I recently did a very dumb move. I had created a new character and took my fractal weapon crate out of bank to see if I wanted to use it for that character. I then proceeded to delete that character a while later.

YUP! I had forgot to put crate back into the bank. I contacted support and admitted my dumb mistake, a day later my item was restored!

*A melee mage imbuing their weapon with the elements

*F1-4 of course stay the same, to switch elements

*F5 added which will allow you to overload the current element to begin a dance. (possiblities: allowing each weapon skill 1-5 to become a certain move of the dance)

Yes the attack did happen in an LGBT establishment, not just LGBT go to these bars.

As many has stated, there are tragedies happening around the world. We can’t pick and choose which has more importance. If they wanted to show support, it would have happened since Pride happens every year.

And I’m with EW, I am also a gay male…It is just a very small detail of WHO I am. Such as having brown eyes. That’s the problem! People focus too much on the small details of what makes a person a person. People lost their lives due to violence, from a sick individual.

While I would love them to bring back more armors in gem shop, they have already stated it’s easier to make outfits. (even though I would wait for longer periods of gem store updates for actual armor)

Since it is easier and quicker to make outfits, why can’t we get 3 at a time. Come up with whatever theme you are doing and release 1 outfit for each weight. There are other posts on what we’d like to see, bring back some GW1 Armors as outfits.

GW2 is all about collecting skins, and as someone who constantly changes my characters looks it would be helpful to release more!

My list isn’t really that big.

More armor sets not locked behind meta.
1) 1 set for finishing story
2) 3-4 Basic sets just as drops from mobs (like we used to have in Vanilla)
3) 1-2 Vendor Sets.

Player Housing similar to Guild Halls (for those of us not guilded)

New Elite Professions
GIVE MY ELE SWORD (and make it a cool elite spec, like Elemental Blade Dancer)

Actually this whole map is showing wrong. HP reset, I was missing 1 poi for map completion now i’m showing 18/22 and my vistas are 2/6….

Just noticed in Auric Basin that my hero points have reset showing 1/11. What gives?!? I know I finished these with this character as it is my main.

I keep getting 3-4 crashes in Dragon Stand, usually when the map is full. Was almost finished with Meta and crashed, couldn’t rejoin my party because the map was full. So I lost out again

Is it just me or were they more helpful during previous personal stories? I got dark Canach down quite a bit, but go stunned by grenades. He then throws enough to drop me.

Laying right there by Canach and he continues fighting the stupid thing instead of healing me. So starting this stupid fight all over.

Thanks to someone for the tip. I can continue on. Had to leave the map, restart previous chapter, then restart this chapter.

3rd stone and can’t do anything……I really want to finish the story.

I’m not going to bash anyone’s opinion or am I going to bash HoT, I will say that Elite Specs should not have been locked in the first place.

I didn’t research much of HoT, I wanted a lot of it to be a surprise, and that’s my fault.
I used tomes and such to level 4 professions , I did this so that I could play the new specs.

While I don’t want to rush through the content, I certainly don’t want to grind days just for points.

There has to be some alternative to this.

here’s my list of new weapons and specializations, some I just couldn’t think of anything great.

I could see the bladed fan as a new weapon for the elementalist: storm dancer
Warrior with a spiked fist weapon: pit fighter
Thief with whip: (thinking catwoman here lol)
Guardian with spear: (we have dragon hunter) Dragon Knight or Eldritch Knight
Mesmer with ? : ?
Necromancer with an actual scythe: Shade – able to summon only 1 minion out of 3 (melee, ranged, healerish)
Ranger with chakram: ?
Engineer with ?: ?
Revenant with great axe: ?
And for a new class we’ll go light armor, The Psion using telepathy and psychokinesis.

I like the Sylvari, that’s probably why I have so many of them. Looking at the original concept for the race, they were a little too human for me. More of a fairy than an actual plant based race.

Here are a few hairstyles that fit, also the mask would be awesome for a face

1 Herald
2 Chronomancer
3 Dragonhunter
4 Reaper
5 Berserker
6 Daredevil
100 Tempest

I remember getting DC’d during the southsun event seconds before the ancient went down. All that for nothing as I didn’t get anything from the event.

I got DC’d 3 times during the invasion with 10+ stacks each time, I just gave up on it and logged off.

After having 12-15 stacks and then getting D/C on a few occasions I gave up on the whole event. I did receive 25 blooms from the first few hours.

mine is at 99% with a few hiccups at various points, just let it sit and do it’s thing

well hopefully it’ll work out that way, this would be my 7th lvl 80. TBH I have done the personal story enough so I am fine with 1 character not going through the whole danged thing.

I want both. One future elite spec that alters the way a certain weapon(s) are used and another one that has adds a unique weapon (such as a Great Axe or Lance) to a class that other professions will never be able to access. Greedy to want both, I know.

I’m with you on this would love focus on both.

I main an ele, and while the tempest is ok it is not exactly what I was hoping for.

Don’t get me wrong, I would be thrilled with new weapon types! Fan Blade!

So I was thinking and I am guessing it would be possible, if new specialization didn’t have to get a new weapon.

Taking the warrior class for example:
Gladiator- taking this spec would give a whole new set of skills to using sword and shield.

Thief:
Trickster-taking this spec would give new skill sets to sword and dagger. (was thinking something similar to nightcrawler from X-men)

I’m all for new weapons being available and I don’t know how many specialization are planned in the future. We don’t have many weapons left to spread around without either reusing or creating new weapon types. Again this is just a thought and based on how often we will actually get new specializations. Will they just be per expansion of will Anet release them at different times.

I thought about “only 2 new sets in open world” which is a total of 6 sets. Then I got to thinking maybe there is another 1 per weight for the personal story, since we do receive items for completing the story parts.

Still not as many as I expected for an expansion but I will remain hopeful.

It’s a low number, if they have been working on HoT for at least a year. And they have different departments working on different content, even with the five races there should have been more IMO.

I was hoping for at least 2 new sets per map, per weight. Which would be 8 per weight.
I’m hopeful they will release more full sets through living stories.

Also I know some armors were datamined (Ley Line, wondering if this is one of the 2? and if the Rev armor counts as 1?)

As for the •60 UNIQUE ADDITIONAL ITEM SKINS, MINIATURES, AND MORE
I hope they atleast take other looks into consideration. Example Shadow of the Dragon (shoulder, arms and helm) in my opinion didn’t really blend with anything.

I understand outfits are easier to produce, which is why in another post I gave a solution. Release 1 outfit for each weight class when you make them, a heavy, medium and light look. Like the royal guard we received today, turn it into 3 versions.

I’m not saying it makes it ok not to make new armors, but it at least helps us between armors being released.

My main wish is for light, medium and heavy all to release at the same time. Similar to when the flame sets (yes they were actually armor sets.) released. Daydreamer for example… finery=light. can’t think of one=medium. guardsman=heavy

I’d also like to see more themed, finish the Gods and then go into elements (other than fire)

Regardless if you are for or against outfits they are here to stay. I don’t mind them as they are a quick way to change my look without using shards. This isn’t a post to rant about more armor skin as it has already been ranted enough.

I like that they gave us multiple looks on the wedding attire, though I like some more than others. (Personally I would have liked more texture and detail to the Sylvari)

My thought was as Anet releases outfits, why not work on more than one at a time. Since they are much easier to produce than actual armor sets. Instead of one look, release 3 at a time 1 for each weight class. Daydreamer for example would look great in all 3 weight classes.

Any non armor looking skin please continue to give us individual looks for each race.

Wow! People get a free something and then complain about it. If you don’t like the outfit then don’t wear it.

They could have gave us nothing at all.

The second of the two torch skills is Flames of War. By using this skill, the Berserker lights themselves ablaze, burning off conditions while creating a fire field that follows the Berserker and burns any foes caught inside it. Not only will the Berserker be able to use combo finishers off of himself, the fire field will explode when it expires, dealing damage and applying more burning to foes around the Berserker

A whirling blade of death, with sword powered by your elements. With your elite being a whirlwind slash with 4 swords. earth.air.fire.water all spinning around you.

Guess I will wait for more info before I judge it. BUT I can totally see zerker taking a big swig of alcohol and breathing fire!!

Would love to see this: Archer from Fate/stay night. Would be great for cloth users.

I was thinking about this, and I hope they aren’t going to give us a few armors per map or some such nonsense.

Also hoping for some really unique sets that compliment older skins. We all mix and match so we need a lot more pieces for that. And NO more fire themed stuff, get some other elements going!

actually the mini is rather large when previewed. I noticed this the other day, as I was looking through minis and previewing them for my ranger.

I agree that the bow felt a tad sluggish, the attack speed should be faster.
I also with you could throw the traps out instead of using it and having to skirt into them.
