Would you believe there are people in this game for which dungeons are still challenging?
And those people need to go back to Candy Crush or the Sims or minesweeper or solitaire where they belong. All they do is contribute to the dumbing down of a game with a lot of potential.
sorry man, but candy crush, solitaire, and minesweeper are substantially more difficult than this game. minesweeper is a logic puzzle, solitare involves greater memory prediction organization skills, and candy crush has like 100 levels of difficulty that statistically small % of millions of players ever reach.
Your hardcore MMO game is the one for simpletons, not the facebook/microsoft accessory pack games.
All we got really going for us difficulty wise is more buttons, and less clarity on what is happening in game.
Yeah I should not have included Candy Crush here. I stand by minesweeper and solitaire.
Would you believe there are people in this game for which dungeons are still challenging?
And those people need to go back to Candy Crush or the Sims or minesweeper or solitaire where they belong. All they do is contribute to the dumbing down of a game with a lot of potential.
Too bad instead on expanding on these kinds of bosses they continue to add “spam 1” monsters.
So, what “spam 1” bosses have been added to the game this year?
Oh, c’mon now. How about 95% of the bosses in Dry Top? Except for Tootsie and the jumping frog, all the champs are pretty much done by spamming 1.
Lol @ more people whining about achievement points and the massive amount of time they have wasted on one of the most pointless aspects of the game.
Play for another 5 years and you will get your ugly chestpiece. Many achievements are supposed to be long term goals and are not meant to be ground out as fast as possible.
TBH, although I won’t say some free gold isn’t nice, because it is, but there really don’t need to be any rewards besides titles for achievements.
I thought it was only for collections which are for achievements which are all account bound. That would be the reason.
The key is an exotic accessory. That would be useful to any character that didn’t have ascended accessories yet.
I don’t have the key yet, but wouldn’t it be buyable (after unlocking) on the Collectibles vendor in LA? Unlocked ascended dungeon accessories are.
Collectibles Vendor? Who is this guy and where is he at?
He’s near the Lion Statue POI and the Asuran gates, sorry no POI or WPs to name since I am at work.
Champs at Jormag don’t drop bags. No one is farming champs there.
But there are leechers. That’s for sure.
Gonna repeat this since people fail to read a whole thread.
Champion Icebrood Elemental —-(Phase 1 drops no loot) Drops loot for pre-event on last crystal.
Champion Icebrood Goliath —-(Phase 2 does not normally drop loot)
Champion Icebrood Quaggan —-(Phase 2-Drops champ chest)
Champion Icebrood Kodan —-(Phase 2-Drops champ chest)
Champion Icebrood Troll —-(Phase 2-Drops Champ Chest)
Champion Icebrood Wolf —-(Phase 2-Ocasionally Drops Champ chest)If people let them go, everyone doing other aspects of the event would die fast.
For all you people who clearly don’t know what they are talking about, this guy is correct and these mobs do drop champ bags. I know because I hang in the back and farm them. To be fair, as a squishy zerker thief, it’s pointless for me to be any closer as his debuffs wipe out my entire health bar and I drop every time.
So why don’t you adapt to this situation and change your gear? Also usually you shouldn’t even get the debuff. Your positioning in the fight seems to be wrong.
I refuse to be a PVT hero carebear, especially since I do Jormag or Teq maybe a few times a year at max. There are way more rewarding activities in terms of both gold and enjoyment that I am generally doing instead. I would actually do tequatl more, but I refuse to go and stand around on a map for 30 minutes to an hour when I should be able to arrive 2 minutes before he shows up.
You may be right about my positioning, but then again, I’d rather stand in the back, farm these champs, and leech if I’m actually doing the event.
While I won’t argue against better rewards for dungeons, your argument is pretty dumb.
“Certainly with an organized, skilled group, they are almost as rewarding as a boss/ champ train.”
Hmm, I make at least 20g in 2 hours of dungeons a night, not including tokens and drops. Way more rewarding than a champ train or doing world bosses. Plus it’s actually fun as compared to zerging and pressing 1.
“Also, why should anyone gear anything but a warrior (easiest class to play)?”
Because other classes are enjoyable? Because if there is another warrior in the group, it’s good to be able to switch to another class since you only ever should want one warrior in your group?
More t6 mats would be fine, but with all the gold I make, it’s not that big of a deal to buy the ones I need.
Karma, that I completely agree with. Have to go and run lower level fractals or do the karma train in EOTM for that right now, a dungeon path should reward a decent amount of karma.
Also I would add dragonite would be nice, but I can kind of understand why Anet has made it so you have to do multiple activities in GW2 to get all of the ascended mats you might need.
Address karma pools and make karma into a viable currency again
Karma is a viable currency already, you obviously just don’t have anything you want to spend it on. Considering I’ve made 15+ ascended weapons, 3 full sets of ascended armor, and working on 6th and 7th legendaries, I’m always running completely out of karma and obi shards.
The two people who actually want to complete the event could just as easily move to another server instance rather than troll the farmers.
So how do you do that? There’s no drop down as in GW that allows one to choose another shard. If you’re going to present a workaround, present the whole workaround.
Go to character select screen. Select a different server and guest to it. Now log back in. Make sure not to be in a party with anyone who is still on that shard.
We regularly do this to find dungeons that are unlocked so we don’t have to do pre-events.
I admit to being dense on occasion, but I’m having difficulty finding this toxicity you’re talking about. A few complaints, sure, but I was expecting wall-to-wall battles between the two sides and what I’m mainly reading about is things like conversations about USB mice and the usual trash-talking between players. So ???
But the OP just gave you a load of screenshots. Try looking at the screenshots? There’s lots of toxicity there.
I also experienced some horrible messages for wanting to complete the Coiled Watch event. Threats, abuse etc.
One guy told me I should have been shot at birth. For what… for completing an event? What the hell, Guild Wars 2?! We’re better than this… come on.
Lol this is all so minor it’s ridiculous. Grow a backbone or get off the internet.

All I see is a bunch of QQ’ing.
“I don’t want to run around EB or a BL and grab POIs and vistas”
“I don’t do dungeons, so I can’t earn tokens”
If you poor lazy folks can’t manage to complete some really simple content in order to work towards a greater goal, then you don’t deserve to ever craft a legendary.
Also, someone mentioned a pvp requirement being added, I think that’s a great idea! Making a legendary should require participation in all areas of the game.
I’ll add in that they should also require people to hit a high fractal level – I think 50 would be great. You would sure see a lot less people wielding legendaries that’s for sure.
Uuuuhhhh… I said I was glad there was NO actual PvP requirement LOL.
I think the legendary has to be at a “place” where it’s still attainable for people. Many people (i.e. most) will never have even the time to do fractals, much less to level 50. As far as I know, they take a lot of time to complete, plus you then need ascended and agony and all that stuff, which is truly just out of reach for most of the player base. If ANet puts the main goal of the game out of reach of, say, 80% of its players, then they will lose players. A lot of them. Legendaries should be tough, not impossible.
I wasn’t necessarily responding to you there, someone else mentioned and I was just agreeing with them.
Anyone who has time to run around and do world bosses or stand around in LA has time to do a fractal. It’s about setting priorities. You don’t need ascended armor, rings and trinkets and neck are enough, just load them up with AR infusions.
Maybe 50 is a tad too high, how about lvl 30. Set a goal and work towards it and it’s easily achievable.
Personally I think making a legendary should require at least somewhere in the range of the equivalent of 200-300 hours of gameplay, dedicated to working towards requirements for that legendary, and not just the byproduct (mats/gold) that you earn from playing your preferred content.
I also think they should be gated behind moderately difficult solo content. Can’t complete it? Then you aren’t legendary material and don’t deserve one. Spend your free time practicing and perfecting your game and you will get there eventually.
All I see is a bunch of QQ’ing.

ANet would be thrilled if you bought multiple accounts. They would not care in the least whether you use this method to skip time gating. As a matter of fact, they already allow to you to bypass time gating – buy what you need on the TP.
You do realize you’d have to farm a bunch of geodes for each of these accounts so you could buy the recipes, right? Geodes are account bound, recipes are account bound. If you somehow think that’s worth it, then go for it.
I’d sincerely like to know where this rumor originated. No endgame? Is a new story campaign, giant map (and completion), crafting, a new set of dungeons, obtaining legendary weapons, and 3 new areas of the map opening up just not enough for you?
Really, where did this originate?
The story is about exciting as watching paint dry. Sorry, the dialogue is weak and contrived. I’ll go and watch some TV if I want to watch a bunch of characters jabber on.
New map is nice, but once you’ve unlocked it all, it’s nothing but a bunch of zerg events where you basically spam your 1 key.
What exactly is there new to craft? Mawdrey? Did that. Had all of my crafting maxed to 4oo or 500 for months. New weapons? Besides the fact they are ugly, even though I have 3 unidentified fossils, it requires farming boring zerg events in dry top.
What new set of dungeons are you talking about? BEcause there are none.
I have 6 legendaries, working on my 7th and 8th, already have the pre for the 7th.
None of this is true “end game”.
The problem is that you use hotjoin where it’s basically chaotic team deathmatch. Either join soloq, or queue up by yourself for tpvp.
Which is exactly the position I am in, “Gate of Madness” doesn’t even get a look in most of the time other than it’s own self named map which it mostly owns, now I suppose I could server switch for 1800 gems, and I seriously considered this until I realized that if I in time got all 8 of my toons to map completion I would have to spend 43200 gem server switching I packed that idea in quickly.
Your realize that server transfers are account wide right? It’s not per character. You can’t have one toon on GoM and another on JQ, it doesn’t work that way.
Seriously, just buy the kitten watchwork pick and quit whining already. It’s like $12, the equivalent of 2 beers at a bar and definitely less than the cost of 1 ticket to go and see a movie.
That’s a really costly beer you have there.
(and trying to get an item progression into a gemstore was a really, really bad idea. the fact that we got absolutely no response from devs on that makes it even worse)
Eh, maybe, pretty standard price for a beer if you aren’t drinking bud or miller or some other schwill. I’m talking pints of a decent import.
But then again, I live in an expensive locale – for perspective, my 1/2 of the rent for my apartment is $1100 a month, and it’s kind of run down and not fancy at all.
As far as a dev response, they made it clear a long time ago when this first came up that they don’t care what people think in regards to this.
you know what would have been an even neater back piece? A cape with our guild emblem. It might even be bought in droves by players.
You know… Just this really weird, heretical thought on this…
But…
If they could make capes that worked for everyone… Don’t you think they would have done it by now?Pretty sure if they can make big bulky back items that worked for everyone that they could have already come up with a cape design that would as well.
You obviously don’t understand anything about in-game physics.
All snarking aside, I don’t think the hardware could handle it, nor do I think Nintendo would go for it.
Besides, there’s another system which is begging for attention – Mac OSX. Yes, Virginia, there are Mac gamers.
You aren’t a real gamer if you use a Mac :P
Sorry, you just aren’t.
And the gaming industry is always going to treat you like an unwanted child. They might throw you a bone and make a Mac version, but it’s going to suck and be rather limited compared to the PC version.
Seriously, just buy the kitten watchwork pick and quit whining already. It’s like $12, the equivalent of 2 beers at a bar and definitely less than the cost of 1 ticket to go and see a movie.
But you can’t really ignore the fact that LS2 is repeatable for all characters, including ones made after LS 2 started.
Yes you can. The content is barely worth doing once, and having to repeat it for achievements was tedious. It’s certainly not worth repeating on other toons.
Oh boy, lets run around and talk to a bunch of people at a dinner party in DR!! Such repeatable content so much wow.
play without minions
how about you play without skills..because that’s what you are telling me to do..i’m a Minion Master..hence the word “Minion”..and i’m not the only one..
I guess QQing about something makes one feel better, than resolving the issue one’s self.
You are given a wide variety of these “Skills”. The set you want to use does not work, how about you try something else?
Beating one’s head into a concrete wall will likely not remove said concrete wall. Proverb
I was a MM in Guildwars 1 and i’m a MM in Guildwars 2….and if there is a guildwars 3 and they have minions..guess what..i will be a MM there..If you don’t like MM’s and having nothing helpful to say stay out my post you Troll. because the question here was " When will they fix the glitch causing Minions to despawn?"..not hey trolls tell me to use another build.
You should really try to branch out, all you are doing is gimping yourself, as evidenced by the fact you can’t play without minions.
I don’t even use Zerkers..all they are is glass cannons..i use bunker/healing. so Zerker gear is useless to me..always remember (ogre slayer : Big and tough are only impressive if you’re alive to show it off.)
Sounds like a L2P issue to me.
I like how rifles look, way cooler then the bow. Skills are more fun to use to me. So I have to be clear with my messages so I don’t end up with people who dislike my view on whats fun.
Do you also find it more fun to hammer nails with a screw driver?
But as long as you are posting your own groups announcing that you use skills and weapons cause they look cool and not for their intended effect, then more power to you.
(edited by calyx.9086)
90 to 120 minutes.
Depending on class, weapons, and how good you are.
No you can still do it in 30 minutes or so, you have to craft yourself to level 10 though.
I really hate when people call their character a “toon”. Also when they call their profession a “class”.
Please use the correct terminology when you play the game.
Calling the professions classes I can understand because that’s the normal terminology in most games.
I usually remember that one but I have caught myself calling the personal story quests ‘missions’ because that’s what they were called in GW1. I always correct it when I notice though because I think it avoids confusion and ensures people learn the correct terms.
Exactly. I still don’t understand wtf GW or Anet was thinking here. A class, or character class, are the attributes and capabilities that make up a character.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Character_class
A profession is a crafting or gathering ability you use to make money.
Anytime I see anyone use the terminology that is specific to GW and argue that people are wrong for using this terminology that we’ve been using since before GW even came to exist, I just assume they are a noob and have never played any other MMOs.
Metrics are only good when the right things are measured and the right conclusions drawn. Otherwise they just paint the wrong picture.
Word on the street is that Anet management are overly obsessed with their graphite dashboards and the continued misreading of same is why the game continues its march into mediocrity.
If you can do any better, give it a try. Make a game and see how many people you can get to play it. See if you can put enough financing into it to make it financially viable for one year, let-alone the two that GW2 has already existed for. Go ahead. Try it. I’ll wait.
This is the worst argument I ever see to threads like this. You don’t have to be able to poor hundreds of thousands of dollars into a game and/or be able to design one to see how bad or good a game is. All you have to do is play it. Stop acting like people have to be able to create a better game in order to critique the one they are playing.
How good or bad a game is, that’s your opinion as a player. But you bet your sweet kitten there are objective measures of a game’s success as a business that most of us have not the foggiest clue about. Your denial of that fact makes it no less true. So my challenge stands. If you think you and your buddies can design a better game and make a go of it financially, go right ahead.
As cranked already said, your previous argument is stupid, and so is this rebuttal as well. A game does not have to be good to be a successful business and generate a lot of cash.
I highly doubt they removed the animations due to confusion. I’d be more apt to believe they did it due to all the kittening about the idle animations during story scenes and breaking immersion.
Screw immersion. It’s a video game, no one is a hero, and pretending to be isn’t going to change that.
I mean, I’m fine with it when it doesn’t impact other parts of the game, but when they remove little bit and pieces that add to the general aesthetics of the game so that someone can pretend to be part of some badly written fairy tale….
Yeah if this is true, that’s just messed up. I already own 3, and I bought 3 more when they were on sale specifically to use on alts from when I first created them. There was no level requirement listed when I bought them.
10/10 would read again
QFT
When you say veterans, you mean dinosaurs scared of change. Being in the process of leveling my 11th character, with having finished 10 personal stories and living stories I would say I might fall into your categorization of “veteran” yet I do not agree with a single thing you said.
Please do not try to speak for others. Adapt or move on. How simple life is, innit?
If your= really played through 10 personal stories and the boring kitten living story 10x as well, then your opinion doesn’t matter cause you are one strange cookie and pretty much don’t qualify as a normal human being. I think I would rather watch paint dry….
I wouldn’t even know about the existence of the ascalonian catacombs and other dungeons were it not for my guild talking about them in teamspeak.
Um you get an in-game mail that tells you a new dungeon has been opened to you when you reach certain levels. Level 30 being the first time, for AC. It even shows you on the map where the dungeons are.
Lol! Want to talk about Heavy Armor class with mobility? As illogical as it seems… I’ll counter you with female characters that wear what seems to be completely nothing being able to tank more than male characters that look like they can hold back a moving train. This is a game. Logic isn’t here, sadly.
When it affects base stats, they should carry the logic through. A heavy armor class has higher base stats, therefore there should be a con to counteract that.
Male or female does not affect base stats, neither does how much flesh the armor shows, so that doesn’t bother me.
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. My zerker guardian, a heavy class, has the exact same vitality as my medium armor thief. It’s not armor that affects vitality and toughness, it’s the stats you choose on that weight class.
Don’t have the pointy hat. (Or sword and shield). Breanna Banana is a “traditional” bow Ranger for the most part.
Your problem here is that traditionally, rangers don’t really use bows. Nice try though!
Your outfit does look nice though.
(edited by calyx.9086)
You should probably post in the dungeons subforum, your post is going to be ignored and disappear rather quickly here.
This leads me to the conclusion that (many) people asking for challenging and rewarding content actually expect said content to have better rewards for other parts of the game, which indirectly forces people into that very content again.
You are already forced into certain content to get more expensive skins and items – you run dungeons, or you speculate on the TP, otherwise you are going to be poor and people like me will always be able to afford to pay a higher price for a precursor or what have you.
Wait until you try it. You may even find it more efficient.
I don’t need to try it to know it. Windows 8 for me (taskbar, start button) is less efficient then windows 7 in every way. Could I get past this issue? sure. But every single time i use taskbar, i need more time (more clicks or more mouse movement) to do the same. That is not efficient. At my work i gotta sometimes copy paste 100’s of files manually. You think i’m gonna right click every one, right click paste? Trust me even for you that would be a pain. No, I used ctrl + C, and ctrl V much easier. In the same way tp atm allows me to very fast move from all the tabs cause it’s only 0,5 cm mouse movement needed. I dont even need to think hard about it ‘1 sell listings, 2 buy listings’ etc’. It’s not gonna make me quit the game or hate anet for it. But i had to voice my opinion that in the end, for me as veteran player, this patch took 100’s of hours to work on, and didnt make it any better (if anything they made it worse, for me specifically). I suspect tons of ppl will like this update. I gotta admit i like the profession filtering too. But overall this udpate is bad, and i feel like i had to voice that to Anet. Not to cry, or stop it even (i know it is done as it is now), but to make them think twice about future UI change.
Don’t fix what ain’t broke. You just did that. Only good feature i see is armor filtering, wich could have been building into current tp. Nothing else is of interest to me.
If you are really complaining about having to move your mouse pointer further, then adjust the kitten sensitivity on your mouse. One little twitch of your hand and your mouse pointer should be able to move anywhere on several different screens.
Never did the blix farm but was wondering why was it nerfed? was it blocking progess for peoples story line? or because the event failing was more rewarding to farmers then succeeding and they was giving grief to players for completing the event?
If it was the second then surely they need to take a look at respawn timers for failing on all events and adjust them otherwise the problem is just going to continue to move from event to event until they are all adjusted
It was changed because it divided the community in an unhealthy way. Events were meant to be finished. Not my opinion, but what the devs are saying.
Making more from an event that was never meant to be failed to profit is considered an exploit.
Sorry, but players have a CHOICE. Do A and get X, or do B and get Y.
Making a choice in a game that is marketed to give players the feeling that the world “Cares that they’re there!” is an exploit now? Lol, so players making a choice and getting rewarded by the designed consequences is not allowed…
If failing an event is not allowed, then it shouldn’t be an option in the game at all. Then we can have a nicely linear WoW game without a “living breathing world” that doesn’t care about player input at all.
This is by design, and if its not intended, then Anet should change their design to reward ‘proper’ behavior a lot more. Right now, the rewards from completing an event are pretty much non-existent, while the actual loot comes from champion mobs that spawn as part of the event. So the question for farmers is simply: “Which event chain spawns the most champions the fastest?”
If Anet wants to change this mentality, then it should properly reward successful event completion with loot that exceeds the champion loot.
According to the TOS using something in game in a way it wasn’t designed to be used to profit is exploiting. If you don’t like the definition, take it up with Anet.
I see it as an unintended way to make more than the game was going to provide if you played it as intended. Apparently Anet sees it the same way.
Seriously wtf are you talking about. The event was made to have two possible outcomes – succeed or fail. Players have a choice, they don’t only get to choose to succeed. Otherwise the event should be successful whether anyone participates or not.
Until you can link a post here on the forums that confirms this is considered an exploit, or someone posts here, I’m going to have to disagree with your asinine logic.
Please stop pretending EotM is anything but PvE.
It’s WvW. Please stop misusing a WvW area. Thanks!
No it’s not. You’ve just inspired me to start tagging up in EoTM solely to ktrain.
Get the karma one! Trust me the last thing you want to be doing is having to farm karma, It sucks.
Don’t. The last thing you want to farm is karma, because you get more than enough by simply playing the game
This is absolutely not true for those of us who make lots of legendaries (I’ve made 6) and make lots of ascended gear (3 full sets of armor, about 12-14 weapons) and spend all of our time in dungeons and very little to none in wvw/EoTM/open world events . The only regular karma I make is that little piddly amount you get from your daily chest.
Every little drop of karma matters then quite a bit.
\With the lack of trinities and sufficient heals/prots, it’s mostly about evasive survival techniques which aren’t why people usually play MMOs.
This is hands-down one of the best things about this game. It promotes skill over gear. The only people who don’t like it are those who have to depend on someone else to heal them or to keep some other mob from killing them because they do poorly at active damage mitigation.
More delicious tears! I never go thirsty in this forum.
Good for these top tier pvpers, they deserve something for all of their hardwork and dedication.
All statistics online social media website are all over the places. The only reliable source if you ask Anet and each game studios about the population active players. That’s the proper way to measure it.
Not 3rd party software, not even Steam that has 30million+ accounts with 6-7mil active peak time.
Why?
1. Not everyone use Steam to launch GW2.
2. Not everyone use Raptr with GW2.
3. Not everyone use Overwolf with GW2.
4. Not everyone use GW2.exe launcher to start the game.
5. There are at least freaking 4 examples way to launch GW2.X. How is this reliable statistic? It’s all over the places.
Me. I use SweetFX Configurator to launch GW2.
You do realize after you configure sweetfx and launch it once with the configurator, you can just straight launch the game and don’t have to use it to launch the game anymore.
Dear Anet,
Please get your head out of the clouds. This game is not an Esport and will never become one. The vast majority of people play this game for the PvE aspect of the game.
Over 3 million PvE players have been begging you for new ingame armor sets for almost 2 full years. We have gotten none.
Now you are implementing a PvP armor set that can only be obtained by winning tournaments in tPvP mode? There are currently <1000 players who actively participate in tPvP.
3,000,000 > 1000. Please re-evaluate your priorities.
Thank you.
Where did you pull those number from? Like usual, it’s always some self-entitled hardcore PvEr that moans when PvPers get something unique to them.
I’m a hardcore dungeon runner, and I completely support pvpers getting unique rewards. If I want those rewards, I guess I’ll have to leave my comfort zone and learn to pvp.
So many delicious tears. More content and rewards like this please!
I can’t believe people are complaining because they can’t be bothered to actually work for their rewards and run some level 1 fractals.
Oh wait, yes I can, this is GW2 where hyper casual playhowIwants expect to get all the rewards by doing only that specific content that they want to do. God forbid they are forced to step out of their comfort zone and become better players and experience other aspects of the game.
For those people above who say they don’t run fractals and never will – enjoy your exotic backpiece.

It’s t-h-i-e-f.
Try http://dulfy.net/2014/07/10/gw2-thief-pve-class-guide/ for an outstanding thief guide written up by rT. This is aimed more at dungeon runners, but it’s still really viable for all PVE.
Or you can run some terrible thief build using tons of points into SA and Trickery trait-lines and plink-plink at world bosses all day with your shortbow if that’s your thing, the world bosses will still die and you will still get your loot.
I just wanted to voice my support for mounts.
50,000 gems in the gem store, cosmetic only, cannot use in cities/dungeons/wvw/pvp.
All signets/boons/anything that applies swiftness does not apply to someone who is mounted – so anyone with swiftness will leave those mounted in the dust.
And of course combat dismounts you.
The game is what the game is. After two years we need to accept that it is how it is gonna be, if it were gonna be different, it would have been by now.
I myself wanted subclasses. Not gonna happen. I also wanted weapon skills to be unlocked from weapons so that players can pick and choose what 5 skills they wanted On the 1-5 slot.
Not gonna happen.
I have made my piece with that.
Time for the Mount people to Just accept, No mounts. That’s just what game we are playing. I Just Hope that the pro-mount people can just accept what it is, and find some fun in spite of Not having mounts.
If they are waiting for mounts, as things seem at the moment, they have a LONG wait ahead.

And of course combat dismounts you.
No to mounts -sorry not needed in game. It already chugs to a halt in WvW when a huge zerg runs by. Just think what it would be like with the zerg on mounts?
NO.
I think you both missed my obvious sarcasm where I specified they cost 50k gems, and basically make you move slower than someone on foot.
Of course I don’t really want mounts.
