Whilst Bunker Eles are good, they aren’t unkillable and when they are running the orb they even more vulnerable. Also Warriors are pretty good at running the orb.

No warrior build will be as good as guardian/ele is. Guards have the area of denial stuff and great bunker stuff, ele has best movement with great bunker stuff as well. What do Warriors have? All of our stuff is effected by slows/chill, conditions eat right through Endure Pain, one of the worst at condition removal, Hammer is easily beatable by ranged DPS, etc.

With all due respect to SoR they have been placed between a rock and a hard place this week. With the SoS collapse and the huge migration to BG, SoR has been left to fight JQ alone.

Sounds like what happened to TC in Tier 2 against SBI and SoR.

I do think this ability adds some strategy to WvW. But you do make a point about it being yet another favor to zerging.

I would definitely recommend Kaineng for a few simple reasons, they have good Oceanic coverage, they have been nothing but respectful and they don’t forum troll and become sor,e losers when they lose!

VoTF is the jewel of all the guilds leaving sos so far, will be interesting to see where they land.

That’s still assuming they do leave. Going with the current rumormill though, and say they do transfer, SoR makes the most sense to me as the best destination in the NA bracket, with a big maybe for Kaineng. I still say they end up moving back to the EU servers though

Without wanting to sound like I am trying to recruit, Kaineng would be an excellent destination for any EU guild. It has an NA and Oceanic/SEA that is equal to if not stronger than BG, which is why we did so well against them in previous weeks. However we literally have nothing during EU, and HB gets to plaint the whole map in a boring 4-6 hours against little to no resistance. If we had even 1 major EU guild I rekon we could have beaten BG during the first couple of weeks and would we well on our way to T1.

Just from playing tonight however we are seeing the transfers taking effect and running into 4 big guilds where there used to be only 2 is making things tough, especially in gaining back ground after the EU time zone.

I’ll still be really interested in seeing how this plays out. I think this does a lot to solidify Kaineng’s position in T2 which I think is fantastic given the quality of the fights going on. Past reset night we are never queued and entire guilds can hop map as they please. That in itself is reason enough for me to never want to be in T1 ^^

TC is a great server to fight against and could use more off hours coverage !

You should be booted after 15 minutes.

All of you guys are ignoring that the mesmers are intentionally circumventing the intended idle timer while dead. Why even have a logout timer while dead if they intended you to be able to stay dead for hours? No equipment changes should be available while dead.

Also they need to make sure the death time can’t be reset, sick of seeing mesmers intentionally circumventing it so they can stay dead for hours.

Can TC please inform us how you just took a t3 bay in BG BL? The inners were never down yet you somehow get a mesmer to port ppl into inner. And then KN caps it less then 5 minutes later? A fully sieged up T3 bay gone with no inner breaches.

I’m not going to say its not fun to theorize about what could happen between server transfers. But I will say this:

Big servers come and go. They flash bright for awhile, then fade away. BG has survived two forays into Tier 1 and back again without losing more than one placement in the rankings each time. No other server has done this even once, or even by two placements. In fact, no server that has dropped from Tier 1 is even still relatively alive. There is a reason for BG’s tenacity and determination.

It is because of our a core of dedicated guilds that are the foundation of BGs WvW presence. We have an integrated communication system and work a as a team throughout all timezones. We know each other, rely on each other and share the common goal of excellence in WvW against whoever our opponent happens to be at the time. No one wants to leave what we have built and take a chance anywhere else. We are all on the same page here.

None of the main guilds are going anywhere. Thanks for asking though. :P

+1. That is what I love about BG, it has been my only server in this game and will be my only server (unless they merge servers in the future of course!).

No, they don’t get kicked after 20 minutes of inactivity. There is an easy way around it that allows you to stay dead for hours.
