Have you had any other ips show up apart from that?

When I try and go directly to the forums link from the homepage I get an error (see below).

If I go to a sub forum which I have in my favorites, the forums link then works.

The reason I’m asking is I am not sure if I should get 7 skins for 1 ticket each as they may go up in price when they become more expensive. I have no experience of playing the TP hence my question here.

Considering the amount of gold/items some people have here I doubt 7 tickets would-amount to anything so there goes your bragging theory – are you as nice irl?

Not everyone…..I don’t give a fig about the effects. I wish they sold a cheaper one with no effects….I’d buy them for all my characters. I buy them so I don’t have to think about gathering tools….period.

After they introduced the grindiest grinds ever in a western AAA MMO (noone likes to grind they said), vertical progression (even casuals should have BiS they said), most of the events are watered down to press 1, 1 and 1 again (boring they said), you still think they would give a kitten about what they said in the past?

That is a lot of faith you got there.

Perhaps you should gain some experience/knowledge by playing other MMO’s than just this one. You would see that all of them have a grind and GW2’s pales in comparison to some of them.

For everyone on the same power level at eighty and advertised as non grindy game, just this combination is a sarcastic statement since ascended items were introduced.

I don’t know why people would call it a misinterpration of the manifesto though, as ANet themselves have stated that they stopped following it…

Played some of these too, and you are full of it. Ascended, for one thing, isn’t even required. But try doing a T10 WoW raid in T2 armor and see how well it goes. We’ll wait. But if you actually played these games then you know what you’re spewing and doing it anyway. Can’t really reason when its pouting.

Yeah, it was crazy to be honest, but farming “the beach” with two tacticans made you level like crazy and endgame before hero patch was for sure not grind for items… ^^

Only 30 minutes? Consider yourself very lucky. I was in an instance last night that took over 90 minutes to finish a blitz, and it wasn’t due to people simply not understanding the mechanics.

Don’t tell timmy that, it seems where he is from they do it in less then 8 minutes with everyone getting their chevos etc.. it must be the land of milk and honey where the streets are paved with gold and people only die from old age surrounded by loved ones.

I never said that! Mine took about 45 minutes. I spent much of that time trying to get people not to zerg and was told repeatedly to shove it up my kitten.

I’m just saying that once all the people who showed up to farm figure out that farming isn’t an option, they’ll leave. The remaining people will trend more toward caring about completing the event and will have more success.

And you don’t see a problem for the game in that? An event where, let’s be honest about it, the MAJORITY of people leave after realizing what it is?

What this all boils down to, whichever side of the fence you are on, is if you kitten off your customers enough times they will leave.

I didn’t run the QD train, I prefer to wvw, everyone has different preferences. If they took away what I liked doing, i would leave.

They can go on about ‘our game philosophy’, as much as they like, but if their customers aren’t enjoying what they are doing, they will leave.

The pavilion is another one – I prefer wvw as I have already said, but I did enjoy this ‘farm’ last year – now, the place is almost dead on the second day of the patch. The only thing keeping me here is wvw, and I am not sure how long my interest will be held by that alone.

What a shame, this looked like it was going to be a brilliant game at release.

Mega server crap has already become frustrating in Ebonhawke. We seem to be sharing our “instance” of the map with a French server that has RPers on it. These RPers obviously spend time in Ebonhawke with their own guilds, plots, characters and server RP history. This is going to get awkward fast. Not to mention we’ve already had phasing problems that divided the guild in two and “Join in X” didn’t even work until this morning. And this in a zone like Fields of Ruin that wasn’t even supposed to be affected yet. What gives?

Oh, and a time limit on the town clothes “costumes” so we have to keep re-applying it and get showered in confetti? GENIUS! It was already brilliant that we lost all customizability, this is just the icing on the cake.

Roleplayers actually bought your miniscule selection of town clothes, you know, ArenaNet? Now we’re practically forced to take up a precious character slot to make a same character alt, especially if you’re a heavy armor user and RP with that character. So if you want an even slightly laid back look, you have to make a medium/light character alt with the same appearance and name. What on earth possessed you to do this?

Your complete disrespect for us roleplayers is pretty shocking. You have an MMORPG (it’s in the name, see?), there are bound to be sub-groups of roleplayers in your game whether you want there to be or not. We paid for this game. We spend hours on it day in and day out. We play through your content just like everyone else, and buy skins and knick-knacks off your gem store. We do not deserve to get treated like second-rate citizens in a game we paid for, having all -our- needs and wants completely ignored or, even worse, have our needs and wants ripped away. Would it really impact your game so much to keep town clothes and customizability? Would it? I doubt it.

You don’t have to cater to us to respect and acknowledge us.

Edit: And another thing! It’s pretty telling that in your list of “feedback” threads, this one or one even remotely dedicated to anything but PvP/WvW doesn’t exist.

So many bugs I can’t feel happy. Major issues with Mesmer clones (after a promised fix), stealth switching traits to different trees, transmuted items not returning their original looks as was promised. Items not being added to the wardrobe, still stuck in the bank.

It is just the skins that become account bound, not the stats. The weapon skins will also be account bound.

Also, I can recommend a decent little program called ‘who crashed’ – it’s free – after your pc crashes, start this up and it will read the dumps of the crash and tell you what caused it.

Terrible skill lag, rubber banding on SFR at reset.
On EB, everyone had it.
I have noticed, however, that since the last patch the lag in general has been worse for me. I never had lag in pve but now I do. The game feels very ‘clunky’.

If he isn’t getting any replies, the best thing to do is set up a new email account with a different provider and send the email from there – some providers are blocking anets emails.

He should at least get an auto reply when he submits a ticket. I am pretty sure they can help him if he can answer as many questions as they ask him when he submits the ticket.

yes, there is a delay – for instance, trying to take supplies, I need to hit the key a few times for it to seemingly register – the game feels ‘clunky’ somehow.

Actually, reading the posts most people are pleased by these changes there are only a few who are not it seems.
