Axial: From my testing, I’m seeing no such indication. CC simply has no impact on the brown, or “broken” breakbar.

Yeah i felt the pain when i got some high ms recently. The glider could get some improvements with deployment.
What happens in 2nd step is the client is expecting the information from the server about the character is indeed in air before deploying.
So what you suggesting will let client will deploy glider no matter the server is currently telling and deploy the glider. And then server will validate your gliding after 600ms and let you continute what you doing in client before rubberbanding etc..
Actually this is what happens when you change location on x-y axis currently.When you walk with high ms, you dont get constantly rubberbanded, the server is just keep validation you location with a 600ms delay and let do your move on the client without making rubberbanded. However people see your location with a delay of 600ms(roughly).
I believe this can be derived to behaviour of deploying the glider.

When u spawn elemenal and use the elemental skill while out of combat, you get into combat like 3-4 sec and skill does nothing.

Well, i think new class types will be somewhat tied to new class mechanic a.k.a F5 skill. So i cant really tell what it will be

If we do get and F5 skill there is no way it will be a new attunment. Then the Devs will have to add new skills for each existing weapon type along with the new weapon. I don’t think they devoted that many resources to this update. So I do not think we will get an F5 skill like Mesmer and Engineer.
Well since we already have 2x skills than the other classes, the class itself requires more resource by design. If they add a new F skill, i highly believe it ll be new attunment.

Considering classes getting additional class mechanic skill, is ele supposed to get F5 skill, which will be a new attunment? I’cant see any other option than this.
The possible combinations will reduce drastically but about possible viable builds, dunno.
They need to decouple new weapons skills from new trait line then maybe people may not pick it up.
If SoI gets used before F5: SoI won’t be included in the refreshed skills, as it was not used in the active period.
If SoI gets used during F5 period: It will be reset, but F5 will not be on cooldown when it is cast, as it will be set to the return skill.
If SoI gets used after F5 period: F5 will be refreshed, but then this returns back to the before F5 scenario.At most, this gives you F5 refreshed once, assuming that F5 cannot be refreshed until it has reverted back to the 1st skill in it’s chain.
Yeah this is how works imo.

Personal EA should be baseline and AOE EA might be GM trait or Major but the current is just the arrow on the knee.
Based on attunment, removes single condition every sec. Removes all when atunning.
Fire- Burning/Torment/Weakness
Air- Bleed/Vuln./Blindness
Water- Poison/Chilled/Fear
Earth- Confusion/Cripple/Immobilize
It may be “immune” rather than “remove per sec”.
For The Record, all the nerfs to RTL
- RTL now disables utility skills
- RTL now disables weapon skills
- RTL now dramatatically afffected by gravity.
- RTL now less range
- RTL now has 20 sec cd and double if not hit.
Oh C’mon man, i see you are trying to balance things. But you can do this without removing the “fun” part.
If they make when you auto loot the item when the kill the enemey before even appears it on the ground, it may help the server load in WvW where 100 ppl spamming loot button during haevy fight.
Scepter Earth 2nd skill, Hurl. This skill behaves just like what OP says. Does not trigger without target, which is what those skills also should be like.
