This immobilize change has changed almost nothing in large group fights and in small it only effects venom share thieves sharing Devourer venom which would still be enough to kill most normal enemies before the patch anyways. Tell me which you would prefer a thief with 100% condition duration and all venom traits using sneak attack to give you 12 second immobilize in a group fight or a thief waiting 3.5 seconds before auto attacking you for the same 12 seconds. The first scenario you remove it all with a condition cleanse. The second scenario has existed since launch and barely anyone has complained about immobilize even though the second method is still possible and 3x more deadly.
Does condition removal suddenly not remove 20+ second stacks now or whats the point of this thread? A warrior can stack 20 seconds on his own before the patch by applying a new one right as the last one ends. This method would allow perma immobilize, but if they stack it all at once it just all disappears in one cleanse. If you get run over by a zerg you die in 3 seconds of immobilize, so what would be the point of the 15 seconds that gets removed the same way as a 3 second immobilize.
As far as I’ve seen all of the bosses in the gauntlet are immune to immobilize. Best bet is to use hammer to stun spam him when ever he goes for meat and bring a source of perma swiftness like the tier 1 trait Furious speed.

How has no one realized necro has some of the best healing in the game with great damage. Well of blood has the best scaling of any heal in the game, with 1500 healing power you instantly heal 6740 then the heal over time is 752 hp per second to even your allies for a total of 14260 per 32 seconds. Plus you have 4000 hp per 12 seconds on dagger life siphon. Signet of the locust is 25% movement speed plus 5k hp with 5 enemies around on a 60 second cooldown. With traits deathshroud gives 3 seconds of stability and 747 aoe heal every 7 seconds.

2 utilities can be either wells or spectrals, 10 point major can be anything.
Sigil of blood has a 5 second cooldown and all cooldown sigils share a cooldown so if blood procs you wont get a proc if you swap within the next 5 seconds.
I’ve done 75 races now and with around 60 of them being 1st place yet I haven’t gotten a single skin.
Ah I forgot to include that it was the first attempt and I was only downed once by her teleport shot but was not hit by any aoe while being revived.
Definitely bugged since I’m 100% sure I avoided all his aoe’s my last run, I did get hit by the cannons though.
You do know immobilize works right? Whenever I down an ele with my guardian I Immediately hit Chains of Light before they get the chance to do anything. Line of Warding also works but not every class can block off an area like that, but every class does have atleast 1 immobilize skill. They try to mist form, float in place for a few seconds, drop, then get stomped. If you can’t immobilize them and secure the kill before they escape, that’s a L2P issue on your part. The same way immobilize also worked on RTL pretty much making ele a free kill if you did it just as they activated the skill since they would be locked out of all of their skills for the duration of the spell. But no, heaven forbid anyone actually use their brain and the skills their class has at their disposal. lets all cry on the forums till it’s nerfed into oblivion instead. The only thing that does need to be nerfed in this game is a thief’s stealth as unlike the skill you’re kitten ing and moaning about, it doesn’t have a counter to it to stop them from doing it.
Once again you are fighting elementalists who are sitting there till their invulnerability goes off before using vapor form. A downed player is invulnerable for the first 1-1.5 seconds and all previous conditions are wiped. Vapor form is up the moment they are downed and can be used while they are still invulnerable with 0 conditions on them.

Every class in this game has the counters for this, I’m talking about immo-skills.. Every class has immo-skills.. If you don’t use immo-skills in your current build, so be it but bear with the consequences and don’t ask for changes which u can change yourself..

You realize that you have around 2 seconds of invulnerability when downed with a 0 cooldown instant cast on mist form. Immobilize would only work if the elementalist decides to sit there till the invulnerability ends and then gets hit by a 2+ second immobilize.
You realize u can immo your target before it goes to downstate right?
Immobilize the ele as soon as he goes down?
Kill him before he gets within range?
Maybe stop tunnel visioning the door?
Alright since apparently neither of you know the basics, when you are downed all conditions are instantly wiped and you receive the invulnerability buff for about 1-1.5 seconds. An elementalist can also chain RtL and Lightning Flash to go 2100 range nearly instantly while also having Mist Form utility. If that still isn’t enough you have 5 seconds of moving invulnerability on the focus off hand through Obsidian Flesh or Armor of Earth for 6 seconds of protection and stability. The build doesn’t even matter since all these are weapon and utility skills that can be changed at will before entering. There is literally 0 ways to kill an elementalist that wants to get into a tower.

All it takes is soloing in this game on a class that doesn’t have a reliable source stability so you can stomp someone to realize how freakin awful Downstate is..
In fact, I’m going to upload a movie that shows a perfect example of what complete bullkitten the downsystem is.
All of that could have been avoided by hiding behind the pet during the warrior stomp or simply attacking instead of stomping.
Sea of Sorrows, I noticed the same thing in my 8 hours of wait. First 4 hours I just afked in the swamp, next 2 hours I went around killing portals and reading books and the last 2 hours I afked in the monastery and the centaur attacking event didnt start once.
