Have you confirmed charge works the way you say? Last time testing was done on it there was a bug where it wouldn’t remove the snare then remove a separate condition.

The one in last place, which has actually lost guilds, is not the most at risk? I’m not saying that it’s about to fall apart here, but if someone’s going to drop, they are simply the most likely at this time.
No one in T1 is currently at risk of dropping anytime soon. Just look at the glicko and how is it barely moving.

If you’re set on T1 and want a stable world, I’d suggest picking between JQ and SoR, depending on how much of a challenge you enjoy.
Honestly though, if you’re concerned about queue times, I’d give T1 a very wide berth. 30 minutes can be nothing during primetimes. You really only need to look at a few different topics with people complaining about the odd 2-3 hour queue or longer for WvW to know that if you aren’t particularly queue-tolerant, T1 probably isn’t for you.
My personal opinion is also that WvW outside of T1 is definitely a far more enjoyable experience. There are too many people obsessed with winning or just happy to be huge trolls. In all honesty, I’d stick it out with FA for a few more weeks and see how it goes.
All three T1 servers are very stable and anyone who says otherwise has some obvious bias going on.

My post was also based around pvp, I didn’t make that clear enough so my bad on that. I don’t really do PvE anymore except for Monthlies since I got the armor I wanted but I’m experienced with doing the dungeons etc. I used to do dungeon runs with 2 rangers and we had no problems and did very fast runs. CoF p1 farming is 1 path for 1 dungeon that warriors excel in, mainly because every boss just sits there and eats 100b. Most other dungeons are way more unforgivable to melee then cof p1. I can’t wait till they split the abilities so we can stop discussing dungeons when we talk about balance.
Regardless, by better at “everything” I was referring to roles in pvp. You do CC better, you do bunker/point defender better, you handle 1v1s better etc. Ranged focused classes like rangers, engis, necros, etc is so proficient at kiting in this game, it is king. Every warrior who has played pvp enough knows what I am talking about.
edit: So yeah I don’t take kindly to rangers coming into warriors forum acting like rangers have it bad. In my gameplay (pvp) rangers dominate warriors in every aspect. Warriors are free kills to rangers in pvp.

Start with nerfing the bloody longbow, #3 skill blasts 10K hp easy with a nice build and even on hybrids. Now remove the aoe, or drop the damage and add that to the bloody ranger longbow who should have skills like that on a bloody bow!
Are rangers still crying for buffs? You do everything better then warrior currently, hell you even tank way better then warriors.

I’d agree with you, if there was build sites going up and stuff, but as their wasn’t….. it left us baffled.
Either way some great fun was had inside hills, with SOR holding out both BG and JQ.
There was build sites hence why you had siege firing at them. Please come up with better troll attempts then a screenshot of people at a known treb spot. It has NEVER been a wall jumping spot, that was over by the Vista. You guys are getting desperate now.

Simple solution. Put a cap on the number of non-NA players allowed on any one NA server based on a +/- percentage of the total number of non-NA players on NA servers with the objective of fairly balancing the the population of non-NA players across all the NA servers to make game play more competitive 7/24.

As it stands, the server I am on (Jade Quaggan) is always first. We always, ALWAYS win (the one time we didn’t was because of an exploit!) and as such we are always Green. This makes WvW Map completion very difficult to get.
Can we please just have the colour randomized?

in RPG’s, warriors are always the easiest class, perfect for newbies and straightforward and uncomplicated for anyone else.on situations, where unskilled non-warriors, especially the glass professions, would be majorly punished for a mistake/bad dodge, a warrior would just…“shake it off”.
a warrior simply does not need much skill to be played successfully.
it’s a good thing btw…in any RPG, let it be action oriented or not, a warrior-type class is always reliable, thanks to his simplicity.

I play a warrior so can’t comment on thief abilities. Thieves already have it better then warriors in terms of melee combat though.

This is the time of the day when WvW is ruined. I’ve been part of “karma trains” before and it gets boring fast. Not entirely sure how JQ can even enjoy playing the game doing this daily. I hope ArenaNet figures out how to make WvW competitive rather than it being ultra stacked server that pvdoors vs server that buys guilds vs server that actually competes and tries hard to win.

Not hating here, just would like someone who mains some of the other classes that need more help, such as warrior and engineer. It doesn’t always feel like those other classes are brought up enough. Okay lets see mesmers… Usually need to be in melee to get the full effect of their burst… guardian ranged damage isn’t very good and if you are playing a bunker guardian than go ahead and let them try to range you down… I have sat on a point for 5 minutes while I thief tried killing me with his short bow never even making a dent…. Sure I could have fought back but scepter in tourneys isn’t exactly the best choice so I sat there and let him waste his time while the other members of my team were facerolling the other points…. D/d ele… Garbage when it comes to range (kinda the point) but still griped about as the god build in this game… other classes/builds it can run either way… But as long as this game mode depends on fighting inside a small circle to be the winner… Melee will still be better if not necessary… Ranged can provide support and help DPS but that is about it.
Do we play the same game? Everyone just range AoEs the point forcing the melees to get off the small circle and then the melee gets kited until he dies. Rinse and repeat.

They didn’t even give us unique skins in the so called “wvw patch”. Yet guild missions got a new look for every single weapon in the game. I was waiting for some truly bad kitten armor for WvW and we got level 10 karma looks added.

Classes in other MMOs are balanced with a clear distinction between ranged and melee classes. There is no such classification in GW2’s class/weapon system and as a result are balanced as such. The flexibility of not being just stuck in one but being able to freely hop between melee/range is an upgrade.
It’s on you if you complain about getting kited when EVERYONE can have both and avoid the situation.
Ah yes, you heard it here FIRST. Play longbow/rifle warrior, that will surely match up against the real ranged classes and their utter domination in this games pvp.

I agree, but is it intentional? that i think is very important, if this is what Devs want, then complaining about it is pointless and one should just move along or move away.
Hard to tell if intentional, but it sure seems like it. Constantly seeing ranged weapons get buffs and melee get nerfed. Every class is great at shutting down the Warrior, the premier melee weapon class in the game lol.
Another reason why my playtime is close to zero at this point.

In zerg v zerg fights hammer warriors are so easy to shut down. Organized zergs now stack necros which are super strong in those fights and properly traited wells will have perma chill on warriors. Organized zergs also have stability.
In organized zergs you also have tons of condition removal to keep off chills/cripples and boon stripping abilities to get rid of stability.
Condition applying is always more plentiful and more abundant then condition removal, especially when you have necros who properly condition bomb. I use hammer and sword/warhorn usually in WvW, sometimes going hammer/GS when doing open gate defenses and the like. I was always a huge proponent of hammers and still like them but it is so easy to shut down the warrior hammer pain trains. Just like it is easy to shut down warriors in competitive pvp.

A stronger SoR will benefit everyone in T1.
SoR is at least as strong as BG. This was proven by them coming in second last week. According to SoR posters, not a single one of them put in any overtime last week so that was their normal coverage.
