IMHO, The handful of forum whiners, trolls and accusers are not representative of the people I have met in WvWvW.
IMHO, The shouts and accusations of exploiting if actually describing exploits, would have been removed in accordance with the code of conduct we all signed.
I will be fighting to the end this week but win lose or draw, I am hoping BG hangs on to enough rating points to hold on, they have earned a place in T1.
I have enjoyed a lot of terrific fights this week. Whoever wins will have earned the weekly win and I congratulate all three teams for putting in again this round.
It is actually not the job of any gamer to break the morale of the other two servers. For myself, I need the other two teams in whatever tier I am in to continue to login and enjoy.
Otherwise the whole thing breaks down and we are all off to a new game.
All three servers play well when they have at least competitive numbers online. I am proud of how SoS learns quickly from others and adapts but I am guilty of becoming annoyed when we fail to learn obvious lessons….
Keep trying BG, you are facing two very good opponents and can be proud of holding your own in this three sided battle.
To be honest JQ can be a brutal opponent ( meant as a compliment ) and if you can hold rating or even take first/second place you will have achieved much.
I once again welcome all new arrivals or returnees to the three servers. Some great fights and a lot of new names on the battlefield. Thank you all for turning up and making the battles fun!

I have enjoyed fighting JQ and BG this week, I have died many times and met many fine players. I can see no reason why BG, JQ, and SOS could not slug it out for many weeks to come.
While I agree totally with Tala;
I would ask people not to quote posts that are almost certainly going to be deleted. It gives the troll ongoing life.
Always your call though if you feel the troll needs to be called out.
This is a great game, good to see people proud of their own servers!
IMHO, I play way too much, 8+ hrs a day lately and I see commanders/players from all sides doing similar or longer hours. Dedication is a good thing as long as we do not all burn out. No point being the best ex player the game ever had.

SoS has won a few matches now in Tier 1 but remember one match was by 3k.
Do not underestimate JQ. Many posters pretend only SoS can win tier 1 , they are very mistaken. JQ have experience, are very good at working the other sides and can muster the numbers when forced or desire peaks.
I have no doubt that BG will be working towards number 1 as well. All three teams have held PPT lead at various stages.
This week has seen some truly epic battles and win lose or draw it has been a lot of fun.
Without wanting to break the morale of any server. I have seen smaller forces beat larger forces over the last few days. This has happened to all three servers. Often it is the result of a good flank, who makes the first strike or culling issues.
Pretending that your own server is unbeatable or has never lost a fair fight, is good for your own morale but is not the truth. All servers have some good players. All servers have won and lost battles. Keep at it everyone!
I think people are wandering off track a little. My opinions follow;
JQ has been in Tier 1 a very long time, is very organised to the point of most players knowing what they should do and they can put together fantastic coverage and 24/7 PPT when they choose, they have experienced wins and losses.
SoS has very good coverage based on great NA coverage, a good oceanic presence and a server wide community coordination, they have experienced wins and losses.
BG is in against two very good opponents and really handed it to us on day one. Keep in mind they were leading . A few fixes to coverage and adapting to JQ/SOS playstyles and we could get some cliff hangers.
It is good to be proud of your server, but try not to trash talk other servers or guild, we need everyone to make the game fun.
Some great fights and the ingame spirit is terrific. I know there are some coverage issues between the servers but each server is learning and hopefully we will end up with three strong teams competing like that fantastic first day.
Just as a note to all, IMHO, it is best to NOT “quote” a post that is very obviously going to be deleted, it gives the trolls words more air time than they deserve.
Please ignore the repeated troll comments regarding 2 v 1s. They are coming from very few posters not entire servers. The majority of people on each server are likely fine individuals and we are all just gamers.
Great fights at BG garrison today, culling was terrible for all concerned but great determination shown by all three servers. I doubt there was a wall left standing.
Enough bickering, the ingame fights this week are good and I for one welcome BG back to Tier 1. There have been some new tactics, some we have not seen for awhile and IMHO, there are some lessons being learned by all sides.
It is not just a BG thing, read any of these threads and you will find members of all three servers in every match who rightly or wrongly “feel” they are being double teamed. Often it is just people hitting the path of least resistance.
I can guarantee you that as soon as my commanders hit the right side of any map, myself and other scouts will run to the left as an attack should be incoming over there.
IMHO, It often feels like a double team but it is just the 3 way dynamic. ie If red is fighting green, team blue only has a choice of red or green to attack, if they attack ,someone has two on them. Unless you attack yourself….
Great work holding SoS BL Hills all day BG, very tough defenders even when outnumbered, loved how you stayed offensive taking camps!
JQ continues to bring it as well, still anyones game and that is making it even more fun.
Keep at it SOS, we face two good teams and this match may go down to the wire.
Good showing people, when an individual takes advantage of a skill for a tower cap, it is great to see his/her team stay away until it is flipped back.
Very good sportsmanship and I commend your leaders, followers and sense of fair play.
Some great fights this week and one of the best weeks battles I have experienced, keep at it.

Most servers use thieves to scout, I am normally roaming across the south of the borderland I am assigned to, and golems/zergs are large and easy to spot.
I would prefer people not post troll posts when emotional, most of us walk/portal golems the same routes, and it is very easy to call it in to guild.

I believe the post sinister is railing too about playing for second place was actually not from a SoS poster, not that it matters as individuals do not represent a server.

I and many other from SoS/JQ wish BG all the best in tier 1, you are in the lead and playing well, good stuff. JQ, good stuff while usually slightly weaker just after reset, you are bringing it as well this week!
Please do not attack individuals by name, guilds by name or generalise everyone on a server as being the same as player X it is not the truth. I have only been playing a few months but I have met many fine people on many servers, even JQ, SoS and SBI…
Today I had the chance to fight one v one another player near north supply, they were clearly superior to me and strangely left me in downed state and moved off.
I was way more impressed by their ingame actions than by this forum’s bluster and waffle.
Another good fight ingame, I am staying up to 3am playing this magnificent game!
Forums are another thing, so many mean spirited and petty posters from a variety of servers and guilds. This dribble from all sides is pointless, win lose or draw, it is the ingame opponents that make it possible to enjoy WvWvW.
Please get on with playing the game and enjoying it.
By looking at the past posts by certain individuals you can easily pick the false posters. To those that truly believe what they are posting, please try to be civil.
Please do not create hatred against people you would possibly be friends with if they were your guildmates, we are gamers. All servers have some great people, allow them to enjoy the game.
Great fights ingame all, had some 5v5, 15 vs 15 ish and even some 30+ vs 30+ fights that went each way this week, good to see people ingame and having fun.
IMHO, I think last week was an epic battle well won by JQ. On with this week, and then the next, and the next etc.
Another absolute scorcher of a battle tonight, a mixed JQ force hammering away at our garrison on SoS borderland for what felt like Hours. Many guilds were involved and I hope all enjoyed it as much as I did.
IMHO, SBI is not done, regardless of forum warrior opinion I still see many fine players out doing their server community proud. I hope their current coverage issues are resolved. I loved their push this evening into JQ lands!

Go SBI go! A great effort is being put in by the SBI community and only a few points of rating stand between SBI and BG. I will be happy to play against whoever but I am loving the fight SBI is making to hang in there, Good luck.
Keep it up SoS, we are improving our scouting, communication and coordination all the time. This is another good weekly match regardless of who wins it!
JQ may have a pattern of play that in fact wins them this or many other weeks. I congratulate them on their play and will continue to fight. SBI has also shown they are not done yet, good work!
I will also continue to report all accusation, defamatory and troll posts regardless of the server of origin of those abusing forums, as directed when i signed the code of conduct.

IMHO, I would hope even the well known “clown noise” thief is given a second chance, he did receive punishment/acknowledgement and he may well have been doing less damage to the game than the forum abusers. Many other self admitted exploiters remain in the game and second chances are not such a bad thing sometimes.
I would guess a majority of each server are decent people. Benefit of the doubt not knee jerk abuse would be best.
IMHO, Scores, friendly banter and things that help the game should be in this thread.
As I agreed to the code of conduct instructions, I will of course be reporting all defamatory or troll posts,regardless of the server the poster originates from.

It is a shame that these threads get closed or people get infracted or banned but such is life. Please contact guild leaders when you feel individuals exploit, AND send the details into support as directed in CoC.
Some good fights tonight, shifting numbers has generated a lot of opportunity for learning new tactics.

I always have and always will play on SoS, but that does not make me dislike any other players soley due to their server choice. There are excellent players on many servers.
In the end, We are all just gamers, hoping this game does well.
There is no discounting that numbers matter in this game BUT, siege placement, scouting, coordination, determination, golem rushing etc all matter as well.

There is zero point speculating why scores are or attributing them to holidays, departures etc. This has been a terrific week of fighting. The winners this week will have outscored 2 teams trying as hard as they can, congrats to the winners, they will have earned the win.

Woo, what a night, Great fight at Briar I think the JQ Guilds were FOO and another few tags. 40 odd mins we held there under siege, I compliment you on the efficiency you show putting up, placing and using siege. Very well organised and good use of your professions as well. Thank you for a fun fight, I learned much.
Good to see SBI come to life and join in the battering on SoS borderlands, feeling a bit roasted now but wooo, great fights all three teams.
IMHO, this game is better fun than any I have played in a decade, I am getting less slepp than in a decade as well, see you on the battlefield.

JQ has good numbers out BUT they are showing excellent tatics, inc scouting and camp parties and it is the total package that has them in the lead, good work JQ.

Great fights today, tricky entrance to garrison the second time but definitely ZERO exploit by JQ as they bashed their way through both outer then inner garrison gates fair and square.
