised how beautiful medium is.. the more I look at it the more I like it over the light. The medium set doesn’t feel as heavy if you think of it made with dragon scales and dragon bone parts.. it glows in between the scales feel as if like the scales are bound together by magic .. I don’t know I just think it’s cool close up and a little baby dragon curled up inside the pouch on the side..

mmmm.. the question should put back to your team .. how good are the team player manage as a team and at the end it comes down to overall performance .. well calculated and coordinated skills dps, buffs who does what to counter the mechanics. if your team is full of noobs. stick with meta. I mean by now we shouldn’t get upset with the word noobs I hope. hahahahahahaha………. I am one ok.

I done this at 400 to 600 ping. :P I haven’t complain ok! A lot of rage and keyboard smashing but I haven’t scream in forum yet.. :p

i made myself a full set of light for my main tempest and I am making medium set for my druid – so far I have chest and shoulder for my druid. I wasn’t so keen of the skin but after using it.. I like medium armor more.. the armor looks like made with dragon scale bounded by magic. there is a little dragon curled up in the pouch on the side. I hve grown to love the medium set more.. dragon spines behind the armor too.. and skull on the back.

Now use the armor on male human/norn/sylvari, or asura and charr race. You will have ugly bell nightmare.

Made sacrifices ya .. so that’s the word lol. I don’t say I made sacrifices but this is the game I play. I want something I go and do it. Done all achievements for 1 reason . Bcos I want it done. Done all wvw tournament achievements and PvP for back piece done fractal back piece too and all achievements . The only achievements I am taking my time are those no time limit wvw and PvP. I make sure I get them done if they are to put a time limit to it. Raids was new . Was hard to start. No static group even till now . And we did it. I hv about 500li too all from pug raids .

Btw.. disregard how the armour look.. I’m buying for the stat swapping and etc. My tempest had 4sets of asc armour now reduced to 1 .. it’s awesome. I don’t always play meta build so this armour is g8

As a gamer mmo mainly gw not other mmo. I play a bit of all content of the game. When raids first introduced I hv never done them before but I tried and cumulated 500li. When I was about 450.. I cut down my raids. So you know .. I am oceanic player in EU server.. playtime is awkward. Ping is average 400to 600. I don’t say I’m hardcore raiders bcos I only kill each boss once a week. I know some ppl do full clear more than once twice or triple times a week. I mean they enjoy it so why not. I have done all my raids with pugs. All my tittle eternal, slippery slub, demon demise etc done with pugs under many hours of wipes .. I even hv ppl telling me to uninstall the game when I fail to dodge Deimos cm in the first week .. thing with high ping I need time to adjust for my reflex and etc to respond before I need to due to the ping.. but some ppl don’t really understand tht so it’s ok. I know my focus is on the game not the people.
I hv also done both PvP leg wings and fractal.. if there’s leg armour coming for wvw and PvP .. you will see me there.
Guys and gals. If you really want it. Dont give up. If you give up don’t blame the game or the others. Try harder. If you can’t be bothered with it .. then by all means leave it .. I seen people non stop pestering and express how upset they are.. my goodness.
And seriously.. you can’t expect doing only escort weekly and earn legendary armour do you? It needs a bit more effort to it. And good job anet with the heart for wing 4.
But tbh. I don’t mind if anet give the leg armour free for all. Its not gonna hurt but our effort as the front line should be somehow regconised via tittle or something. Idk

i can tell you once the dev change to clipping.. there will be another post here with more people winging about it being clip.. not everyone read forum here. so.. if we want a better feedback .. perhaps an ingame vote.

pls don’t change it. i prefer to have the current back piece set back at a distance . my staff is place nicely in between.. and with light armor, we are spell caster.. backpiece is bound to our back by spell! ok? lol don’t change pls i prefer float than clip

Any back stowed items (shields, backpacks) have a huge gap on Perfected Envoy Vestments.

Yesss, pleeaase! I haven’t been paying to much attention to this thread. However, I bounced in to say the same thing. Please move the shields closer (at least when its on the back) so that there is not a great big hole/gap. However, everything else looks amazing. Love how the dyes look on the armor. Great job!

Hehe just think of it as magically stow away.. since light armour suppose to be spell caster so those are floating at the back by magic ????????

Made light set very happy with it and I am crafting the medium set now. Had to lvl my leather worker from 420to 500 to be able to craft the medium envoy. Lucky with all the free insignia from w4cm drop to help a bit…

The leather price is crazy. Do something that will really help pls. Eg crafting it from cheaper leather etc using shards etc

I posted something about the rune before but got removed.. it be nice to hv it with selectable option with the armour once the runes are unlocked.

I hv enough li for 3 sets. But only hv one sets material ready.. so am collecting provisional token and mats for next two sets

a lot of new people coming for raids .. a lot of weekly raiders do raids as a chore.. but a lot too that stop playing or don’t bother anymore :P

btw, if you joined the higher group team that do full runs for all wings. most people has dps meter.. you will be kicked, and immediately in their block list forever.. so just be careful if you sneaking yourself in to get carried when the team needed dps.

I am too play with 400-600 ping average. today.. my ping was zeroo.. lol
if theres an OCE server, I will still say in EU its my home server.
I went to NA server few weeks ago and stayed there 1 week. played with amazing 200-300 ping.. it was nice.. everything works soooo great for me (coming from 400-600ping) dodge everything perfectly works well skills works well.. when I came back to EU after lol back to good old days! yeah sometimes frustrated but its still playable. I can still raids. just sometimes… hurts a bit. I took a short video of my zero ping today lol will upload later.
btw, in the first week of wing 4 came out, when I was attempting to do cm for boss 4. a French guy told me, if you have so high ping, you shouldn’t play the game. uninstall it.
and I have only get knock back a few times with such ping. a few people with 50 ping kept getting knock back all the time more than I am. so sometimes it is annoying but.. these thing we don’t say too much. we play the game . thts it.

I seen raid community improve over the last few months. It will only get better. xD
I seen many ppl raid all the time hving clear bosses a few times a week. As for me clear all wings once a week and that’s it :p free to do anything I like the rest of week

yeh the only way to deposit quickly atm is move the button close to the confirm button and spam click. but, Anet should fix this. so ppl can deposit multiple item. its long due to get this fix :P /spank spank

Yes it’s called BGDM, as others have posted in the thread, the consent is given by you using the Meter and joining a party or squad that uses it as well.

BGDM only show YOUR DPS numbers & Those who has it installed who consent to share their numbers to the server.

I use bdgm.. only to keep an eye on my own readings.. bdgm only allow people that has bdgm installed to view and we can’t see anyone else who doesn’t install this. As for people that use “arcdps”.. they are seeing everyone else numbers even without consent…
I am ok though for people to use dps meter .. but I do think anet should look into this more.. maybe anet should include in game dps meter for player that has option to share and not. I like to hv dps meter for myself.. way of improvement but I won’t die without it. I prefer to hv it on actually.

Do wing 1 to start with for training .. escort from w3 do them weekly and trio from w2 to collect your li as they are easy usually with pugs

Pretty sure this has been raised previously.. I do prefer it to be during weekends but ofc it will affect some ppl / students that work on weekends etc. It’s hard to please one and not another. Pretty sure there’s a dev response on this matter previously.

I haven’t kite but my husband does with his rev ..
I tried with my ele lol but didn’t do much bcos rev kiter are so much more easier than ele. Btw.. the hands triggers arcane shield so you do need to time it. The pulses of hands are I think 5 hands? Rev can overlap stack it on top of each other while getting heal from damage by hands but with eles stacking hands on top of another hands can hurt a bit but possible. Guardian kite is good too. I think rev kiter has easiest life and can solo with not much assistance from healer. The only time they might need help is 5sec after shield attack.

I also mean for different mechanics not just one player get green or another person get red get out etc type of mechanics it’s already there.. it’s nothing new.. :p enrage time .. etc etc.. need some fresh new game play
Say two teams entered same instance to achieve same objecrive. Kill timer score.. relic run score .. rescue mission etc. Two teams whichever team score more win the map reward and carry on to next same map until they lost it to another team.. purely pve gameplay base.. I think it will be cool and bcos of the one instance map.. it can be broadcast server wide. Idk lol

The difficulty of raids shouldn’t be relying on enrage. It should be on challenging mechanics .. and different and new mechanics not just aoe on ground etc etc.. if the challenge of the game base on enrage timer then might as well instant kill all players when it hit zero. :P
It will be cool to hv a wing boss that allow two or three teams to go in and fight for the loot. Eg upon entering this instance team needs to beat a progression of raids boss. Similar to HA in gw1. Team that managed to scored most in the combined instance gets special loot. The battle can be say two team beat each other on getting most score in something say a run or fastest time to kill a boss etc. Some new mechanics not just our usual raid mechanics xD not talking about pvp it’s purely pve

ahhh… actually I would prefer to have the armor repair at the start of each boss so we don’t have to run allll the way back to repair and /gg to come back. :P hardly use bank /tp inside raids but yeh whichever give each of us permanent bank contract will be nice too teeheee…
