Stop sword two from hitting supply depots, houses and walls (this seems obvious why is this a thing…. sword 3 also has this problem, anet states they want sword to single out targets but from what i see sword is going for objects more than things that can be damaged)
Stop energy drain/ bugs with legend swapping and upkeep ( once evry few hours i’ll change legend and find im locked out of all my skills because an upkeep is still active somehow on the other legend a.k.a a bug)
Give sword offhand viability, its Damage base is way too low, event the condi weapon axe does more damage ?!?!?

GiveFacet of light back its original 4 second duration it has been nerfed 3 times now yet im sure no one was complaining about the duration, its problem was being able to be activated through stuns and you fixed that.
Fix underwater combat, admitedly this isnt at all a large potion of the game but somthing so simple as not being able to use 50% of your build underwater is huge…
Concidering we have arguably the worst condition removal access in the game these nerfs not only come to us through the aforementioned but through the buffs to condi necro….(yes give us some cure?! perhaps cure a condition per pulse of shield 4? or staff 5 cures a condition if you hit an enmy, or somthing? lose a condition when traversing the mists ( shiro skill, sword 4, staff 5, mace 2 etc tec somthing come on guys?)
The nerfs were fine. The ammount they nerfed it by WAS NOT FINE especcially in conjunction with the fact they didnt touch any of the 99% unused things on rev.

Sword auto nerfed way too hard, sword 2 is bugged, shield was nerfed way too hard shield 4 is bugged…. sword two doenst hit downed and hits walls over players. Shield 5 was nerfed by 37% and shield 4 heasl 200-300 less than the tooltip states.
We dont have access to stability bar being forced into a legend and have access to one stack every 5 seconds on dodge.
The recent patch was too overkill.
As someone who had mained d/d ele, DH (medi also) and Revenant power, i can now say that after the recent nerfs DH wins easily. At WVW roaming that is.

yep new maps might be good for pve’ing zergers, but as someone who mains roaming the new maps killed this game for me atm
and the chill damage from reaper needs to only do damage within say 1200 range of the reaper. or reduce the dmg it does at least

The dmg on auto will be stupid strong thief needed some way of doing quick burst dmg, something like a skill which gives attacks ignore protection boon or something similar would of been better, something you know, thief like….this new buff just makes me think of some cat quickly jumping in doing a million scratches then running off
It’s not unique to Revenants. Necromancers, Druids, Warriors are capable of the same thing.
I’d say that nerfing on-swap sigils (Geo, Hydro, Leeching) and buffing some on-crit ones (Earth, Torment, etc.) would be a good idea in general.

It was nerfed once, but now that it’s being nerfed again, shouldnt it be given back the extra second it used to have.
I don’t see how it is op, it’s the only heal we have, so everyone can predict it, it also shows when it is being used as an icon shows on the revenant, any cmpetant player could easily counter this heal before by stopping dps on the player, not only will this still be the case but now the enemies get a visual que. If this wasn’t the only option in glint i wouldnt mind, but seing as its forced upon us(no i will not use the crap that is ventakitten heal) i think it should be given back the extra second.

Well yeah because this skill had to be nerved. Because blind people like to smash buttons and this skill was quite strong against mindless smashing keyboard people. For me it was easy to avoid getting the rev any healing before now it will even funnier to kill those few glint/shiro power revs.
I mean glint wasn’t any near meta before (pvp) sure let’s nerv glint so you have to stick with mallyx/shiro. Anet nerving weak things because people still cry about them.
Same with US “Anet he killed me in a 1v1 nerv that skill is too strong” was weak in as a dmg skill in team fights before but sure nerv it so it is always weak.I can understand their reasoning yet i do not approve with how they handled it.
Their logic behind the nerf was the lack of counter play. Currently if you gank/cc a rev with the heal up he will be back to full and mitigate all the dmg even though he is CCed/stunned/incapacitated. Other classes do not have this benefit. You could even use this skill mid skill animation, which made it quite imba.
HOWEVER the skill was previously nerfed to begin with and no compensation was given. You cannot go ahead and nerf a single skill twice. I can understand a cast time on the initial heal if they reverted the first nerf and the skill went back to 4 sec duration.

Completely agree, i mainly liked tusing this mid skill, if i acidently used UA with confusion on me, apart from that the new change makes no difference tro me as i often upkeep regen anyway, but not reverting this skill now makes it an incredibaly S H H ITTTYYYY heallll. thanks anet, make me pay £60 for new stuff for you to then make the new stuff crap good job!

The sigil of Energy nerf is extreme, to say the least: Sigil of Energy currently grants 50 endurance which is 50% of the total endurance.
Vigor is a 50% buff to endurance regeneration, which happens to be at 5% per second. This means that having vigor is equal to a 2.5% extra endurance gain, since 5% * 1.5 = 7.5%, and 7.5% – 5% = 2.5%.
The new Sigil of Energy grants 7s of Vigor, which means that the new energy gain is 2.5% * 7 = 17.5%, which is 17.5 endurance.
Current sigil of Energy awards 50 endurance instantly
Post-nerf sigil of Energy awards 17.5 endurance in 7 seconds.
Please, just nerf the endurance amount from 50 to 25 and call it a day. The new Sigil of Energy is extremely underperfoming with respect to the current Sigil of Energy.

The stat combination i proposed would be a competitor to the marauder amulet since the above mention classes have medium and high hp pools and getting more hp is somewhat redundant (not on all builds but still), but they all would greatly benefit from some added armor.
Back on topic i love all the item changes. The removal of celestial and introduction of these new stat combinations will force ppl to make more of a choice when making a build.

Obvioously there would ahve to be some implementation in terms of its uptime, whether this be a timer, or it recharging out of combat or it recharges slowly when conditions are not applied?
How about giving ele diamond skin a ‘break bar’ like the HoT bosses, that instead of being reduced by stun, is reduced the more condis are applied(or the dmg that these condis apply affect it like a health pool?) this would allow them to retain the diamond skin effect while allowing a degree of counter play instead of trygint o break it with power as a condi spec, which is quite difficult if the ele had any idea about how to play.

Now that everyone has bought HOT to play the overpowered as kitten classes like Revenent we’ve decided to finally start nerfing it. The general goal of this class is to rip off as many skills and utilities from other classes as we can, we decided not to take the creative approach, but instead, to take the quick and easy approach of just mashing everything we had together into something that we had to make overpowered in order to sell this game. Since people have been getting a little upset at the power of sword 1 spam, we’re nerfing it, since the Defensive capability is actually insane, we will nerf it a little. We as Arenanet will neglect to mention the changes everyone asked for though, like nerf to UA, fixing the fact standard character models don’t apply, etc. (Oh and we’re also not going to touch on the fact that the slow/quickness nerf will destroy Rev’s downstate)
Yeah lets not buff the ventari or jalis that no one uses, and yeah lets keep hammer 2 doing 23k (i hit this….procced twice ovc) and lets not fix glint underwater either

actually ive finally figured a way of roaming wiht guardian wihtout trav runes that doesn involve swapping anything, pack runes + spring roll food + agility sigil, i can stack 7 minutes swiftness

F1 is fine in my opinion.
F2’heal should heal maybe 500 less or so base, and scale better. (or remove the self regeneration factor)
F3 needs a shorter shield duration.
Reduce cast time on longbow 5 yeah it sucks at the moment.

I had a whole large post typed up and it disappeared because of stupid phone stuff, so here’s a summary.
It’s important to make the distinction between Mesmer having 25% movement and Chronomancer having +25%.
Just because not having it isn’t a big deal doesn’t mean having it isn’t a big deal either.
Attaching the movement speed to UC or Piercing Light is definitely not the answer. I think looking towards Mesmer’s Signet of Inspiration as… inspiration is the best bet.
25% on signet will also be useless.
Use marauder and stick to 60% crit chance max. 11k hp is not viable
