As the topic of this thread has been severely derailed, we decided to close this topic. When you think you’re encountering exploiters/cheaters/hackers or similar in-game, please report them using the in-game ticketing system so our Customer Support team can properly investigate the issue. The forum is not the place for such issues to be discussed. In the case of exploits, you can also send any reports of exploit activity or knowledge to Exploits@Arena.Net to ensure the development team is aware of them.

please tell your guild leader to contact the support at http://en.support.guildwars2.com/ in order to resolve this issue, filing multiple tickets by multiple people might slow down the process of this issue getting resolved and therefore will not help you. Furthermore, posting on behalf of a banned user is against our forum Code of Conduct. If you or the member in question believe that the suspension/termination of the user’s account was in error, an appeal may be made to forums@arena.net (only one email, made by the banned user in question). For those reasons we decided to lock this thread, as the forums are not the place for such discussions and appeals.

we really understand your frustration with the missing option to report hackers/exploiters ingame and it will be forwarded to the team. But be assured that we really do appreciate reports of those users, in order to do that head over to https://en.support.guildwars2.com/ and open a ticket. Providing us with screenshots and/or videos may speed up the process or help us to validate those cases as well. Also if you have a detailed instruction what enables those exploits, or how any kind of exploits are done, feel free to send those instructions to exploits@arena.net.
