I loved it here as well,but the only thing was the fact that Belinda died a bit to early to me. I also wish we could go back and see the cinematic wherever we want to.

It would be kinda cool if this ends up happening,and especially if Rox and the rest start catching on to it.

That was an awesome cut scene. But now I wonder if our character is going to start being affected by the dragon.

I agree with the Op,this was a nice start to Season 2. And I can’t wait to see how this season unfolds.
The only thing that is annoying me so far is the story tab with the fact you can’t select a specific mission to play.

Huh,I honestly didn’t even notice that. But that’s a pretty neat find and it would be really cool if Menzies/Abaddon ends up being tied into this season.

I still welcome the fact that the Living story is going to be effecting the game in a major way. Really shows that the story will have big consequences.

I actually like the design of these weps a lot. It’s just that they don’t match the colors that I have on my characters. Otherwise I would be tempted to try for a few(even if I don’t support the rng box acuisition)

On an off note this has a similar look to stuff in the American McGee Alice series.
Which is kind of cool.

Here is my ranger Sylvari that I main. I also recently got this new set for her and I am really liking it.

I personally like the buttskirt here, and would be very disappointed if they changed it.

It gives you some loot if you get a few chains down, even if you end up failing it. That’s probably what it was from.

I would love it if he returned in Gw2, and well some Mursaat in general. Lazarus’s revenge would be quite the neat living story.

That chest looks a lot like the destroyer stuff, and the weps ingame have that same kind of look to them. I’m guessing that were going to be seeing more of the big fire dragon in the future.

Also, I would love it if Cantha came back and we got to see how the Jade sea and Echovald forest look now. Especially since Factions was my most favorite expansion out of the Gw1 series. There is just so much potential there to just be forgotten about.

I am just very glad right now that she was not allowed anywhere near Gw1 lore and Abbadon.

I have read a lot of the same posts scattered all over the forum.

Now, what this means to me is that there is definitely an issue that needs to be coherently discussed with some developer input, and that maybe at some point something needs to be done one way or the other in-game.

But is it so hard to search the threads before posting a new one that doesn’t really add anything to the arguments already presented?

Not sure if this is from the patch or not but..the female medium T1 isn’t glowing at all now. The chest used to have glow on the arms and now its all plain green(well green for me).

Thought about the point b also, the alliance could easily have some random mesmer do it. Only excluded Scarlet because Kasmeer said it was a mesmer.

This is the first thing that came to mind after seeing the female version. I could totally see my warrior doing this. Also I like the look of it, I only wish that it was separate set altogether and the female Phalanx actually looked like the male version.

Just completed the new solo story instanced and in the cutscene Kasmeer states that the invisible shield was put up by another mesmer. That got me wondering a little bit…

Do you guys think that said Mesmer could be Faolain? She hasnt been around at all since she fled from Twilight Arbour, so maybe she has a hand in this issue with the tower.
(Correct me if Im wrong here guys, and I may have missed the devs saying that it is Scarlet or something. This is just a random thought I had after doing the instance.)

Want/wish would happen:
-New lore
-no Scarlet involvement
-cool/fun dungeon
-leviathans
-no grindy content
-solo story instances
-storyline going back to being about Elder dragons

What will probably happen:

Wanna know what would have been, IMO, a much better way to introduce her as a main villain? Instead of kicking off the LS with Flame and frost, we could have helped Trahearne cleanse Orr in the following months of F&F. In those months we could have been introduced to Mary Sue/Scarlet (who was sane then) who wasn’t really sure what her purpose was and simply went along to see if she could find what she wanted. You become allies as you cleanse Orr w/ Trahearne as the months go by, you learn more about her and her complexion about not wanting to really have someone decide her destiny (her Pale Tree complex). However, during the cleansing, she slowly over time gets corrupted (without you knowing-the story gives slight hints at these things from her dialogue). Then, perhaps, she saves you from a hoard of undead in a final push to cleanse Orr-making you think she dies or alternitavely you cleanse Orr in one final battle and she leaves.

THEN the LS kicks off with MA and all the stuff we have had so far. Imagine what our reactions would be when we discover Mary Sue, who we befriended in the cleansing of Orr, suddenly turns up all crazy and behind all the recent events? How the reason why she went nuts is perhaps Mordremoth or some of Orr’s corruption rubbed off on her, causing her complex about the Pale tree to go to a whole new extreme? IDK about you guys, but that would be a complete twist on my emotions and I would probably care a lot more than I do now.

I would have loved it it if thats what happened, instead we get a crazy Sylvari that pops out of nowhere and somehow gets former xenophobic races to work together.

I am really liking all the hairstyle designs’s in this thread. Some flower themed style’s for the sylvari would look really nice. Also, those design’s you posted Muke look very nice on the sylvari. I especially like the braided wood idea on the willow one. Which make’s me hope that Anet’s planning on adding more style’s to choose from soon. There’s just so many creative style’s that can be done with the sylvari.
Personally, I would love for their to be more long or shoulder length hairstyle’s. Such as the pics I have in my post.We don’t really have that much of long one’s currently, and the one we have is just a ponytail. Although I do like that ponytail style from before the sylvari were redone.

Funny the moment I saw the results of the election I did this. Aka that was when it was announced with the rewards.

Honestly I was doing it to lol, was expecting people to be over reacting.

Mine was just more of the fact I knew who was going to win before it started which just disappointed me greatly. There never was a chance for the other candidate from the get go. Disappointment in this event is all I ever had.

That reason also, personally I wanted Evon to win but it was very obvious he wasn’t going to have that much of a chance. Didn’t help how they introduced him in the beginning either.

Really don’t like that starting armour, personally I think it makes your char look a bit well…stripperish. One of the reason’s I made my Ele a Charr.(Besides there awesomeness)
Really wish that they gave you a choice of like 3 different skins or something. Like a skimpy outfit, in between, and fully clothed.

Really hoping that they continue with the character birthdays.
