When we saw an opening, we engaged you on the second/third floor (no shield gens) and wiped you. We applied our rotations on your backline, it worked. You never came back after that.

We also engaged and routed you twice before with Os after chill-countering your initial pushes early on. We really need to get together and train together and talk about what worked and didn’t instead of simply kitten talking. My 2 cents.

What you considered as to “wiped us” was due to the fact we were trying to push and clear the Bazillion amounts of siege you had and lost a key person, that being the Raid Lead.. when he died, we were running up to 3rd floor to jump out and regroup… and oh.. we can get together alright, lets get together in Obsidian Sanctum you group called “Garrison” and our “Garrison” what ya say?

25 stacks of stability can’t get through 10 shield generators and a group of (at least semi-competent, I don’t doubt your guy’s intelligence) players dropping their own statics, fear marks, and walls. So then we’re fighting outnumbered in arrow cart fire, ballista fire and the SMC lord dropping knockdown meteors on us.

Doubling our numbers from 30 to 60 and charging in there and breaking everything through sheer brute force… that would probably work. But that’s no fun. That’s just mindless zerging. Hence the “giving zergs more tools as a substitute for skill”. That bothers me.

So yeah. You can call us toxic all you want. This cutesy “good fights” and “theory craft so you can beat it” and “well we had fun”… to me, that’s more toxic than outright hostility. Hiding behind siege then coming to the forum to mock us, derailing a thread that could’ve been about constructive discussion about shield generators turned into this nonsense.

And our roster has 39 max. We had 25 at the start of raid which dwindled to 20 towards the end. We had at most 10 or 15 pugs. We’ve been dealing with people not counting us properly for freakin’ 3 years.

We do not believe you are toxic, there is a huge mind set behind it, its quite simple actually. You guys are used to just easily rushing into groups & beating them, once faced with an actual group that can stand off on its own you guys (through kitting & wiping or using siege equipment that BELIEVE IT OR NOT, can actually be countered) have trouble, due to the time, instead of working on a strat, you guys complain. But like I said, its understandable, you guys aren’t toxic, mostly heated due to what just happened. We’re not here to make people hate us. I say we all break off, refresh & work on some strats to better ourselves as not only a server/guild but as people in society. It was a good fight, & we’re not saying that to be toxic, we just had a lot of fun tonight. Haha, we apologize if you took that wrong, but splitting off & posting 3 different forum posts about 1 group that can actually beat you, is questionable.

You’re “siege” beat us.

I won’t argue this when the video will be posted soon. I went over it agian, if you legit think you had ~30, well, not much else to say.

Expect more off-the-wall strats coming from us in this expansion. It won’t be perfect early on, but we’re learning and we’re continually improve our defensive capabilities against the melee metas.

Ah, thank y’all for the info.

In other thoughts, sure it’s a good way to stop spies and what not.. but on a whole.. This is another ANet screwup. I disagree with the whole thing.

So what exactly is the length? A week? Till the end of seasons? What?

So it’s a series of questions along the same lines.

If I transfer to a server that’s not even near the current matchup I’m in, do I still get the week penalty?

If so, how does the week go. Am I able to raid the next reset or is it a week from the date I xfer?

ANet you need to get your crap together and fix the main thing holding this game together “World vs World.” Quit being so headstrong on trying to make sPvP an eSport and focus on what’s making the game successful. Your gonna end up losing game population if you keep messing up one of the games biggest entertainments.
Your slowly ruining the game. You’ve yet to acknowledge anything about this lag in World vs World out of the umpteen posts I’ve read through. It’s obvious a factor seeing post after post about the lag in World vs World.

Get your crap together and fix the game. sPvP will never become an eSport, accept it. Quit focusing all your effort on sPvP. Atleast your giving the PvE’ers something to do every 2 weeks, seeing they complete the content in the first 3 days.

Show World vs World some love. You introduce leagues and what’s that do? F’d the game up completely. Quit being oblivious to the WvW community and fix this crap. You want to become and eSport? World vs World is your best chances of that.

As for losing to EP and RG, well what can I say, RG is a legend and was methodical about GvG’s, and EP is the new king of 15’s. I fail to see how that would affect us, good try though!

AR suffers from not having any night presence. Our server now fights former allies that have an intimate knowledge of our server aka transfers aka traitors (good luck to you guys in ebay). BP just knows how to PvD us outside of prime time. While we have just enough to defend, we don’t have enough to be on the offensive to take some pressure off the defense. This was an issue on server reset night. AR fought off two big attacks by two respectable guilds from both opposing servers. The issue wasn’t that we couldn’t repel them. The issue was that we couldn’t staged an attack to put pressure on a ebay/bp borderland. The less a server is on defense the more they have to attack you with.

Outside of the obvious reasons such as numbers and no night crew. The lack of communication among the wvw community as a whole is in direct result to our plug in and play attitude. I think Anvil Rock needs a little Tier 6 to start getting organized whether it be commander to commander, rallying the server, communication guild to guild, etc… Rank 14 was as far as we could get for being a scrappy “pug” server. I believe we could always compete with BP but it would burn us out the way our community goes about wvw. It is almost a race to recap our BL and EB sector in the morning. AR puggies don’t like defense. Good fights all around though! Borlis Pass I think our rivalry will go down as one of the best in early GW 2.

Any guilds that want to GvG 15-25 man hit WAR up. We are looking to kill or learn from other guilds. If this match has gotten stale and we already know 1 of the 2 outcomes then why not train against one another. We need about a 12-24 hrs notice and must be during NA prime time. Yes you did hold off both opposing servers, but I would also argue you had to have the whole AR server in your garrison on reset night. Was fun tho, and yes you all did a great job from my view point, but as all of AR argue going against BP is PvDoor… I believe that night the hypocrisy was relevant.

Any who, no argument from either side, was a fun night. BURN rarely goes on the attack, so we may lack a bit in the offensive at times, one thing is certain, AR didn’t lack in the defensive that night. Whether you all out numbered us or not, you had both servers to worry about, BURN could of been a lot more aggressive if it wasn’t for those meddling Ebay thieves annoying our camps.

Hats off to AR holding out against 2 servers relentless attacks.

AR went to BP after BP came and took stuff AFTER we got it back from Ebay.

Why the double standards?

Reset night we were mostly fighting an Ebay army that had a queue in our borderlands. The screenshot provided is a fight for Garrison, that went back and forth for quite awhile.

So your saying you couldnt due to Ehmry? Within 5minutes of reset Ehmry had our bay and our garrison. We went to hills HOPING AR would show, never seen them.. wasted time.

So Ehmry is saying AR is better? Then why are they forcing BP outta this tier since we’re the ones putting a damper in “Their t4 plans”. Ehmry knows when another moves up it will be free pickings on AR.

The moment Ehmry had pushed us into our hills, after they had garrison and bay, guess who comes trotting in with about 40 people? That’s right AR!

We’re not kicking and screaming, unless it’s the pugs being forum warriors. What’s aggravating is AR claiming to be better, and owning BP, but as known from the tier below.. BP won 9/10.. and there was a post earlier stating we were always in 3rd, Nah.

But I’m resting my case, last I’ll say is we’re waiting for Ehmry to disappear, then we’ll see Anvil.

Also thanks to Ehmry for the great fights the past few days!

All I have to say to AR, is keeping milking Ehmry’s pushes, they’re doing the work for you, yea Ehmry want’s BP outta the tier, not because we’re better, because we have earlier a.m. crews putting a damper in their plans to advance up a tier, Hence why our BL’s has been getting owned these past 2 weeks.. Just keep talking the talk, we’ll see how good you are once Ehmry gets outta the tier and it’s BP and AR…

Until then, I’m not astonished by anything AR does, and all these transfers your talking about? Name them?

Just an FYI.. when AR and BP were a tier lower we had Dkz and GOAT which pulled great numbers, were great groups. They have vanished, so we are still @ a cripple.
