relative to a Mesmer’s health pool i say this is not bad
base heal is around 1.8-2k
stance is instant
traited stance is 3.75 seconds
the skill convert all damage (condition and direct) into health
does not negate agony/falling
using endure pain and this skill at same time is bad idea
i dig this skill i dunno about the rest of ye, its warrior’s first skill that deals with both condition and damage at the same time, i can see all sorts of use for this
also, the zerkier you are the better, a very nice skill for high end dungeons such as Arah/Coe where you take damages that would instant kill you but you would be healed full for it
also watch hotw1 butcher and AC Koher spin you to full health
another counter play could be that protection would kitten this skill
using frenzy would make your heal more powerful and vuln stacks might actually help you out
if u can keep your hp above 90% 25% of the time for scholar its better than ruby orbs
lightening/fire have a 5second cool down and dost hit very much
but yeah blood-lust on gs is not a good choice unless you plan to have more than 1 gs

warriors can carry banners of tactics for heal and swiftness, and it also give weapon skills which include a rush skill, given warriors have multiple banner skills, he can easily give multiple party members banners to rush/swift through the room

yep but a axe off hand is to be comparing with mace which offer a 2 second knockdown,sword which give block and a a high damage 4 skill, and a shield which give u 3seconds of awesome+1stun. generally not many people use twin axe anywhere outside of spvp and maybe pve, i use twin axe in pve cause my twin Reaver of the mists is so good
axe off hand 5 deals 50% less damage outside of pvp, as well as it being a obvious animation and not very dpsy compares to hammer it offer no cc and compare to longbow the aoe
in a zerg fight it means u charge in spinning and get killed instead of u charge in earth shaker (group stun) and get out before u get killed
i missed sonic boon gs, the new warrior did force me to dodge better
endure pain and frenzy needs to be merged and last 10000% longer

would a different trait line work better for hammers? say leave 15 in disp and shove it into arms(0 25 30 0 15), ye get 10% damage aginst bleeding foes and since arms give us more crit and 33% bleed chance we might not loose as much as we really thought

to be honest i find earth shaker Nerf was fair but nerfing staggering blow is a bit lame
i got myself ascended Entropy which cost a lot for me, now hammer takes a massive nerf bat and i regret every making it can i have it removed and have a ~65g return?
i hate new axe auto period, the final hit spike i lame and awkward and most noticeable in pvp when u miss it when for dodge/etc, almost always for force me to use frenzy jsut to land a 6 hit stupid kitten attack just for the 6th hit, if they had problem with axe 6thhit being lame sauce slow to provide good dps if not being canceled they should have just speed up the animation of it or balance the animation time between the attacks.
to be honest hot landing the 6th hit right now rip so much dps out of you and with this hammer nerf, things aint looking good for my hammer/axe build
what can u do, people refuse to take stability and learn to fight warriors, they want us to be lol stomped like we once were, stun break and unsuspecting foe dost work, pop stability and we cant stun them, just move around and hammer wars can barely hit them when our cc skill is on cool down.
well look on the positive side. people will stop complaining, and pve wars remain largely untouched, cept with the guard buff we would loose in the face of dps guardians if we aint loosing already. 42k hundred-blade vs 44k whirling-wrath, 33k axe chain in3.6 sec vs 25k guard sword chain in 2.5 sec.

i was thinking of making it hit a bit harder while u loose 1 condition/second as u spin, think about it, u spin and all the bad stuff come off of u, makes sense no?
anyways as weak as this skill is, it does allow warrior to quickly build adrenline and can evade while using it making the block not very useful.
some warriors have stated giving it reflect/destroy projectiles but imo would be same as ranger/s version but with the ability to dodge/move which wouldn’t be balances
honestly just make it hit harder, they already did that to pvp, they jsut gotta get it over to pve
bump i love great-axes and i would voe to use one, there is also scythes which was present in gw1, great-axes could serve as different model /skin for the scythe weapon if Elona is ever to come out

the fire/light flashing from this event hurts my eyes please cut that effect down or give us some ways to disable it, or give us actual fire cause the flashing is pertty bad

it all started when my friend talked to me about his warrior build which consist of soldier gear and stuffs with knight weapons and cleric twinklets. so i read through the forum on warriors which makes me feel like that after a year of playing warrior i might not be doing it right.
it seems to me that p/v/t or cleric gear for warrior is popular/common stuff that people use on a warrior these days
i find my self using suit of knight/Zerk most of the time with Zerk twinks and accessories and not any where near p/v/t or cleric, i can see them being useful in wvw but knight feels just fine for me =/. occationaly i go rabid with undead runes for poping up aoe in wvw while being slightly tanky and proc bleed with the precision

same thing was happening o me with the ascended weapons patch, all the mobs all sudden fees like they have higher armor. after getting my ascended weapons the damage feels like it was back to when i was using exotics pre patch which feels very weird, and yeah I’m getting the same weird feel with survivability, i randomly get annihilated by 2 risens even to the only thing i lost was empowered allies, whish isnt toooo much since empowered cover it sligtly
yeah i think i’ just imagining things bu it still dosent take out the possibility that anet is actully trying to stealth nerf us.

you dont really HAVE to 100% zerk but you can at least have Zerk accessories
and warrior with 3k armor means mobs liek to hit you more than having a fair spread of arrgo, thus decreasing your survivability dramatically.
how do you kill stuff with less than 3k attack anyways
i ran knight suit armor with and carry with myself a full suit of zerk, accessories are Zerk
i survive plenty fine in any dungeons with my zerk suit, honestly its more a matter of whether u dodge the redcircle/telegraphed attack or get hit by it and get 1 shotted

~2% crit per unused sig is pretty good for a adept trait, sig warriors they r not weak(they can hit like a truck), pertty good build if said warrior is lone wolf and have no friends to do stuff with and runs around in open world areas, only reason people dont run them is cause they dont make your dungeon group stronger, however when there is 4-5 warrior in group for a dungeon runs, getting 40k hundred blades with a sig warrior is no surprise
Mobile Strikes is good for running away from anything, its meant for getting the hell out of there and fight another day/minute in pvp/wvw
every trait have their use in some situations
please give us more fish head mines that re-spawn on explosion

+1 yet another, this is a fun event, I use to do this even if it lacked loot, it just unfair how a way more challenging event compared to many others fall behind in terms of loot
Maguuma has yet to pass 75% closest was 3rd try and things is getting down hill from there, less and less people is willing to do this event now
that be cool as well salvaging rings for ascend mats since they are of equivalent tier anyways , this way it could make fractal more worthy of doing
well anything would be fine like you said trade for X umber of fractal relics can be used for obsidian shards or skills which is simply same as trading 1 pristine relic for X shards or X skill points
anything is better than us trading these for rings than npc them for 4 silver
i worked really hard to get my 30 points and one of my main drive is Fell-blade. My main on gw2 uses the said weapon and i was critically disappointed with the weapon design,
but i found it worthwhile as it was a unique weapon appearance, but now the new 1 hand sword simply took it over the roof, this is a insult to my efforts i spent on gw1, making a once beautiful and imposing weapon into a piece of junk compared to something new is like my HoM points r being spit on
given that the token is only used for getting ascend Rings, and thus after getting said rings the token starts to accumulate with nothing to spend on, I’m wondering if the Devs can put more use to these things than just make them a useless inventory decoration.
for example we can have them function as laurels or tokens for obsidian shards
also with the ascend weapon patch we can use these things as tokens for the ascend items.
say 1 pristine tokens for 3-5 obsidian shards not out gracious i believe as at most. one can only obtain a maximum say 4 relic X 3 shard= 12 shards/day
say 40 tokens for a ascend weapon, for players who run 1 complete fractals/day will require 40 days to get a weapon and if he/she want the item faster then he/she must run 10,20,30,40 to get 4 a day which will be around more 10 days which is still slower than crafting.
based on my experience running 4 fractal per day is time consuming and mind breaking and annoying but this does open another way to get ascend items with out having players gather and craft stuff (as some players prefer to fight stuff then cut down trees)
also this will make fractals more popular to players, since as of now other dungeons will offer better rewards compare to fractals due to the tokens being able to be used for getting gear.
also players like me who have ran to fractals up to the 40s have banks full of ascend rings, thous things r annoyingly inventory space takers it could be nice if we can salvage them for something like ascend mats, at least its better than us selling them to npc for 4 silver
