I just got dishonorable after playing a match, I did not leave or akitten…. So why am I dishonarable?? This is the most ridiculous kitten ever. Plz fix this, now i can’t play for 11 hours… HELP!!!!!!!!! QQ

Arenanet what is being done about this? At least knowing that you’re working on a fix will make us feel better.

I feel your pain, most of my losses come from 4v5 and guild teams syncing solo Q.

silvermember, Did you played GW1? Because all you GW2 fan boys talk kitten about GW1 and you never really played it. So how the kitten can you really give an opinion without experiencing both games? You probably were 10 years old when Gw1 came out.

I think a lot of people still suffer from the delusion that gw1 was esports.
Gw1 was esports like Jai alai is a mainstream sport.

Truth is there’s more nostalgia then merit, but most people who played gw1 will always say it’s pvp system was better.

Gw1 PvP was superior in everyway. I don’t know if you ever played Gw1, but as an x GW1 top player I can tell you that Gw1 was the best PvP I’ve ever experienced in an MMO. I still know a lot of people that still play Gw1 just because of the PvP. I don’t think you ever played Gw1, because you wouldn’t be saying that.

Lol, spirit rangers give a lot of support, they can rez a full down team, and they do a crap load of dmg. They have perma burning and evades. If you ask me that kitten is more op than a guardian. Because the guardian can’t kill you, all he can do is survive, support teammates with boons and condi clears. He can still be shut down by necros, S/D thiefs etc..

I think you’re missing the point. The OP wasn’t complaining about Guardians and how OP they are (or how they need to be nerfed), but he was stating that it’d be nice if there were more class options that filled support/bunker roles like Guardian so that a bit more creativity in compositions (regarding class variety) would be prevalent.

They said they were going to buff other professions for support, but I don’t see how they will ever take guardians role, because the guardian was made for support. The guardian will always be better for support than any other class.

Since the reset every time time I try to go into WvW my game freezes up. This has been happening to a couple of my friends too. WTH is going on ??? My server is Anvil Rock, and this only happens on Eternal Battle grounds. Please fix this I want to WvW with my friends………….. and neither of us can because we lagging. This only happens in WvW, everywhere else is fine.

The sPvP community are nothing but a ship, sinking into oblivion with every balance patch. Most of the players on this forum, have given a lot of critical feedback and for what? Nothing really gets done. Instead we get more balance problems, like the petting zoo, op stun locked warriors/bunkers with a passive healing signet that keeps their HP above 90% consistently, and condition dmg from the necro is actually stronger than burst. AI covering your whole screen, making it a lot harder to find a little asura.

I think what we are seeing here is a reality check for some Tpvp folks that used to farm pugs and for the people that thought not having a team was holding them back.

When one of the strong GvG players on my friendslist seen I was rated he decided to get top 100 went from 0% to top 70 (in 100 range now) in less then a week. Moral of the story, you are all not nearly as good as you think I and many others have had loses from 4v5 its happens but law of averages says you will climb if you have the skill.

There are alot of things wrong with the PvP side of the game namely conquest mode and the leader boards have people still top 100 that have not played a single game in over a month however if you are good you can climb to top 100-200.

Hmmmmm………. we are talking about rage quitters 4v5, 3v5….. How can people climb the LB when in most matches you are outnumbered. And being on the LB means nothing, specially solo queue LB. When The first LB came out I was on the top 100, and the PvP scene was more active back then. After that I quit and most of the people I used to play with quit too. So stop saying to people you not as good as you thought. And before gw2 I was a top player and GW1, and that game was closer of an E-sport than this game will ever be. And the skill level in GW1 was also higher than GW2. This game was made for casual players, not hardcore PvPer’s such as myself and a few others top players that quit the game way back because the lack of balance and features. This games is easy as hell…….compare to a lot of other games. And WvW GvG is not real GvG, as a top player that played real GvG in GW1, that kitten is insulting. Sure you PvEr’s may find it fun, but the reality is that is a kitten zerg vs zerg no skill, no tactical play. It always comes down to who has the most AOE.

Solo queue is a nightmare, 99.9% of all my matches are 4v5, afkers, rage quitters. I’m done, good bye community I have lost all hope. And there’s no point of making a team, because team arenas is dead……Heart of the mist is a ghost town. Going back to LoL until pvp in this game gets good.

Lol rangers the weakest class? you got to be joking, this is the strongest profession by far in the current meta. Best 1v1 alot of evades, perma regen, alot of dmg, team support, team res. I am a champion hunter and i have played this class alot, this the strongest class. And has been the strongest for a long time. If you’re having trouble as a ranger then is obvious that you don’t know how to play one. And this patch i think spirits got actually buffed in team fights just because the recharge is better and if they die you can just get them up again. Please stop crying uf you don’t know kitten about the ranger class.

That’s not even a team leaderboard, all that it looks like to me is an individual leaderboard, you don’t see any team stats on that leaderboard you just see individual stats because it was a soloque/halfmade/premade leaderboard before which made it more individual like.

I don’t understand how someone made a post thanking anet about team que because it shows GvG ladder, it doesn’t show any GvG stuff or team stuff, it just shows who had good premades, even with team que now it doesn’t show anything team related.

Like for instance the only teams I recognize and know of is USA, SYNC and AL, I don’t know any other teams in GW2 that PvP besides those because I don’t see there names anywhere, I don’t see any of those teams playing. I don’t follow mist league and it seems like a joke because those shout casters were like such and such is a top team in mist league they 6 and 2… They get there kitten handed to them by USA SYNC or AL, they didn’t even stand a chance, if they top team in mist league it must be a joke than right? because they got there kitten whooped. I’ve seen better premades formed by friends list than those top mist league teams those shout casters praised. I don’t condemn people forming leagues to make the game fun, but don’t go over praising someone especially when they get wooped extremely bad.

That’s because the shoutcasters are friends with those teams lol.

why? system is build as he notice when you are better then your enemies and match you with higher rated players so you climb up faster, no point in reseting, just get a team and you can get out of oblivion to the top quite soon… and if you care about win:loss ratio, just one advice, its useless and doesnt mean anything

Because having your win/loss ratio messed up because of premade team it’s not right.

Before solo arenas were created, I was playing against premade teams in what is now Team Arenas. Most of these teams were climbing up the leader boards, because they were able to farm solo queuing teams. The right thing to do, should be to reset the team leader boards. That way everybody can have a fresh start.

Just leave the map for hot join heros, but I agree that map is garbage. Everytime I find myself playing this map I just leave. This map should never be in team queue.

I said I agreed that conquest is a bad game mode.

Everything in GW1 felt right, and in GW2 everything feels wrong, Conquest gets old really fast is so boring, u can’t make exciting builds like in GW1, the traits system is a joke. People in GW1 were always evolving, creating new builds new strategies. You can’t do that in GW2, the game modes in GW1 were amazing GvG,HA, TA all of these game modes were amazing. I’m so disappointed, heart broken.

I agree, come on Anet separate solo queue and premade. Having these 2 is destroying the sPvP side of the game. It’s not fair at all. And make a separate Solo queue and premade LB.

The only class that needs some serious buff, is warrior, thief in my opinon are ok but adding new builds to the class is needed just like for every class.

If u only knew how this game combat mechanics work u wouldn’t be asking about this game mode. I agree that l in gw1 was amazing, but it will not work on this game. And also guild lord in gw1 was not solod by 1 player.

The camera has been like this since beta my friend, and ppl obviously complained like you’re doing right now nothing has changed. I would like this to be fixed too, is so annoying not be able to zoom out while down. Grrrr….

U r right is all just personal preferences.

The scepter is good because u can immobilized ur opponent, making it easier for ur team to spike down targets and the hammer is also useful for doing this and better. Also good for neutralizing a point when u need it. But if u want more support for team staff ia good,it also gives all ur teammates 12 stacks of might.

The weapon choices are correct but some traits are wrong.

Guardians are not just point holders, they are a must have in a team fight. They are support chars they give u protection, regen and keep conditions off u.
