I’ve just made level 20 with my Necromancer and I’m trying to understand how Corrupt Boon works. I can see it poisons me, but how does it work on my target?

I picked up a Pile of Putrid Essence as a drop and discovered a receipe to make a Superior Rune of The Krait by adding 1 Orichalcum Ingot. When I try to create at the Huntsman Crafting Station, it seems to be looking for another ingrediant. All online databases do not show anything else. Anyone know what’s going on?

I’ve made 400 in my Huntsman Craft and have bought all the receipe’s that the vendor in DR has near the Huntsman Crafting Station. Are their any more receipes anywhere else that he doesn’t have?

I’m a level 63 Engineer. I have bought and used a Grandmaster’s Training Manual. I made some mistakes in my trait selections and wish to reset all my points. I thought I would be able to do this by buying another Grandmaster’s Training Manual but that didn’t work. What do I need to do?

I’m a level 62 Engineer. I have been very unimpressed with the build
My current build:
15 Power
2 Precision
10 Toughness
10 Vitality
15 Critical Damage

When I accumulate 2 gold to buy the last trait book and my points are reset, I want to change my build to make this engineer do more damage. I realize the turrets don’t do much and I don’t have a lot of control over them so I want to do more damage with my rifle and other skills ( flame thrower and elixer gun).

I am thinking about putting most of my reassigned trait points in Precision and Vitality. (30 pts each)
then put the last 10 in Critical Damage.

I saw this build and now that I’ve had a chance to play this Engineer, I realize how pointless the turrets seem to be.

I would appreciate Engineer Opinions.

Thanks all…..I tried to create a new character and put the monocle in the bank where my other character could get it but the monocle is bound so that didn’t work. I was able to find a crafted one on the trading board and it looks the same.

I have an engineer and changed to a mask. I don’t have my monocle and want one back…..any place to get one?

Example….I’ve got an item I want to sell on the black lion board…shows a vendor cost of say 30 bronze….someone has placed a custom order for one at that price….I can’t sell it as the button is gray and says I can’t sell for below vendor value…..I don’t understand

OK, I’m more confused now. Are you saying Tools is more important that Power, Precision and Critical Damage for an engineer?

Thanks….I thought maybe that might be what was happening with the trait points. I have put 10 of the 30 points in Power. I think I’ll also do 10 in Precision and Critical Damage and use runes in my armor to add toughness and health.

I’m playing my main character as an engineer. I have reached level 41 and I’ve bought the second (Master) skill book from my trainer. When I bought this I received 30 trait points and don’t understand why. Can someone explain this to me?

Also, I am wondering which trait points an engineer should focus on? I assumed that power would be an important trait but my rifle, which I prefer to use, doesn’t seem like it’s doing anymore damage even though I’ve spent quite a few trait points on power.

Also, when you are in a lower area and your skill level is downgraded, do you get any benefit from all your additional trait points?

I am trying to finish the Plains of Ashford to get the bonus and there is supposed to be a Vault Waypoint that appears on the map but I’m there and don’t see it. Is this a bug or am I missinig something?

I’m in Diessa Plateau and a tall tower in The Blasted Moors that has a Undiscovered Vista on top. I have not figured out how to get to it. There is a face on one side that you obviously have to do something to enter but can’t figure it out.

I’ve been told you can buy more bank slots. How much does it cost and how many slots do you get?

OK…..but the steel tools don’t last any longer…just give better drops or drops in highter level areas?

I’m working of Huntsman as my crafting specialty and wondered if someone knew of a good guide to level up in this craft the most effeciently.

I enjoy crafting….I’m a huntsman and have my level 31 engineer working on it. I have to say that this game seems to have a very involved and slow skill leveling, at least compare to a few other MMO’s I’ve experienced so it’s going to take a long time to actually be able to make weapons my character can use or for the guild or othher characters I will create later.

I’ve got the game on my regular desktop computer and have a HTPC in the living room and was wondering if I can install on it and play in there. I would only be on one at a time.

Just curious if there was a way to pull up the number of hours you’ve played on your account.

Thanks…..I don’t have a lot of experience with MMO’s….I played SWTOR and could look at another player and see all their armor and weapons.

Is there anyway to inspect another player to find out what they are and what they have?

I see inscriptions for sale at the Huntsman station…all well above my skill level. Guess I’ll have to be a much hight skill level to even use them.

I have a Sylvari Ranger and a Human Engineer. I’ve found the bank or the Engineer. Is there a different bank for the Sylvari Ranger?

I’ve put a bunch of stuff on the Black Lion Tradking Co. and wondering if you can take stuff back that hasn’t sold or does it just stay there forever if it doesn’t sell?

I am left handed and use the arrow keys for movement and set my End key which is just above my forward key to target next enemy. I turned auto target off. This seems to be working better for me.

My ranger that I just started can’t make the Morgan’s Spiral Skill Point in Caledon Forest do anything. When I mouse click on it, it says "You already have blossim in your inventory. It would be harmful to the plant to take any more. and the only thing you can click on is Leave It alone. So I can’t get this skill point……anyone know what’s going on?

what is down leveled?

I’m a level 18 (almost 19) engineer. I was just playing with a level 15 engineer who had the flame thrower which is the second line in utility skills on my character and says it’s locked until I get to 20…..anyone know why this would be?

I hadn’t thought about doing that but that is an idea…thanks.
